Last week, my pound cake auto plant totally exploded with growth! It's insane how much it's changed. I swear it grew several inches overnight. The leaves are this gorgeous shade of green, and the whole thing looks super healthy and happy. I'm seriously so proud of my little plant baby.

All plants potted up 1 -4 are all little bit different. Got 2 extras just in case.. Plants #1,#2,#4 are somewhat similar but different #1is nice healthy green, sharply serrated fat round yet pointed leaves tight internodal spacing. #2 is similar yet has magenta color in veins, but still healthy green leaves,and much tighter than #1s internodal spacing. #3 is similar yet less serrated edge softer look. #4 is similar yet less serrated edge softer look, more magenta color in veins and paler green. All are in same potting mix and environment is also same 01/14/2018 New observations on #1 and#2, both are at 4th mode #1 has 5 fingered leaves, #2 has 7fingered leaves.

As you can see in the pictures the girls have stretched quite a bit more and are starting to produce nice buds. I think the stretch should begin to slow down soon considering they're entering the third week tomorrow. That delicious sweet earlier flowering smell is getting a little stronger. Mmm! Nom nom! It is proving difficult to squeeze them both into a single picture in the room I photograph them in. I may have to start only photographing them separately next week 😅 We will see how it goes! I hope to acquire some photography florescent lights and a seamless background for future grows. Or, make a DIY background. This would allow me to take pictures elsewhere in the house where backgrounds and lighting aren't great. There was a little heat stress visible on some of the upper leaves but nothing major. I slept in yesterday morning and the lights were a little lower than they should have been. It did make the pictures a little less attractive, unfortunately. Uff...it was rescue in last second. Set her to bigger pots with 20liters of bio bizz allmix, gave her coffeset and biobizz biogrow, and at lesst the sanlight q6w and she slowly recover. I let her too long in a little pot. Hope in 4 to 5 weeks shes strong enough to give some nice buds to me

Just added Mephisto 3 sour crinkles and 2 double grapes to the equation. It was meant to be 4 sour crinkles but one seed still ent popped so I’m hoping it will! On to the grow where I haven’t trained any plants it’s a fight for space but I’m happy with most of the plants few fast buds wedding still ent properly flowered yet week 7 on but am happy with a couple glues and the 3 runtz the runtz is frosty! The grape Walkers are starting to swell and fill out big time I am happy so far with it all had a couple burns and defincys through the 7 weeks so far but got over them! The grape walkers are the big budded plants then the frosty ones at the back are runtz then the rest are glues! Started defoliating plants

I am excited to try out this new gorilla cookies from fastbuds. I originally started this setup to compete in the solo cup challenge, but I needed something that will be minimal maintainence and doesn't require hand watering. So this is what I ended up with. I will not be entering since I know it will bring controversy, but I am going to follow the rules and treat this grow as if I am competing. I didn't want to use regular solo cups because last time I had a lot of algae growing in the root zone when I harvested. I opted to use a black light proof cup. These cups were 27 oz originally so I filled them with 16 oz of water, marked the level, then cut them down to 16 oz. I set the drain pipes about an inch from the bottom so they have a little reserve if I have pump or power issues. I know people will see the drains as a way for roots to grow out of the cup but in reality I have to keep the entire pipe free of roots or it will clog and overflow. So I am actually losing a little volume due to this. I filled the bottom inch or so of the cups with river gravel to stop the perlite from washing into the reservoir. I am running a 5 gallon reservoir with a small air pump and the plants will be getting irritated 24 hours a day from an aquarium power head pump. I set the system up to be totally self contained and easily portable. It was all built from things I had laying around other than 97¢ for the cups. I will be keeping the feed simple as always feeding maxigro and maxibloom with a couple flower boosters.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. This week went great for the 5 mainlines. I got the final toppings completed for all the ladies, I got them done on the Sundae Driver and Red Hot Cookies on day 38, and the Durban Nights, Green Crack, and the Bubble Runtz topped on day 40 for the final time. At this point there is not much more training left to do, just some minor LST to try and keep all 8 tops per plant level, and some minor defoliation along the way. I am planning to Veg them for 1-2 weeks and flip to flower probably sometime in week 8 depending on how fast they grow. I do have them all on milk crates which are 10" each so I will place them on the floor and adjust the light power probably about the time I flip to flower to accommodate the stretch. I am still feeding GH nutrients, silica, cal mag, and maxi grow. I will transition to flower nutrients approximately one week after flipping to flower. I have found that it is important to continue feeding plenty of Nitrogen through the stretch. The only way I would transition sooner is if I was running out of vertical space. Still very pleased with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 69% and the plants seem very happy and healthy. The heat and humidity are finally letting up in my region so it is nice to be able to open some windows and drop the temp outside the grow tent. Good morning everyone😁😁 Day 16 of the flowering period plant is showing me she want some extra nutes. So i raised it with some extra pk and calmag from aptus just to give her an extra boost. Within the week i wanna see results. Now it s time to slowly dry her out so the lv will be at 40. In the end of her day the lv is between 52 and 42 but i want to lower it to 40 and try to keep it at 40 to max 46. Keep ya all posted Day 19 already, and got some nutes probs. Runtz is going fine but the ww xl is having some major probs i think it' s missing some pk. Looking also at the Runtz i think she is also missing a little pk so raised pk on both ladies. Hope to see some results before the end of the week. Day 21 has past and things are not in control yet. Raised my watering to 1.5 liter cause she is so thirsty. I harvest these shiny buds 2 days ago. She ended in 109 days of life of that 59 in flowering. she grew with dark green leaves and tighten buds, I am pretty happy with the result. the smell is full of fruit and incense will update harvest again when buds gonna be dry

16 days of slow drying each plant with the environment controlled inside the tent with 2 meters. I have two fans on, pointing at the floor to circulate the air temps - 20 - 23 º humid - 50- 60 %
