Chonga is doing nicely at 7", Cheecha still a little behind. The soil has been staying moist for awhile, even with light watering and I was worried about root rot. So, I let them go about a week without watering. After a light watering with the remaining 1 ml/2Qt nutrient/water solution (about 1 cup each plant), I took the plunge and decided to try Topping (or FIMing), which I did a few days after watering. I'm also concerned about soil PH. I've been testing it with the 3-in-1 tester, but it always reads about 7. I tried the thing out in pure vinegar, but it gave the same results. So, soil PH is anybody's guess. I eventually bought a digital PH tester for liquids. BIG CHANGE: On Day 27, I switched over to a new, 1200W LED grow light.

For her last week or so she had to move, as i needed the other tent. The temperature and humidity fall over the last days. On day 96 it looks like she can be harvested the next days as first amber trichomes on the side buds have appeared. Probably she will be chopped this weekend. She got very frosty and looks liked powdered with flour.

Smells likes Candy and Orange, really good strain, and hits really hard.

Week 8 begins. Mango Merengue has struggled, buds are small and frost is minimal. I continue to be impressed by this light even though this plant has struggled.

I'm so excited to get these buds dried,trimmed, and cured! What a great harvest. Thanks fastbuds!

01.08.2024 D63 everything grow well, we got a mixed temp, mostly sunny with some rain. BlackBerry steal the show, the bud stack and take mass, with a nice black purpish tone, it started to smell sweet and fruity. FastBerry building three massive top cola, some slowly start to show nice color, it smell more fresh and sour Berry..

she's about ready to enter the flowering phase. pistils are coming out and I'm quite happy with the canopy so far. Might improve it this week.

The smell was new for me its amazing that Fastbuds strains always smell exactly like the name they give them

End of week 12 in bloom (photos from day 84). Buds are getting fatter. Last days for some plants, i will cut two of them next days .

These girls have become part of our favourites list and we are already discussing the next round for this strain! As you can see one of them has powdery mildew and will most definitely need a wash. This is also the one that had the issue with the rust a while back and her colours have not changed like the other two. Her buds are still beautifully formed and smell delicious, so the issues for the week are obvious, but they could be much worse.

I've removed lot of dead leaves dpend the week, she had a well senesence, almost all leaves was yellow, Taste should be nice, fruity flower smeel, and so frosted ❄️❄️❄️. Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. Sorry for the delay on the updates guys I am a daddy of a newborn baby boy and it's really time consuming plus the Mary ladies but we keep on the great work nothing wont stop us we go all the way up! (alright guys so what happened here was that I started flushing too early and took advise from other canngrower and instantly added again all nutes, that's why I left her a lil longer until week 14 when I started to flush again, we are going to show you very well what we did, since it was our first time we were unsure if flushing at week 11 was alright but then we decided at week 12 that she could stay longer and she did) You might say we wasted some nutes but in terms of reality we did not, because we have a full bottle of 3.7gal mix with flora nova grow and flora nova bloom in the other, measuring ppm always to make sure we got the correct amount, otherwise we add more water or more nutes depending on the plant needs but we never waste away all precious nutes are precious resources, in this part of Latin America is really hard to find anything good, so we got to bring everything from Europe or United States that's why we doing the best we can with the money we got. Hey any donations are more than welcome if you guys like what we do, yeah it's risky around here but we don't give a F.
