Week 16

Watered straight water on day 130, runoff & pH still high at 5/3230, raised lights to 23" above the canvas do give better coverage but only getting between 17,000-35,000 lux so I'm under lit for flower, might be upgrading to HLG Scorpion R Spec LED. Added half a tsp NPK Microbes Bloom Stage today, hopefully this will help.

So far so good, I guess. I think magnesium deficiency in some plants but I’m not quite sure yet. I have plan to feed some nutrients in next few days. And I’m really looking for some suggestion and that would be my pleasure.

09/24: flowing away! They are looking good. Water hooked up today. Looking forward to seeing how they progress this week. Purple is coming in! 😀

Hello this is the end of week 6 and the beginning of week 7 of flowering. Still 4 weeks to go, and we are getting some color on these plants. 3 plants are showing some purple. Man, these plants smell good now. When they were young I was getting very little smell on my fingers with the rub test. But now, these plants smell wonderful. They have cookie and cake parents. So it smells like some sort of sweet treat in here. The seed description says, Sweet, creamy, vanilla, desert with a touch of butter and fruit cake. Sounds delicious. 😃 Have Fun. Chuck.

I started feeding liquid nutrients this week. Although I’m using Nature’s Living Soil Super Soil Autoflower Concentrate mixed with Fox Farm Ocean Forest—so technically I could water only until harvest—I decided to begin liquid feeding in Week 3 at half the recommended dose. I also have a Tray2Grow Autopot system for automatic bottom feeding, but I haven’t activated it yet. When using liquid nutrients via top feeding, I’d need to turn the Autopot system off and wait until the plants absorb all the water in the tray before feeding from the top. Afterward, I’d have to manually turn the system back on. That seems like a hassle compared to just hand-watering and feeding. I could technically add the liquid nutrients to the Autopot reservoir, but that somewhat defeats the purpose of the system. The tank holds 25 gallons—enough to last a few weeks—but if I want to change or rotate nutrients weekly, I’d have to dump the remaining water and remix the solution each time. If I wanted to feed nutrients every other watering, I’d be changing out the tank every 3 days. Plus, liquid nutrients can cause buildup, so I’d need to clean the reservoir and all the tubing regularly. For now, I’ll stick with hand-watering and top feeding. I’ll only switch to the Autopot system if I need to leave town.

Plants are growing at a nice pace especially dealing with the extra high PH runoff

Not a huge producer but looking pretty. Starting flush. Beautiful blue tones. Very pretty buds on both of my twisted trees plants. Can't wait to see how my Twisted cookies turns out.

These did great on autopilot, of the 6 plants, these 2 are definitely my favorite.. a simple 4way LST when all tops come in level makes me happy 😻. they're still a little too dark/overfed so we're going super light for a while.. We raised the Solux350 a few inches as well, they're stretching fast... all other plants were showing early signs of cal-mag def so we adjusted strengths for everyone.. We have the Solux350 at 75% power, we'll keep it here until their flowering stretch is over and finish out at 100%...I'm really curious to see if resin production using 2835pro/Osram combo is comparable to what 301b/Osram does.. Wormcasting tea diluted and fed at the start of every second day (was previously added after every flush) Im aware I dont want too much nitrogen this late in flower, I compensated by lowering the dose of B1 which is high in nitrogen. Explosive results. Highly recommend reading about the benefits 👌 Ran my microscope over the canopy quickly and noticed about 60-70% milky with the odd amber here and there so we're a ways off yet. My plan for harvest is to flush her hard to pull on the brakes, just water for a few days reducing amount each time then lights out for 3 days prior to chop.

The grow was overall very smooth and definitely pretty quick compared to others but could be because she wasn’t a very tall or high producing plant. I’m sure it was something I’ve stunted along the way early on but could of also just been a runt seed. Either was 120 grams, I’m happy with. She took a well to LST along the way and didn’t have to do much defoliating with her. Looking forward to sharing a smoke report once she’s dry and ready.

Great strain, would recommend. Nice smoke/vapor, friends love it, stupefying and euphoric, no heavy couch lock like heavy indicas. Taste great in The Mighty vaporizer, citrus with a hint of pine.

TUESDAY 9/3: A the trichs on a couple of them are getting pretty cloudy, but they still have at least another week of flushing ahead of them. The rest have a couple weeks left to go I think. WEDNESDAY: I was out at the property for awhile today, hosed off the horsies and cleaned their hooves really well. I was there long enough that I was able to move the plants into direct sunshine for an extra couple hours. I fed everybody with a half-gallon of water including bembe, terpinator, tiger bloom, beastie bloomz, armor si, and big bloom...just enough to wet their whistles. THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY: I was sick as a dog . 2-day stomach virus, followed by an acute pancreatitis attack... 😷 MONDAY: I gave them all about a half-gallon of aquarium water with some bembe, beastie bloomz, and tiger bloom.
