Hi everyone, the plants are stretching well. The fastberries are starting to take on shades of purple. The grapefruit is already producing trichomes, as is Rhino Ryder. In any case, for the moment, everything is going well. Thanks to those who follow me and read my comments.

This one has been delightful to grow full of buds everywhere with very little Fan leafs can't wait to cure and tested. I have cut down in jar everything the wait was 97 grams please consider that when they comes to my scale weight i wait until the main stem breaks with a loud crunch and the buds are really dry to the touch reason for it I have a very busy life and at the end of the day this is just a hobby so I cannot be opening those jars many times a day at most one in the morning and one in night so I want to avoid mold on them.so I push in a Boveda pack to keep them nice Thank you for reading I will update the other details when ready have a happy grow.

Welcome to my MilkyWay F1 Auto Diary, Untopped VS topped. Results are in. Days 71-82 ripening 0-13 week 11&12 Went well. She did bulk up a tad. But not much. They spent most their lives under a 100w. But, the bud is really dense all over. No larf, at all. Its a really good quality of bud I'm getting from both phenos. As far as ToppedVsUntopped well, that result is in. With a seeds used from the same pack (same parent) making true F1s as they need to be from the same batch. It why we all got different phenos, and those who ran more than 1, from their seeds, the phenos are very close. One of mine had more of a fade and looks more purple. Both smell very lovely & fruity. Nice trichome production with very dense but, rather small buds if I do say so. But the grade itself is very high. (As grade is not rated on size) overall both turned out very similar. Even fade wise, they've both developed a lovely colour finishing under high co2 environment with the SE5000 really has brought out a lot of fade i normally do not get. look at the start. It was only a few days under this light and the past 14 days they've both popped. I will also say. A lot of their life was spent under a 12-12 (3/5s of flowering). Topped VS Untopped pheno 2 & 1 Are very similar as I've stated this area will be filt in with harvest comments. Bud smell. How the dry went. And after a weeks cure. I'll rate it. So watch this space. These 2 phenos have been on just water for 10 days. I did a quick run off test. Got back 145ppm my tap is 110. So, they're good to go. Trichome wise. 95% cloudy 30-35% amber. (Hard to see, I'll try get pics with my scope) but, as you see. Both are fully ripened. Anymore and its just bud deg. Both plants leaves are showing end of life. Some are dying. (I'VE BEEN WATCHING THESE LEAVES AND SEEN THEY'VE BEEN DEAINED, ITS NOT BR) Lights The SE5000 was used for the Ripening phase. With high temps and co2 i pushed my boundaries and got a lovely fade reaction from doing so. How I know its down to this light as I've put my Runtz under it. And as soon as I did. It developed fade. My Frosted G even started getting light purple on its sides. The temp in tent has been pushed to 31-33c (that's not leaf temp as I've fans blowing on my plants, and that lowers surface temps by a few degrees.) They've been on 17hrs of high powered light. At 25-30cm id no choice. My temps are mad high this time of year. Harvested Both plants are been pult they're getting their last few hrs. You'll then see the last few pics in a few hrs. I'll get bud shots later, smoke reviews and then to be fair. I'll then mark it by the GD rating system. As I do with all my strains. (So I've 2-3 wk delay in my diaries as they're Harvested, mostly) both plants I'll try push them as far as I can through the drying process whole. But, as I'm dealing with high temps. Lower RH and a fastercl dry is pref to a longer dry in hot conditions might not make sense, but 30+ hot weather harvests, I've got this down. Mind you only this round all my other hot harvests some took a few weeks to rid the hay smell. This avoids it and locks in potency. Most of the drying is done by leaving the plant in the substrate just before the plant goes for itself for fluids. 4-5 day dry as opposed to 5-6 day dry with weed that loses half its stenght. (dry harvesting look it up) Thanks to James from RQS, although I know everyone and their sister got the offer for these seeds I am defo going to be trying more from RQS, if it's buying. I'll get round to it, and depending on the quality of smoke it might be soon. If its a real nice auto, I'd love to try a fem of theirs for my winter crop in October. But, that'll depend. I've lots I want to buy & try.. and when favs are found. I'll invest. I would like to thank everybody for the activity this diary has gotten. Its possibly one of my most active diaries I've done without a harvest. And that's in no short means down to all the views and likes from you guys. And for sure I will fully complete it, with results on the smoke Quality from both phenos, if it varies, but, results thus far, structure wise they're shockingly similar. Scary so. Topping has very little affect to the structure. She grew a main cola. But both phenos, turned puples I will say the topped one was a more troublesome plant. Maybe that had a role onin its morphology. And maybe it'll affect the bud also. The topped was more demanding nutrient wise, and drank more. Maybe to support a more even bud load. (I've yet to do a through inspection, but on the VS front, it's kinda in the air about quality, structure wise, it had very little difference. Look for yourself at the heights are 3-4cm dif) lots still to come. And I'll update it soon with more results. Although both phenos owe their bud quality to 2 x 100 watts SF-1000 (SE5000 was used for ripening lovely fade) and I used a P1000, they shared even light distribution in the end for the most part. So, thanks to Bella for the upgrade. I'm sure when I run an RQS strain again, this time I'll know only have the fade to show, but the bud size too. Thanks again my Friends. 1.3. - Entering one of the final weeks. Creamatics will be getting pure water from now and Fritters will be feeded at least this week. Buds are looking great, they're smelly and dense 😎 4.3. - Creamatics are almost ready, I will leave them for few more days. Fritters still have one week left at least. Aroma is really strong and I can feel it all over the room. Buds are fat and frosty 🍏 Watered 💧 6.3. - Today was probably last feeding day for Fritters and tomorrow I'm going to harvest the Creamatics as it will be the last day of 10th week. NEW WEEK 7 OF FLOWERING COOKIES GELATO BY RQS Woohoo soooooo excited 💪🏻🤯🤘🏻 I am normally not so excited with certain things but these grows have definitely made me get excited every new week . It also calms me down a little bit with stress and helps calm my nerves somewhat. Also I am normally not very talkative to others but with the nice community of growers we have here it makes you want to start conversations and it helps knowing you won't get trolled etc . Tomorrow First day update Day 42 cookies gelato Hallo guys/girl's not a lot to say it's a waiting game now. i can take 100 of the same photographs but it gets a bit boring so I will update every day but maybe not ram it full with photos . The cookies gelato are doing good getting frosty but has a way to go for sure and they are drinking a lot and i spilled a lot sometimes getting to back plants but luckily Tray Keep Clean a removable waterproof floor tray to hold soil and fallen leaves. The tray can be taken out easily to wash. Removable and water-proof cleaning easy.👌🏻 ! I made Video again so enjoy 🤘🏻🤘🏻. Come look at my other diaries! I need to dry the buds in the dark at 19 degrees Celsius and 50% humidity. I hope the effect will be good, The only thing I don't like is that she has too many leaves and I get very tired when trimming the buds, but that's the fault of the strain and genetics and that's how it should be!

This week, the plant is feeding heavily and has grown well. I super cropped the main stem to help with the plant becoming too tall. It has taken very well. The plant was becoming very tall so I thought this would be something to try out. Here's what I did this week. 18.7.25: I watered with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4, containing the following nutrients; 💜 2ml Ecothrive Trace PH: 6.4 PPM: 365 22.7.25: I watered with 3ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.6 with; 💜 1 TSP Sea K PH: 6.6 PPM: 485 25.7.25: I watered with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.5, containing the following nutrients; 💜 2ml Ecothrive Trace 💜 1/4 TSP Ecothrive Biosys PH: 6.5 PPM: 361 28.7.25: I watered with 6.5ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.0 with; 💜 7ml Trace 💜 1.5 TSP Ecothrive Biosys PH: 6.0 PPM: 351 Thank you for checking in this week and hanging out in the comments 😁💚✌️🌱🙌

Defoliated the younger branches and feed her some fish fertiliser. I await the pre flower mode so I can transplant to their new home. Strangely these girls are always light green I fed her some more fertiliser for confirmation during the week.

Thank you. Gave her a cocktail to help with stress. Added 1st net for lateral support, not so much now, but for later. Blue light is absorbed by photoreceptor proteins called phototropins, which trigger a hormonal response that causes cells on the shaded side to elongate, making the plant bend toward the light. Try and fill this side a little. She is quite big already, just needs to find her stride again after the undue torture. 5 apex stems with 20-30 mini cola, let them develop a little, with the apical dominance shattered, all those 20-30 will all compete with each other as soon as that stretch is initiated. Key to a good stretch is making sure the plant is cycling efficiently, with large ATP conversions occurring lights out. For now, I'm keeping light intensity high. A plant will slow its vertical growth in very high light intensities, leading to a more compact form with thicker stems and leaves. This response is a protective mechanism against light stress, which can damage the photosynthetic apparatus and lead to symptoms like leaf scorching, yellowing, and brittleness. Instead of growing taller, the plant invests its energy into creating a more robust, stress-tolerant structure. Providing plants with necessary antioxidants helps protect the photosynthetic apparatus by scavenging reactive oxygen species (ROS) that cause damage from excess light. UV light exposure can impact the xanthophyll cycle by either enhancing its photoprotective role or causing damage, depending on the intensity and type of UV radiation. UV exposure can trigger the synthesis of more xanthophyll cycle pigments to increase the plant's capacity to dissipate excess energy, but it can also cause direct damage, particularly to Photosystem II, and may lead to a decrease in the de-epoxidation state (DEPS ratio) which indicates a reduced capacity to dissipate excess energy. Plants can respond to UV stress by increasing the synthesis of xanthophyll cycle pigments, such as violaxanthin and zeaxanthin, to improve their photoprotective capacity. UV-induced changes in xanthophyll cycle pigments can be linked to a plant's overall tolerance to high radiation stress. The xanthophyll cycle helps protect against photoinhibition, which is especially important when the plant is exposed to high levels of both UV and visible light. High doses of UV radiation can directly damage photosynthetic components, including the proteins, lipids, and pigments in the thylakoid membranes. Exposure to UV radiation can have a mixed effect on the de-epoxidation state (DEPS ratio) of the xanthophyll cycle pigments. In some cases, UV can inhibit the conversion of violaxanthin to zeaxanthin, resulting in a lower DEPS ratio and a reduced capacity for energy dissipation. However, the total pool of xanthophyll cycle pigments may increase, and this enhanced pool size could provide a greater potential for photoprotection despite a lower DEPS ratio. The xanthophyll cycle works alongside other mechanisms, such as the accumulation of flavonoids (UV screens), to protect the plant from UV-induced damage. Blue light repairs 100% UV-induced damage in plants through a process called photoreactivation, which uses a light-dependent enzyme called photolyase. This enzyme uses energy from blue and UV-A light to directly reverse the damaging pyrimidine dimers in the DNA caused by UV-B radiation, a key mechanism for maintaining the plant's genetic integrity. After carbon, light, water, temperature, and nutrients, the limiting factor of a plant's growth is often its own internal factors or the amount of a key ingredient. Chlorophyll concentration is one such factor, as the amount of this pigment limits how much light can be captured for photosynthesis. Other factors include chloroplast number, respiration rate, and the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, as plants are often in a CO2-deficient condition. 60x60x18=64800seconds x 700 = 45,360,000moles. 45DLI Exposure to 165 µW/cm² of ultraviolet-B (UV-B) light for 3600 seconds = 1 hour, a extremely high, acute dose triggering stress responses and protective mechanisms. . The plant's photoreceptor protein, UVR8, senses the UV-B radiation. This triggers a signaling cascade that activates specific genes to protect the plant from damage. In response to the UV-B signal, the plant ramps up the biosynthesis of protective compounds like flavonoids, phenolic acids, and anthocyanins. These compounds absorb UV radiation and accumulate in the epidermal layers of leaves to shield inner photosynthetic tissues. The plant may increase leaf thickness or deposit more cuticular wax, creating a physical barrier to the radiation. The plant will produce more enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants to neutralize the reactive oxygen species (ROS) produced by the UV-B radiation. The plant activates enzymes, including photolyases, to repair DNA damage caused by the UV-B. These repair mechanisms are critical for preventing permanent genetic mutations. While protective measures are activated, a high dose delivered over a short period can cause stress that overwhelms the plant's defenses. Photosynthesis is highly sensitive to UV-B. A high dose can inactivate Photosystem II (PSII), damage thylakoid membranes within the chloroplasts, and reduce chlorophyll content, which lowers the plant's overall photosynthetic capacity. Despite repair mechanisms, high UV-B doses can inflict persistent damage on the plant's DNA. One study found that acute, high-dose UV-B had a greater effect on genome stability than chronic, low-dose exposure. The overproduction of reactive oxygen species can cause oxidative stress, leading to the oxidation of lipids and proteins and disrupting cellular function.

I originally thought this was an autoflower, but it turns out it was a photoperiod. It was still in veg on day 65, so I switched the light cycle to 12/12 and 10 days later (day 75) it went into flower. This video is two weeks (14 days) after it went into flower.

Day 71 – Weathering the Storms, Rooted in Resilience. This past week was a true test of strength. My lady was caught in a full-on storm – strong winds, pouring rain, and yes… she even tipped over. But like a true warrior, she bounced right back once I repositioned her in a more stable spot. Despite the harsh gusts, she remained under open skies, unfazed and proud. Now standing firm at 80cm, she continues to push into flowering with grace. The Plagron Bat Guano applied 10 days ago clearly kicked things into motion, as the buds are swelling up nicely. Seeing that, I didn’t hesitate to apply another round of top-dress today – just enough to maintain steady phosphorus levels and support those forming colas without overfeeding. My approach hasn’t changed: a low-effort, fully organic outdoor grow that relies on nature as the main partner. Pure, pH-balanced tap water (oxygenated, of course) and a living super soil continue to do the heavy lifting. No tents, no fancy equipment, no synthetic nutrients – just soil, sun, and patience. Flushed her for 3 Days, after that i didnt give her any water for 2 days, and now she is going in the dark room for 2-3 days and then will be hung. Had to cut one Main-Cola due to Mold. The Plants are growing awsome, strong smell, and rock hard nugs in all colors. Its now the last week, she has been in flower since 8 weeks. Be ready for the harvest and the smoke report ;)

The plant has become a real monster. I expected it to be stretched for another 4 to 5 days. But it has stopped growing and is now producing flowers. I used the vegitative fertilizer again for the nutrient solution. In a few days she will receive a nutrient solution for the flowers and then I'm very excited. The treatment with BAC was very successful

march 2: start of week 5 room temp is now 25celcius and plants no longer curl. veg got slowed down a lot finally they got healthy now march 7: changed water to lucas formula (0-8-16) also added 1ml/L H2o2 after 3 days again. to stop algae forming around the hoses and the rubber rings around the pipes.

Shes really coming a long small hiccup with either over or under watering. I'd say both despite the ac infinity self watering bases. I just wasnt sure how much water to give on top so I may have overdone it. All in all shes looking super frosty and smells amazing beautiful colors. I'm eagerly looking forward to toking on this one. Few more weeks at most I'd say she should be done. Check back next week to see just how fast she buds & remember its 4:20 somewhere!!!!!!
