Week 26/02 - 3/03

Taking nice form with a huge number of flowers filling the net..it’s good to see the scrog method working the way it says it should in all the reading I done on it.havnt really had any problems throughout the entire grow yet.huge fan of the XL auto pot system.fist time grower and first time user and things couldn’t of been easier.also got the new veg room up to a point where I can start getting the second lot comfortable.any suggestions would be good

End of the second week of the stretch and pretty much as expected. One male has gone off early spilling pollen everywhere. The females Id say are a little behind this one but no real worries - we got another 2 males in there ready and waiting to burst at the right time👍. We’ve now pared down the whole tent for pollination and taken cuttings of each fem. Plant for a separate run. Best part there is that we have 3 identified phenos of both indica and sativa dominant traits so we’re gonna get a really even look at what the genetic has to offer, while at the same time being able to isolate desirable traits in the resulting F2 seed. Pretty sick outcome to date 🔥. We moved over to GHE nutes this week to save the Druid nutes for the fem run in the recirc system. Stronger brand for sure, but similar in value and ease. All told, everything is proceeding far better than expected. The rest is just praying that we found a kickass combination in the polyhybrid mix🤞. Till next week yall👊. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. Hey guys! Here's the 3rd week of flower! 😻 This week I trimmed my babies (just a little, about 8 leaves or less each plant). Some leaves were healthy but were blocking a lot of light from the flowers and tucking them wasn't doing the job anymore. Besides that Boomer stretched out a lot (which also worried me as I didn't want my babies to go wild on me. I LSTed some of them hoping that would fix the issue). Where I live has been getting somewhat cold at night and I fear that might be doing something to my babies (I hope to be wrong). Besides that the flowers are getting bigger everyday and some are even starting to show some trichomes (I think looks cute!). The pistils are also getting bigger and the smell is stronger now (it was already strong). Near the end of the week I saw Falco's leaves were getting yellow and I suspect it is nitrogen deficiency... and what's causing it is probably some residues at the end of the pot (so I might need to flush her) or maybe I just need to feed her more nutes). Keep in mind she used to be quite small during veg and only in the end she grew enough to be transplanted to a bigger pot. Maybe she's just special? This week you'll see less timelapses compared to last week... I forgot to take photos for about 3 days 😅 but at least there are some! I hope you'll enjoy what I'm sharing! Thanks for reading! 👋

d.50 a few spots appeared on the leafs. gave a 10 ml dose of bio p k and waiting a week before giving a dose of orgatrex and bactrex edit: d.50 i also gave 0.5 ml of calmag from Biobizz edit d.53 will i be giving her the orgatrex and bactrex treatment ✌️🌞 d.53 she got 20 ml orgatrex, 1g of bactrex and 0.5 ml of biobizz calmag d.54 added scrog and did lst with clips to even out the height and space… still need to adjust it.

I’m overjoyed with the phenos this strain is producing, strong vibrant purples with some serious flavour profiles! Flushing for a little extra than usual to get some clean clean flavors. Really happy with this batch, the nugs are so dense and are oozing terpenes and trichomes. Awesome strain this one

🌿 Grow Update: Week 6 of Flower 🌸 Hey growers, We're cruising through Week 6 of flowering, and I gotta say, things are looking solid in my grow setup. This being my first rodeo, I'm pretty stoked with how it's all turning out. The plant's rocking a deep green, which could be a bit of nitrogen overload or just her natural vibe. Regardless, she's thriving, Ive been so stupid letting her get so big in a 5gallon i wouldn't be surprised if she is rootbound.. Got a bit of a snag with some lower bud sites getting overshadowed by the top canopy. Didn't want to push my luck with more defoliation i cant really at this point of flower, but hey, it's all a learning experience next round, I'll be more surgical. Already thinking about the next grow — tossing in a couple of plants in 5-gallon pots, keeping veg short and sweet at 4-5 weeks. Gonna tighten up the training game for sure. Despite the lower buds not getting as much love, the top ones are coming along nicely. She's a thirsty one, so I'm hitting her with 4 liters at lights on and another 2 liters a few hours before lights off to keep that coco from drying out. Got about 3-4 more weeks to go, and I'm itching to see how it all pans out. Can't wait to see the final yield and taste the goods. Day 21: the next watering will be with the full fert cycle starting week 4. Plants are bouncing back from lst. Day 23: leaf tucking, defoliation and more lst. Day 25: Very hot week, hitting 29°C but the plants are still growing fine

At the end of week 4 the northern lights feminised is going steady with no signs of deficiency but fading of the leaves have begun. The growth has ceased with most of her energy is being used for bud formation. Most of the internodes have been filled at her stem. As the plants aromas increase the sweat floral scent has now got a touch of spice. The super skunk feminised will be fed as required keeping a close eye on the moisture levels.

Plagron Seedbooster Plus did the trick; all 3 of my Green Gelato seeds from Royal Queen Seeds sprouted after 3 days in soil. In above photo's you'll also see my Plagron feeding schedule. I think I'll veg them 2 weeks longer but couldn't select 8 weeks in the Plagron Nutrient Calculator (I hope they'll change that for the future since a 60 day veg is quite normal). But on the other hand, I think feeding in the last 2 weeks of veg will be the same as week 6.

They are strong. The no4 girl is huge, had to top her, no lst and going to flip her at young age with the rest of her sisters

Big Fat Wedding Cake is on the end half of bulking. She is looking really good with a sweet flowery smell. She did get nute burned prior me changing the solution a few days ago. Everything is looking great now.
