Day 169. Visited my friends garden and his Royal Cookies + RQS RC looks amazing, stil packing , despite cold air in UK. My forest Hermie project goes to the end, hopefully next Wednesday and Thursday I will chop them down. Happy Growing !

AK-47 Goxuak Autoflower by Genehtik is a truly awesome plant and really really fun to grow! My 1st thought was I wish I had know more when I ordered the seeds. I only bought 1 from the single seed centre .com 🤦‍♂️ Of all the plants our house sitters watched for us back in week 7, this is the only one they regularly ask about and want to know when its finished. Even they loved growing it! And they only spent a week with her and aren't gardeners 😄 Ashoka started in a Jiffy tomato pod and was transplanted almost as an afterthought. In fact we ran out of containers and had to improvise with the water pitcher. (We didn't have high hopes) Oops. The pitcher turned out to be a big benefit in that I could see the roots and diagnose and potential issues. She has been in the same Fox Farms; Happy Frog soil ever since planting the pod into the pitcher. The soil held up good too. Ashoka didn't start showing any deficiencies until the end of week 6, around the middle of her stretch. Correcting this was very easy, we added the recharge at first but it didn't quite do it. We had to feed her Advanced Nutrients Bloom and Grow for about 2.5 weeks. But this Goxuak really never complained : 1:😎 Low Stress Training (LST) for Ashoka was a breeze! At 14 days she was 4" tall and too short to train. She doubled in height in a week and we started training around day 24. Just in the nick of time too! She entered flower about a week after that and stretched like crazy!🤪 the AK-47 gave us about 3 full weeks of nice flexible branches to train before hardening up. We ended up with a pretty even canopy and some solid colas too I wanted to touch on the lighting as there isn't a lot of options on this platform. Ashoka spent her life under 2 different lights. 1st, she sprouted and spent the first 4 weeks vegging under 2x Viparspectra 600w(250 true watts) LEDs at an 18/6 light cycle. She finished her flower and fade under A Optic 8 (500 true watts) LED. At 18/6 At around day 60 I started flushing her.(well my house sitter Sam did the first time) We used Cyco Kleanse and flushed 5 Gallons thru her until the ppm was down to 350ish, I did the next 2 flushes. The 2nd I used Kleanse again getting the runoff ppm to ~120. Her final week I stopped ph-ing the water and just watered tap. I also gave her the 3rd and final flush with straight Ice cold tap water. She really showed a great fade!! Some buds definitely colored up too!! Finally the Harevst: I put her in a 5Gal bucket of ice in complete darkness for 4 days.😈 This was done with the intent to help her produce more resin and frost up. I can't say if it truly worked. She absolutely doubled the trichome production in those 4 days, but idk if it was the time or the darkness and ice. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ I kept her in a sealed closet with a oscillating fan and humidifier at 75°and 63%RH. On the 3rd day I lowered the RH to 50%. She got trimmed and put into jars on the 5th day after harvest. I am monitoring the humidity and burping regularly (8-10x a day) Smoke Report: Creamy pepper with a cherry syrup aftertaste.🤣🤪 I've only smoked a bowl so haven't tested the ashes. But she is curing nice. A bit harsh yet I expect will go away after a couple more days. The high is perfect tho! Just what we wanted. It creeps up on u. But you will be confused by the time you finish the bowl. A very cerebral high(I chopped her whole trichomes were only 10% amber) that was great with good company. My girl andI are both veteran smokers, but this bud still made us both giggly(a rarity). It's a good social smoke and was fun to be on around others. The only downsides were it caused a mild confusion and paranoia. Like I would forget what I was talking about then worry ppl were laughing at me for it(they were though) 🤣🤣 I plan to report more feedback after it had cured a couple weeks. I'll invite others people's opinions as well. Right now I can definitely say the AK-47 Goxuak from Genehtik it an autoflower I would recommend to anyone, but especially new auto growers. I will be ordering more next season if they ate available. Genehtik has won me over. They genetics were extremely stable and safe. No herms no deficiencies nothing but greatness! 🌱🌱🌱 I had to share! I was looking on the breeder Instagram page( @Genehtik_chile) and they used a few of my pictures of Ashoka to represent their AK-47 Goxuak auto. I really feel honored by this. I have only been growing for 5 months and know I'm not good, but it's inspiring and motivating when the breeder of the strain give you an attaboy like this. Thanks Genehtik! I've grown this already 2x, but this is the first time growing in DWC. As far I remember it is the same size as my older grows, she seems healthy and putting a lot of energy in the roots. Next week probably she will start blooming and then we shall see her real size!

Flowering day 22 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Another great week that is over. They all develop exactly as it should be 💚. Since the last leaf and substrate application against tripse, I finally haven't seen any of the little biters 👍. Watering was done twice this week with 1.3 l each time (see table above for nutrients). The lowest shoots were removed so that the energy is not wasted in the lower part :-) . Otherwise, as always, everything was cleaned and checked. Fresh osmosis water was filled with stale tap water in a 100 L tank for the coming week 👍. Sometimes things don't go the way you want to and are out of your control. That's precisely what happened to me last week. In the middle of summer, it wouldn't stop raining for over a week, causing the humidity to skyrocket in my room. That's the last thing you want in week 8 of flower, especially if you don't have something like a dehumidifier. So unfortunately I found a spot of botrytis developing on one of the main colas... I cut off the whole cola that was infected. The next day I found another spot, unfortunately, so I decided it was time to cut my losses and harvest what was left. I would have loved to let her ripen a week or two more, but that's life sometimes. Fortunately, there are still 2 big, main colas and lower buds left!

Day 26 – On the Verge of Flowering We’re now on Day 26 of the grow, and the Sweet Skunk Automatic is entering a critical stage. After nearly four full weeks of vegetative growth, the plant continues to appear healthy and structurally compact. Leaf growth remains vigorous, and the internodal spacing is still tight—a good indicator of strong light exposure and stable environmental conditions. This week marks the likely transition period into the early flowering stage, which typically begins around week 4 to 5 for this autoflowering strain. While no pistils are visible yet, we expect the first signs of pre-flowering to appear within the next few days. Weather Recap & Outlook The past week brought mixed conditions—cool nights and scattered showers slowed growth slightly but didn’t cause any stress symptoms. Now, a more favorable pattern is setting in: • Daytime highs are climbing steadily toward 24–26°C • Nighttime lows remain above 10°C, reducing root zone stress • Plenty of sunshine is forecasted for the coming days, especially mid to late week These improved conditions should provide the perfect push for the plant to fully enter bloom. We’ll be watching closely for the first white hairs and signs of stretching. The stage is set. If everything stays on track, we’ll enter the flowering chapter of this grow very soon

Day 8 into flower and day 43 from germination. I dont know the night temperatures inside the tent. I suspect it might be cold and it is very humid in there even with 2 fans blowing. 25 degrees celcius at the canopy with around 65 - 70% humidity during the day. At night i think 13 - 16 degrees celcius. I need to lower the humidity now. I tied all main branches down to the sides.

so people are going to ask ? where's the buds well I'm 3 days into drying and soon as everything is dyed I will share the details of everything but long story short..... I wanted to see if I could push my skills, by doing newbie outdoor mistakes like mold, heat and cold issues, pests, animals, nute problems and limiting myself to a budget of £50 for the plant so I could prove you dont need a fancy set up to get good grade cannabis. all it takes is skill, time and love for the plant. bare in mind I stay in Scotland where the misconception is you can't grow cannabis out here at all. well that's wrong I've had lemon haze grow outdoors fine that was a meter and a half tall. and this peyote reached 50cm max until I had to cut the main stem as I was having growth issues with the main stem holding the plant back. but tune in next week when is dried,smoked a little and then after that cured. I know this community is one of the friendliest I have met but I just don't want people making assumptions biased on 1 plant I've posted.

Edit: due to unforeseen circumstances the harvest was delayed by 5 days. I ended up harvesting them at day 60 of flower. I’ve added an extra video of what they looked like just before I cut them down 😸 It’s been a fairly smooth run 😸 The clones grew as expected, this is the third time I’ve grown this particular pheno. She’s got a killer smell straight up gassy sherb and a taste that leaves you wanting more. The buds themselves are rock solid to the touch and super greasy. She’s not the frostiest plant I’ve grown, but she packs a punch! I’d like to thank everyone who has taken the time to have a look, comment or like this diary. 6/7 - Day 78/Day 38 Flower Lower leaves continue to show signs of a deficiency but haven't been able to pinpoint what is causing it. I watered with a gallon of distilled water today in order to induce runoff. I got the following readings: - pH: 6.3 - PPM: 1530 - EC: 3.1 My PPM reading is about 120 less than last week which tells me that my girl is still feeding but not nearly at the rate that I would have anticipated this late in flower. I'm going to hold off on supplementing with any additional nutrients until I get down to 1200. Given how much time is left in flower (3 weeks), I doubt I'll hit that threshold before my flush. Going to continue just watering and watching pH. I've noticed that the smell has started to dissipate a bit over the last few weeks. I've had a stint of a few hot days where the tent was registering temps in the 90s. I'm hoping that I didn't compromise my terpene production. Only time will tell. 6/12 - Day 83/Day 43 Flower Starting to see signs that my leaves are entering the fade so decided to take a peak at my trichomes to see how close I am to harvest. I'd estimate the ratio of clear to cloudy trichomes to be at about 60% to 40%. Seeing a few amber heads but they are few and far between. Forgive the potato quality of the trichome pics - need to work on my photo technique. Based on the guidance from ILGM, the flowering period is expected to last 9 weeks and I'm right at the tail end of week 6. Given my current progress and how my trichs are looking, I'd expect that I'll be in a position to do a final flush next weekend. I'm going to hold off on feeding any further nutrients from here on out so that I can reduce my PPM count and have my girl ride out the remaining nutes in the soil. Based on my readings from early in the week, seems like there is still plenty of food in the medium. On a positive note, I noticed that the smell returned last night! Assuming I corrected the problem that cause the smell to dissipate over the last couple weeks - I am looking forward to a pungent yield in a couple weeks!

Da der 21 Blüte Tag nun ist, bekommt sie heute 20 ml Orgatrex und 1g Bactrex. Die Blätter oben schauen leicht mit genommen aus, aber nichts was beängstigend ist. Sie hat jetzt nochmal fast 10 vom nachgeschoben. An Blüte Tag 25, die letzte Entlaubung. Ich kann nur empfehlen dran zu bleiben mein Freund hat sie vor ein paar Tagen geerntet. Sie ist wirklich etwas besonderes.

The plant suffered some initial light stress, leading to a stretched structure and few buds.

In veg, it responded well as I learned about how to best train it. In flower, the smell was insane... after the first smell my eyes rolled back. Sweet floral orange citrus with a hint of chemical cleaner smell that comes together to smell like a tropical sunscreen. When I was trimming the tester, my friend was walking by and stopped in his tracks, "whoa which one is that!?" - this one is loud! The smell is super strong even after drying, and really translates into the smoke. This was the star of the show, and made the best smoke. 10/10 would grow again. One small issue was that this plant was by far the most susceptible to powdery mildew. It started on this plant, and any time it popped up in the tent, this plant had some. I had to stay on the Dr Zymes and trimming any affected leaves, but it was worth it. Overall I ended up with just under 40g, but I smoked a bunch while trimming and took a sample cut, so really it was 7-10g more... this one was chopped on day 64. The buds were fat and firm and the trichomes looked ready, with a good mix - probably 5% clear 85% cloudy 10% amber. I trimmed this plant 2nd and was getting better at it, ended up with some really nice looking nugs... so of course I took a ton of pics!

Started LST and accidental HST. Lots of good growth fast now. This may not be a fail after all. Am trying some trial error experiments. ReCharge and GS Liquid Fish and Kelp have helped a ton and Rhino Skin has made for very strurdy stem/leaves that are pliable. Altho I stunted these due to (i think) high ph for a cpl weeks, some LST fun is just a must. This is just an experiment. :) I'll post a qwik vid.
