this week is like every other feed bat poo tea and straight water outdoors so sun takes care of her right through

Week 4 started off with a bang as the day before was LST day. I’m new to this but the goal here is as many bud sites as possible. She’s growing great considering it’s 90+ everyday here and august is insane normally here.

it is healthy and the buds grow vigorously. so far it has withstood wind and weather. it grows in a 1 litre pot. it is more of a minigrow. but it performs very well for the conditions.

Just starting , This is my soil mix! Only took two days to break soil pretty sweet!!

since the end of last week I have started to untie the branches later in the growth. always trying to give more light to the shoots that arise from the joints, to then direct these too towards the light. All this while I lower the plant by about fifteen centimeters so that the elongation given by the change of light favors the spacing. From day to day I checked the situation and, after three days, I installed a very rudimentary net in order to re-fit the highest branches and spacing them, both between them, and being careful to leave light and space the new throats. now I am just waiting for it to start to equalize in height while it will enter, I hope very soon, in the pre-flowering and then definitively blossom. just stress if not some tying to the new thrown that will decide to come up. I will increase with fertilizers at this time when the plant will recharge to the maximum to overcome yet another change. we hope for tasty buds, this cultivation is becoming more and more interesting as it is difficult.

Topped the plant—- I have a seed popping out of the soil! Not sure what that could be… Just water so far, but I have to water so much more frequent!

Week Harvest My journey of Runtz Automatic and her entrance in the Eternity Grow Cup 2025 began on January 7 when she popped her head above the soil. Runtz was an easy carefree plant to grow with no incidents of pests or disease. A few defoliations were all that was necessary to keep her in check. I kept her under a light schedule of 18/6 to maximize her light exposure. After topping her she grew only 24 inches tall. This small plant structure is suitable for growers with limited space. She was harvested on March 20, day 74 from germination. As part of the flushing process, I topped the pot with ice, then watered with ph 6.5-6.7 water for 3 days. Then I put Runtz Auto in the dark for 2 days still in her pot. March 20, she got the chop, Wet weight 314g and is hanging dry in a darkened room. As she dries, candy, sweet, fruity smells escape the room. Temps are 71-72and 43-48% humidity. I am sure she is as tasty as she smells and will not disappoint in effects. My sincere thanks to Patricia @Zamnesia for her support and encouragement throughout this grow. Big thanks and sincere appreciation to Plagron and Zamnesia for hosting this fun and exciting contest. Everyone entering the contest started with the same strain in either a feminized auto or photoperiod seed. Zamnesia generously provided 5 seeds to everyone and Plagron provided the Green Sensation flowering additive. During this contest I enjoyed visiting many contestants’ diaries and seeing beautiful gardens. Many, like me, are limited in space or number of plants they can grow but all are displaying fine specimens. Some Runtz phenotypes are very sativa dominant, with long thin leaf fingers, while others lean more indica. What will be most interesting will be the smoke reports on effects. My theory is that the more sativa leaning in structure, the more active, energetic and euphoric that plant will be and the indica leaning specimens will be more relaxing and uplifting. Okay, that was it, her growth period is over. My summary is a bit of a mixed bag. Sonnenerde: I liked how the plant grew in this living soil and am curious on the result after drying and curing. But so far, I'm happy with the experiment Blumat: I give up - I fell like this is not the watering system for me, despite me really liking the idea and the concept of it. To be fair, I need to check the drippers, if the membrane and moving parts are spotless, to rule out reasons beyond my wrongdoing, but I'm not too hopeful. I just don't think I'll use it again. the water hoses/pipes(?) make the whole plant too immobile, not even turning the pot is possible. I'm sure it's great for certain situations, but just not for me. Bio Tabs PK Booster+Orgatrex: This time I used a little more Orgatrex, not sure if I changed anything else, but it really made a huge difference, even bigger than in previous grows. The aroma intensified dramatically, the buds were covered in trichomes and bulked up really nicely - and all that was noticeable after a few days.

Deep Forest Auto is moving along. She is starting to really shoot pistils now, and bulk. Everything has been doing good. She has a piney citrus aroma that smells really good. Great week, plant hit it's stride and the time lapse shows it. Upping the EC to 1750 and letting her rip now. Should be seeing pistils soon.
