Last week of veg for these ladies. Did some major defoliation. They are so close to being full and tall enough to switch to flowering.

'Not all those who wander are lost' What started out as an experiment, turned out to be an adventure of epic proportions. What hangs here behind me smells like the weed I knew in the 80's, skunky and full. But look at those buds. DAAAAANG.... These are the biggest buds Ive ever grown, I didn't know what darkness precisely did before.... now I know... My god after a few days they oooze cristal liquid from all its holes. They are greasy and sticky, full of weight and I think well hit the 300 grams per plant with this one, taking our total to 600 grams what would be 2 grams per watt used. If that's so, Ill never use another light again! Thank you Mars Hydro for letting us try it. And by god so should anyone wanting to up their growing game. When i harvest it it looked very good in quality but it took some time to get dry so it maybe had a bad drying so thats why.

Let's talk about our Jealousy girls from Zamnesia Seeds. We have one Jealousy (1) at 15 weeks and another Jealousy (2) at 14 weeks. Jealousy (1), nicknamed 'the first,' has been on a water-only regimen for two weeks now. For the past three days, instead of regular watering, we've been adding ice to her pot to give her a little stress. Meanwhile, Jealousy (2), or 'the second,' is still enjoying her nutrient diet with TDS at 1800 ppm and pH at 6.2. However, Jealousy (1) has started showing signs of yellowing leaves and around 30% of her trichomes have turned brown. We're planning to harvest Jealousy (1) by the end of the week on March 3, 2024. As for Jealousy (2), she's still growing strong!

Not going to say I expected more as I did but I can also say wow they’re doing amazing and forming big ole buds! And the aromas are crazy coming from all of them! And I have NEWSSSSSS… so mystery revealed! On 2 big ones solo still forming! But bottom left is FASTBUDS purple punch and top left is FASTBUDS forbidden runtz and I’m so glad of it as I wanted them to be the fastbuds to get another finish or a better one on these and it seems I may not with the forbidden runtz but I will with the purple punch! My next run I will hold back as best as I can to do nothing but open them up and not defoliate or trim one set and visa versa on the others back to back to see the difference alongside each other! Be great too as I have more fastbuds to run and new Zamnesia to do on this so will be equal in timing! Plus I get to do some solos so will be a great grow!

Day 10F-17F (Day 10F) Everything is looking on point. I’m going to soak in a gallon of lite compost tea diluted to 400ppms on each plant except for #5. I’m still a little worried I won’t make it through the stretch but at the same time I fear N toxicity just as much. I will give one more lite tea before the end of stretch, most likely at the end of this week. (Day 12F) Ladies responded nicely to the tea except for BBB#1. It just isn’t looking as vigorous as it was last week. It’s the only one without an air hose so I guess it couldn’t hurt to grab one. The air hose does without a doubt prevent overwatering in soil and I’m surprised I don’t see more people using it. It’s cheap, effective and gives me similar results to growing in pure coco. I’m going to give one more light foliar spray of 3ml of calmag, 3ml of kelp and 2.5ml of insect frass. (Day 14) Got the air hose hooked up to all 5 plants now. I hate that I’ve been forced to defoliate so much in early flower and it is definitely reducing bud size. Last round my bbb’s had pistil clumps twice the size at this time and they were dealing with severe deficiencies. I’m hoping it’s just genetics or the fact they are larger plants. (Day 15) I’m starting to see signs of N toxicity on the some of the new growth and overall growth on all plants except #1 has slowed. It was most likely caused by the foliar spray/tea combo. No more feeding anything for the next 12 days at least. Luckily it’s still pretty early in flower but I know that N tox can hit really hard after the stretch stops. I would be pretty upset if I vegged for 80 days only to get severe N tox in mid flower. Since it’s not breaking down in the soil, I should be fine. I’m going to defoliate some more of the large bottom fan leaves as they hold large reserves of extra nutes I don’t need. Hopefully these small defoliations aren’t stressing them at all. Next round I plan to do a big strip one week before flower, at transplant and a second big strip on day 21. (Day 17) I think I was over-worrying about the seriousness of the N tox. I’ve seen it hit very hard in mid flower and can’t be too careful. It’s almost always caused by water soluble nitrogen so I’ll try to stay away from that unless I absolutely need it. My case does not look to alarming just yet. I noticed the stunting on #3 right after that last tea so I am going to stop giving the last liter of compost tea because of how unbalanced and separated at the bottom it is. It sure helped out the other 4 plants that didn’t get the granulars from the bottom of the bucket. I‘m planning to give a bloom tea around day 26 and a final top dress a few days later. #1 has now out stretched everything else in the tent. I honestly was not expecting that. If #3 didn’t get stunted this whole week I think it would be the taller/heavier plant.

Week 14 Day 92 (13/11/2020)💧: Great start to the week with watering today and because all the girls are entering their 4th week of flower, I will again be increasing the BioBloom as per the commendations on the watering chart, but since the pH has been increased they are definitely looking great and have enough nutrients between the watering days. So today I gave the girls 4.5 ml of BioBloom, 1.5ml of BioGrow, 1.5ml of CalMag, and 1.5ml of TopMax for 1.5L of water. I think I will be giving the same nutrients for the rest of the week as well. Day 93 (14/11/2020): Not that many updates today actually. The girl is looking amazing as always Day 94 (15/11/2020): I wanted to check the trichomes on the girl today with a loupe to see how she is developing up closer but I have no idea where my loupe is :( Really wanted to look closer at the flowers but will have to find it first to take some close up pictures as well Day 95 (16/11/2020)💧: We watered the girl today and gave her the same nutrients as before. They were watered with 4.5ml of BioBloom, 1.5ml of BioGrow, 1.5ml of CalMag and 1.5ml of TopMax. I think the TopMax is definitely making the buds fatten up. Day 96 (17/11/2020): The girl is super healthy and looking great, I took a picture from below because it’s quite hard to show how she is growing now. She is definitely the smallest girl and has the smallest buds even now after giving TopMax but from the bottom is looks like quite a lot of flowers. Day 97 (18/11/2020): Not that many updates today, just gonna mention that the girl does not smell as strong as the others in the tent. The others smell so strong that it is getting through the closed tent. DSD smells quite nice but the smell is not strong at all. It is very earthy, maybe a bit of pine, so quite a nice smell just not enough of it! I wonder how it will be after the flowers dry... Day 98 (19/11/2020)💧: I keep wanting to measure the pH to make sure that it is still above 6.0 but I haven’t had enough time because it takes a while, but I will make sure to measure the pH before the next watering. So still watering with the same nutrients as at the beginning of the week with BioBloom, 1.5ml of BioGrow, 1.5ml of CalMag and 1.5ml of TopMax. Although I think this will be the last time I will be adding CalMag because the girl looks like she does not have that deficiency any more. Also it looks like she stopped stretching length-wise and started focusing on growing the buds because the height is the same as last week. But really amazing progress this week, I’ve included a video of all the girls in the tent as well so it’s easier to see how different they are!

Nothing but colas on all 3 this is going to be a big harvest. Another 2 or 3 weeks max.

And this is how we successfully open week 9 - After fermenting a dose of PK compost tea at the end of last week, I poured it extensively. As always, he did them very well. They also need significantly more water again. I have now also increased the humidity a bit, because there is currently drier indoor air in the room of the cultivation area. After all, their genetically pre-programmed life cycle is significantly shorter than that of sativa-dominant strains - for example, Sour Jealousy from Fast Buds. She is only now really starting to flower, while the indica dominant strains are moving towards the glorious end. I have also already been able to positively determine how practical and thought through to the end 2 Sanlight panels really make sense. For me, inner peace means balance, equanimity, even-mindedness, harmony, and stability. And that's exactly what a noble special effect means to me. When a weed variety can develop medicinal qualities. When THC simply has a more complex effect on my organism, than just the usual power high. And if, a plant that hasn't even had the opportunity to reach its full potential, can do that, it has passed all the requirements of a cannabis variation, with flying colors. And on top of that, she seems incredibly graceful and elegantly feminine to me. It's just something very special: She's a Sweet Seed! Oh I see, I'm writing a real diary here... 😜 But I love that. I love grow diaries. Look at the brave girl. She forgives me for topping, training, defoliating and in the end: that I have to kill her. But I know then for sure, that she knows, that I really loved her. And the fascinating homogeneity. Totally instructive. It behaves like a photoperiod phenotype, unbelievable but true! on 14.09.2024 I moved her to the grow room with the others. So it's almost 9 weeks. I'm curious to see if she holds out. But I think so. It seems incredibly energetic and relatively relaxed to me. I'm mentally very busy with her right now. Every morning I comb through her leaf picture. Make impressions of the smallest changes. I currently have Pk boosters or tea with her every third day, alternating. And in between only purified water with enzymes. Dark Devil and Big Devil I let slowly starve and then die of thirst. They consumed the last booster 4 days ago. She (Sour Jealousy) currently swallows 2.5 liters per day. That's really a lot. And in the morning she wants to have something again. I think the lamps tickle out their full potential. I meticulously defoliated her and now she stands happily and despite all the exertions, like a star in the sky. My star. 🌟 Sour Jealousy is really crazy, I can say that. And the coolest highlight will be: Lady Jealousy will soon be able to enjoy the whole place in the sun for the "grande finale". The smell of the two Sweet Seeds totally upsets me! After 2 weeks I chose my favorite plant of the three and prepared her for the Autopot. Now she needs to root this pot for another 2 weeks before we can turn on the Aqua Valve and the tank. DLI 30

Well I love this Ya Hemi hits very strong. Shit is dank and stinky and WILL put you on your ass! Trying out a totally new way of growing for me. Also to help with costs I decided to make a 5 gal tea reactor, to grow out the EM1 which will save me about 75% on all microbe products, and also save on feralization when used in conjunction with foliar sprays. Using grassroots LivingSocial pots and a new full organic mix. Fingers crossed as we get on the ya hemi organic express!

This week was good , didn’t noticed too much growth until I look at pictures and the buds have def gotten fatter and filling in. Still unsure why the leaves are curling slightly. Mayb too strong of a light , I can’t raise it too much more. Contemplating changing to 18&6 instead of 20&4 but i think it could shock them any suggestions?

They are all showing preflower and chugging along nicely.

So I had to cut all leaves, and also some of the smaller leaves due to mold. It was only a little bit mold but I cut away every part that seemed to white for me in the end. It probably would habe worked out growing her 2-3 weeks longer but I decided to chop/save her.
