Overall it was a great first time grow. The outcome was smaller than expected. This was caused by the heavy under watering, that stunted the growth of the plant. However the 26g of weed that I got from this harvest is amazing! Smoking is very smooth and the sativa effects are great.

28-10-2018 Filling in quickly, nice blend with the Gorilla Glue, managed to make a few clones last week before changing to 12 cycle. hope they can stand the wait until this round finishes in 8 weeks if not i will just re clone again off the clones lol 31-10-2018 Halloween and the girls are wearing their best costumes. GG are really starting to beef up, There are quite a few buds under the screen, would have been a ton better had i started training earlier on. Some new pics of the progress. I will say that the game is not worth the candle with one plant, it's a waste of time to use nutrients. We'll see how it tastes...

Week 9: Senescence has begun

It has been a week of amazing growth for the Xtrakush too. What an amazing plant this is. Resilient, enormous growth, it was only last week that we took out her brother. It turned out to be male, which is why we planted two in one pot. Already she has taken up its space almost entirely. And the bud growth is also something I haven't seen before. This can really turn out to be enormous buds if the buds grow out like advertised. All in all a great week with lots of activity on my part to facilitate these results. We are three weeks into flowering, the deadline I set myself from where I'm allowed defoliating the underside. To prevent stress, but also to maximize growth I hadn't touched them all grow. Also, I made the flowering amendments, it didn't seem they needed anything so I waited a couple of weeks. I made a mix of 2 cups worm castings, 2 cups bonemeal, 1 cup of micro life (per plant) and mixed this. I dropped this on the soil around the stem. In just a day another amazing stretch happened. The combined defoliation and added nutes gave a boost they seemed to love. I watered with a heavy mix of BAC organic flowering, Topmax and Calmag, and a one in 6 mix of my trusty permaculture tea. Can't recall ever having a tap root coming through the side before. 📅4/10/24 Friday 📋 9.00pm looks like movement. 📅5/10/24 Saturday 📋 9.00pm not broke ground properly but cotyledons are visible and looks stuck in part of the shell casing. Day 0 ******************************************** Germination summery. 📋 Didn't take that long for the Lemon cherry gelato to start breaking ground, she seems to be struggling to open up at the moment and is a funny yellow colour. Girls are developing and stretching like crazy. Athena currently Dec 14 90cm and main stem of Xena is not far of this height either. Unfortunately noticed first signs of calcium deficiency(my opinion) on Athena. Thankfully started feeding both girls with calmag weeks back but the dosage wasn't not enough for Athena. Started small treatment very next day on Dec 11 (see description below) I belive got my baby back on right track. Week 9 Dec 11-17 Dec 11 Watering was planned for Tuesday but due to calcium deficiency decided for a little treatment. Watered both girls with mixture of reduced content of growth nutes by 50% calmag at 1.2 ml per ltr. Reduced solution PH to 6.2 as apperently it's ideal for calcium consumption. Over period 4h I have watered Athena with 5ltr with couple runoffs. Xena 3ltr. Total of 7-10 leaves affected mainly at top colas close to the light. Dec 12-13 Purely observation and all looking well. Of course all affected leaves will progres of showing signs but good news is that growth and development booming and don't see any new leaves with symptoms. Very nice trichomes development in recent days and more and more colours. Dec 14 Second watering for this week 6.5l Increased calmag to 1.4ml per ltr and if still things will be looking well reduce to 1 or 1.2 on next feeding. Dec 15 Very nice respond on yesterday feeding. They definitely fatten over night and getting more and more frosty. Will need to remove some foliage soon as getting extremely bushy again. Dec 17 Xenas main stem top cola almost touched the light today. Tied her to left side of the cabinet, applied selective defoliation on both girls, tied few branches to netting and on the end of this busy day a third watering for this week. 7 ltrs beetwen both. Runoffs Xena PH6.4 Athena 6.3. Very nice week have to say. I belive that calcium deficiency on Athena is no longer a case here and both girls developing very nicely. She was topped for the last time, 16 apical summits were born 😎. She has been under x2 MarsHydro PAR38 LED bulbs for a week, but I think she didn't like those. She developed some burnt spots, my guess is that IKEA bulbs are safer than MarsHydro ones. Plus, I'm getting sick of those pink-ish lights. I sold my x2 COBs to buy x3 LM301B PCB boards (QB-style, in my opinion one of the best ways to go nowadays). Otherwise she looks great, I'm having hard times trying to keep everything symmetrical but this will be easier as soon as I plug my new quantumboards in the tent. Stay tuned folks 👋

Plants dried in the pots for 2days then hang for 2weeks at 60-65%rh. Buds were dense in most cases, they ended up being three totally different phenos but over all the smell was strong and taste was sweet. 8g pop corn and 25g sugar leaves in total.Zkittlez 1 37g total not all is in the pic, the smell was sweet. Zkittlez 2 52gs in total has a very pine like smell. Zkittlez 3 very stanky covered in thc snow white the camera does not do her justice. Still deciding , did a bunch clones and now i will see with are the strongest to keep So the first ones find them selfs in a new pot 😆 for now we have 1 CS phenotype #1 with i decided to top , 2 CS phenotype #3 the hulkeberry one , 1 CS phenotype #2 the fruity smell one , 1 Kushi ( wthis is not on the list but still there😆) and 2 TP phenotype #2 I gave them 0,5L water with a TDS of 380 just to help with. The transplant. Noticed that four out of the five plants have began to pre-flower at week five so I’m beginning to switch my nutrients from grow to bloom and soon after that I’ll be adding my bloom booster..I’m wondering if I should Switch from my grow nutrients to my bloom nutrients as soon as I seen those pistols or should I give it another week

So in this diary it has become a comparison! I am feeding 3 organic and 3 synthetic to see how or if the results vary! I decided to top the younger ones earlier as they had fast pace growth and they are just showing vigor! I have such thick leaves too and stems so expecting an amazing turn around when I do the second topping! These are all mysteries! Some seeds sent to me are the organic and others I found in a harvest so will be interesting indeed.... Happy growing buddies ✌️💚 and they all have such vigor in growth because of the dynomyco 😜 very useful! I used it on transfers! So not sure of the amount as I sprinkled it in the potting hole

Good day to all my friends and visitors here on GD. Decided to finally finish this diary so that on New Year eve I'm not opening the year with unfinished business. Now we cut the second Tropicanna XL auto plant, the first cut you can find in week 17. The plant from week 17 weighted 2.6 kilo wet, this one finished at 2.1kg. wet. The girls where autoflower but thanks to me starting this grow in cold day temps (14 degree Celsius) the started flower really late and grew and grew :) I enjoyed growing this strain immensely, smells so sweet and fruity, she has the most intense and most delicious aroma ever She brunches off like crazy, gave me a ton of big and dense bud.
