Haven’t been able to really check in daily. Been letting it go too dry I think and then messing up by over watering to try and compensate. I added nutrients in hope to make things healthy again but it seems to back fire yet again 😂. At least with this being my first grow I’m learning about the plants life cycle, the environment and myself. I will not be making the same mistakes. A part of me wants to dump all the existing plants and just start over fresh but I want to learn about the curing and harvest as well so if I do so then I’ll be taking away from the new growth in learning being my first time. I also ordered 2 books to help me get a little more educated. I will post the books later on I can’t recall the names of the top of my head rn. Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. And hello to you who read my diary, I just want to say that I am pleased that you have chosen to check in with me and in my diary. I do this for myself and for a steady flow of my medicine. Everything you read and see in my diary is 100% honest and I will never distort or beautify anything here. I document my crops so that I can learn from my mistakes and also to look back at those different crops. I try to update with pictures every day and with text if something special has happened in the garden. This is my strainhunt for the best medicine and the beginning of my journey with cannabis and the cultivation of it. This is my second feminised cultivation ever. First, I'm just going to say something about my grow room. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps for bloom. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. Medical Mass is a new medical cannabis strain with a high CBD content and a low THC level that provides good medical properties without a strong psychoactive effect. This is a mostly indica plant that contains 40% sativa and 60% indica. Critical Mass and CBD rich strain were crossed to create this amazing valuable variety. The plant suits both for indoors and outdoors, for beginner and experienced growers. The strain grows up to 60 - 100 cm tall and produces good yields for such height of about 500 - 550 gr/m2. The plant demonstrates great results even in small spaces. The flowering time takes only 7-8 weeks and the harvest comes in late September. The smoke brings very strong, intense flavors with sweet notes of honey and skunk and an intense pleasant relaxation. Medical Mass is the great choice for each medical user due its small height, ease of growing, fast flowering and of course great medical potency. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 2017-09-27. Week 3 day 2. The girls are doing awesome and has grown a lot. Girl Nr 1 is 18 cm high, Nr 2 is 14 and Nr 3 is 15 cm. This week i going to start defoliate, give nutes and some LST.

Day 50. Mix some fish blood, bat guano and eggs shell mix and add to nutrients and let it turn to super tea. Have look how it is going on… Day 52. Watering with before recorded nutrients mix option.. Day 55. Watering with 2.5L nutrient mix and for balance pH level add extra 0.5mL ph down.

August 10, 2019/Day 64/1 of Week 10: Last week, I watered minimal and had very little runoff. I have been watering every two days at a PH of 6.5. Day 65: Watered with 3L at a PH of 6.4. Runoff PH 7.01. At 9 PM, light moved to 15" and A/C regulating tent temps to 24.7/76.5F to 25.3C/77.5F. Day 68: Watered with about 2.5L at a PH of 6.43. Did not measure for runoff. Light still at 15" Day 69: Moved light to 17" above canopy End of Week 10 notes: Stop getting hair in my buds. lol Cheers to all the growers that wear hair nets, lab coats and gloves! I'm glad to see that she has very few amber trichome tips. She is mostly clear and starting to go cloudy. I want more time to beef up. Will be interesting to see how fast the trichomes continue to change and when her white pistil growth slows. 😁

This week has been great progress on the plants, as u can see, giving your plants the oxygen it needs and they will flourish I wish I've gotten a better pump from the beginning, but o well learning curve lol, it has been getting warmer now that spring is arriving, the inside of my tent is at 80° so the only issue I see in the future is water temp. rising but ama try to keep her as cool as possible. (Not running a chiller) I did started to see some pistols coming out so, she starting to flower. Ama switch her nutrients to bloom A&B next week as with some Nirvana see how that goes. Am still checking the pH twice a week (Once in the morning, and again late afternoon.)

Seeds are coming in lovely (see nxt diary for growth) clip the branches that I had breed first gonna allow the main colar a few more days....can't wait to see what's it like.....it got scent n looks let's see what the thump is like 🤔

End of Week 8 (First week of flower) Increased the CO2 to 1200ppm and the ladies love it, already started stretching within the first 3 days of flower which shows that CO2 definitely boosts the grow cycle of cannabis. The main top-sites are popping up everywhere and everything looks evenly spread out. I defoliated again because the fan leaves are growing so fast and blocking bud sites. I also did one last lower canopy maintenance and removed small and stalky bud sites and stems below the trellis net to make sure I get maximum energy distribution to the main colas. I also added some GHF BioEnhancer to make sure the soil-microbes are happy and that the plants reach their maximum potential. Pest Report: EXTERMINATED! Thrips VS Ladybugs VS Neem Oil... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. Then to be extra sure I know that neem oil hinders the life cycle of pests like thrips causing them to stop colonising in my grow room. So I sprayed the ladies every day during the dark period to make sure there are no pests that I or the Ladybugs have missed. Mission accomplished. No more wilting and definitely no more thrips.
