Everything is going good. Plants a little small. Small buds. Just made a video. It's actually week 9 flower today. They will get chopped at 10 or 11 weeks. Had to harvest flosee x red runtz couple days ago. Really fast finish. She was done at week 8 but I let it ride till 9. Red runtz strains are usually fast.

Harvested on day 63.

The buds have developed very well this week. I had to run the dehumidifier for a few days because it was too humid for me. I had had experiences with mold and therefore preferred to be more careful I am very satisfied... The gorillas already look very sticky and shine silver, like a silverback gorilla. The smell is insane and my carbon filter can’t handle it and wife is not happy. I am secretly happy. Plants are doing well. Water every 4 days or so. Just giving my last feeding at week 6… a little late. But just 1-2 tbsp of 284 power bloom from Gaia green and 1tsp of high P bat guano. Watering in kelp, cal mg, Herculean harvest… Going to be a decent harvest. 9 weeks or so from flip is what I expect. They are starting to flop over so I am lowering the trellis to catch some lower branches.

Hello. This is the end of week 2 and the beginning of week 3 of flowering. I think I'm off by a week, it might be the end of the 3 week, but I'll leaves it like it is. It's sometimes hard to tell with outdoor plants , like autos, when they go into flowering, because when the plants go into their first week of flowering they don't show anything different.. It's in the second week that you can see a small difference. But I'll leave it like it is. OK. Got these girls into the main part of the greenhouse on Sun afternoon. Bent a few branches and broke one. Put a few paper splints on a few bent branches but they will heal. Measured them yesterday to find the tallest Plant #4, at 80 inches and Plants #1 and #5 at about 70 inches. Plant #3 is definitely different looking, More indica in that one. Lots of resin and smell too. Plant #3 smell of sour and gas but I can smell the biscuit smell and it can be a bit earthy too. The others are all sativa looking plants, and will probably take longer to finish. Hoping for no white powdery mildew to show. I can see it on some other outdoor plants now but not in here yet. OK. Alright grow cycle, mistakes, improvements, etc... She did stay in veg for too long, her growth was slow and not the best and so she took quite long, next time i'll be there from the beginning so I can take care of her throughout. But her growth is really fun. It is a tall growing sativa with fairly tight noding when trained accordingly, producing long filled colas. The buds grow fairly dense and fluffly but do air out a little when dried. Trichome production was pretty impressive as well as terpene production. She had thrips since her early days but did not seem to mind them at all. I did spray them initially but once flower started I stopped. I believe predatory mites might have been feeding on the pupae in the soil, if that is what this specific species of thrips did, the reason I say that is I could never see adults only larvae. Whatever the case maybe they were there but the population never really increased. Something I did not mention during the grow is that those plants were played music during the days, music that is apparently developed for plants. The 10L pot was WAY too small for a true sustainable living organic and to provide enough space for the plant, that was a mistake, I'd say a 20L would be the bare minimum and still. The bigger the better. The hempy transfer did not hurt the plant and I believe even helped to some extent, BUT, I am still running test on the subject and so can't confirm anything, here are my observations Roots did not colonize the perlite, a little on top and the sides but that was it, I was expecting to see a big root mass in there. I believe hempy are great for salt fert as it hold a soup of nutes where the plant can feed from since the coco only holds very little Whereas in nature most nutrient are in the top soil where the highest amount of decomposition happens, this is where the highest microbial activity happens and so where the plant will find food. Living organic is trying to reproduce nature and so there is no need for the plant's roots to gather at the bottom of the pot. Although it could have potentially provided the plant access to a larger amount of water and possibly more oxygenation of the pot. Those are all theories, please speak up if you have other proofs. In conclusion , unless i get proven otherwise by someone or my latest running experiment , I will not be using hempies again as I believe it brings more complication and issues than a simple fabric pot. The lights, The 600w at the start was good, then I decided to add a 400w...😂 That was completely overkill and not necessary. Waste of electricity. And they started suffering from too much light it seems at some point, I raised the light by a good 30 cm and they were fine. 600 is more than enough. I am happy about how the soil performed but it has room for improvements. As for the watering technique I have been watering large ammount every few days, next time I will be giving constant small amount of water each day and a soak every week or so, I believe the soil might perform better under those conditions. She was also an easy plant to harvest whit her long colas which had very little foliage, I do trim in excess as I like my buds extra clean but the buds are not excessively bushy. The trims were use to make some bubble hash, around 100g of wet trims yielded around 1.5-2g of bubble hash. I did add a negative effect but only because it wouldn't give me a smile otherwise, but to be honnest it barely dries your mouth. The soil is going to be recycled and reused in a next grow. I can't think of anything else at the moment but if you have any question don't hesitate.

By the start of the week I’ve noticed magnesium deficiency on plant A and B, so I started adding Biobizz Calmag on Froglord’s kind recommendation. Otherwise I started slow defoliation process and I’m currently removing around two leaves per day. Plants definitely grew larger than expected but I’m not mad :D. They’re taking a bit longer, but it should be worth it. I’m expecting harvest on plants C and D soon.

Hey there growers!! Sorry for skipping flower so bad.. here are some videos of the ninth and tenth week. No excuses, but someone stole from me back then and I didn't feel like making videos for a couple of weeks. Day 24 - Thursday - Added 3ml of A+B , 100 ml of water , ph ok 👍 Day 25 - Friday - Moved into the IWC Oxypots (19l) - Changed to Bloom Nutrients - EC 1.7 (+1.2) , ph 6.2-6.3 - Did a bit of defoliation - see pics Day 26 - Saturday - Added approx 200ml of water, ph ok , EC ok Day 27 - Sunday - lazy day , didnt have to do anything , now they have big roots its all keeping an eye on the ph Day 28 - Monday - added 2 litres of water + 3ml A+B , did some more defoliation. I hope you guys appreciate all the work and detail in this diary, im sharing the knowledge that has taken my 25 years+ to help all the fellow growers out there, i was not the best 2 years ago, you can see by my diaries how far i have come, if you have any questions , now is the time !!

This girls is extremely bushy, absolutely lost cause lol I have no doubts in flower she will start stretching. Increased watering at 1.8L every 24hrs.
