Week 6 of flower! Coming into the final stretch and thankfully this catches me up to the present with this journal. All the girl's are really getting thirsty faster and I've upped their daily to 1gl each with half doses of CalMag+ and PH'd to 6.3. I'll be changing PH to 6.5 for the last 3 weeks of flower to help with their autuming off. The WW is getting so resinous it's ridiculous. Keeping nighttime temps @ 60F and mid 70's during the day with 4 hours of enhanced UV via the HLG UV bar. Supposed to help with tricome and terpene production....we'll see!

All the plants are in various stages of flowering so it is starting to smell very interesting in the closet. The soil is becoming hydrophobic which makes watering an even more laborious task than it already is. I suspect the rewards will be well worth it though.

Still waiting on tricomes to Aber abit and I see some foxtails developing all over the buds putting on lots of weight stems bending all over even lower branches are hanging

I payed 55 dollars an eight for the same level of quality, I got 18 eights of top shelf for $10 not including nutrients and supplies, yeah I'm never going back to a dispensary unless I'm traveling. This experience has improved my life in many ways. I got a total of 7.8 ounces from this grow, I'm happy :)

I think it's a fantastic plant you can feel the og and terpenes of the blueberry it grows compact and vigorous even if the pot did not give it justice it was grown in a small pot in normal soil I am very satisfied I am waiting for the smoke

Her growth this week was extraordinary. The extra hours of light works. I will continue her in veg for another 3 weeks. Hoping she is ready before the end of November.

I have moved my last automatic ladies of the season indoor cause I didn't want to risk the integrity of the nugs because of the high humidity. I have brought her with all of my plants under my LED panel of HortiONE 190w. 100% organically grown with Biotabs organics, super citric and earthy and kushy smells, very special plant, definitely would love to make a sea of green with 25 blackberry kush in a 1,20. LOVE IT! 👌 💎💚😋

End of week 5. Plants are healthy and buds have definitely started to develop nicely. Short thick plants, smells amazing already. Thirsty plants. Lights and genetics working great

At the beginning of the week I added a duct fan and ran a duct to the window for more fresh spring air. They seem to like it. After adding the air intake I didn't pay them much attention this week. I trusted the process They seem to be doing ok. I wonder?

Missed couple of weeks of updates!! She’s getting close to harvest one more week then chop

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Keepin an eye on the trichomes of the first plant, cause imo her main top is ripe A bit purple both... gettin close! Nutrients up untill flowering Trichomes still white, her top looks ready. As long she doesn´t turn amber, I´m lettin them grow 👐👍 I'm thinkin about lettin the thin one just trun amber... it's such a small and thin plant. Doesn't matter if the CBD drops, I want more harvest! The thin one smells like candy and flowers 😛🤩 she´s also very white and frosty
