Photos this week stay inside the tent, it’s just not safe to move these ladies anymore. ⸻ Irrigation Upgrade – Semi-Auto in Motion With the room expanding and multiple genetics running, it’s time to make watering smarter: • Semi-Automatic Irrigation Installed – currently set up to water 8 plants. • Not Fully Automated Yet – still manually monitoring and hand-watering other genetics in the room. • The goal is precision without full delegation — a hybrid system offering consistency + control. This is how smart growers scale: one foot in tech, one foot in the soil. 🌱 ⸻ Red Spectrum Timing – Emerson Effect in Action Let’s dive into light science, because this week, you’ve implemented something most growers don’t even think about: ☀️ What is the Emerson Effect? Discovered by Robert Emerson in the 1950s, the Emerson Effect is the phenomenon where plants photosynthesize more efficiently when exposed to both red (660nm) and far-red (730nm) light simultaneously. Even better? Despite the name, it contains no actual sugar. This week has been one of great gains in both size and vegetation we have seen a vertical leap in two plants that is astronomical almost 4 inches in a week! Had to do some pruning to expose new bud and a little bit of low stress training on to plants to see if we can expose light to the underside and perhaps get a little more love out of our lower buds The stalk size on almost all of these plants is almost as big as your thumb but on one it is actually relatively skinny that is the one we’re doing the low stress training on we just started the low stress training and it is taking very well to it One of these plants is extremely dark in color on the vegetation and has typically about 11 fingers per leaf! Not sure what that means yet

Lots of growth this week. They have all been in 2-gallon Pots and I have transferred them all to 5-gallon pots yesterday. All are doing very well. All have started Cal-Mag and Mystic Dream Blood Root.

Day 71. She’s amazing. I’ve been amazed at how she swelled in the last couple weeks. She will be flushing and entering her dark period within the next week or so. Let’s see how she finishes.

I mean theyre not the biggest. But i saw gelato buds spend in dispenserys (www). Who re smaller than mine. They grow up in height, tall and weight. Trichomes re the same as always... 😛 Har har.. Entered diary of the month for the first time here on GD. It’s been a good run thanks to Ethos Genetics and Front Row AG Nutrients. Grow diaries has been kinds shitty lately. I’ve tried my best to upload as many good photos as possible. I know I grow a little differently than most here on grow diaries. Push the plants as hard as you can, lots of heat/humidity/co2 and high EC. My motto, if you’re gonna grow, harvest as much as you can with the space you have. Overall this was one of my best runs in a while. Deep orange and cream/cake smells and vigorous growth made this a great strain.

High GD community, Week 12, Runtz doing very good. It has 2 ladybugs in pre-pop stage hunting around in this plant.🐞 I think everything is under control bcs they move around a lot and no ants🐜 are protecting their cattle. 2 signs that are positive. This week the weather was way down in comp with weeks before. Temps get max to 28 degrees celcius with both doors of the greenhouse closed. Night temps drop to 14 this week. Only 2 waterings this week, 5 liter with molasses and acacia honey 1 time. I did a second round of hst with some supercropping. 1 day and everything was allready growing towards the sky again. Some lst on the main stem with small weights making it bend just enough to go sideways. 💪 Canopy is more or less even, so im glad it worked out just fine. Day 28-35 (May 28th - June 4th) (Day 29) My rooted blackberry #3 clone looks like it’s finally starting to reveg. It’s starting to stretch it’s internodes but no new growth yet. Nearly all 9 are pushing roots now. What a waste of time taking clones in flower! Won’t ever do that again. Grapefruit #1 has a twin! I thought it was just an odd formation on the taproot but two seedlings are pushing out. I wonder if it will be genetically identical. It’s definitely slower growing than the other one so who knows. I will try to train them apart when the time comes. (Day 30) I think the EC/PPMs are too high on nearly every plant including my veggies. The promix is actually really hot for a “blank” medium coming in at 1800. Adding compost and amendments to that is probably raising it to 2500+ at least. It should self balance the more I water it but I know for a fact I can get better growth by leaching the soil around each plant. Next time I use promix for anything, I’m going to prewash it like coco coir and add a dash of oyster shell flour for pH and calcium. (Day 32) Purple tuna is now big enough to start lst on now. I’m going to wait a little while for the slurricanes. (Day 33) One of the grapefruits has a twin that actually popped... I’m going to leave it and see how she turns out (Day 35) I’m going to prune off the lower leaves on each plant. I was going to lst Purple tuna but it’s so vigorous I may as well just top/mainline it. Autoflowers are looking established and should be taking off this week. I wonder if this will give them enough time to veg into decent sized plants before they flower. I won’t be topping or even doing lst. My goal is 22 big spear colas from each plant. I’m going to get all my rooted clones into 1.7 gallon pots over the next week or so.
