Another week and a half later I believe. The tentacles have started to take more of the baby nuggetito form. Slowly you can see the flowers starting to make little bud-nuggets. Same 12/12 lights, 3 day water cycle, LST, and removing any extremely small looking buds on the lowest nodes branches. The fan leaf stems have gone a little purple in colour, and the trichomes are starting to show up (Wazzzaaaaa). I presume the purple because of the drop in general temperature because of winter.

Week 3 In the beginning of Week 3 I used 1/2 teaspoon of Grow Big which was a mistake! They really just needed to be left alone! Showed the tiniest bit of nute burn on the tips and when I saw that I went straight to checking PPM which was at like 1500 (yikes) and flushed until I got it down by 300 ppm. Should have waited until the 3rd set of leaves to feed! Luckily it was caught early and they are flourishing with no further issues. The side lighting from the T5 bulb really seems to be helping. They are really going along nicely, here's hoping I can get them through the net few weeks in the same fashion :) Moved the light down from 28 inches in the beginning to 17/18 inches by the end of week 3. The plants seem to love it and aren't showing any signs of heat/light stress

Week 9 (20/03 - 26/03) The past week everything went good and quiet. In the tent the smell started to be stronger, more mature and pleasant. Flowers seem to be healthy and succulent. The fat banana #2 started to yellow, so I suppose that she is some days forward than the others, especially with respect of the Blue cheese. Welcome to week six! 🌱 Week five was a complete success – all parameters are perfectly aligned. I’ve increased the water conductivity to a solid 3000 and bumped the CO2 level up to 1200 🌿. Light intensity is now set at 1400 µmol in the center and 1000 at the edges, which will keep the plants strong in their generative state 🌞. I’ll maintain these levels until the end of the third week and then start slowly removing the large fan leaves to ensure the buds get plenty of light 💡✨. I’m also trying something new to activate the “Emerson effect” 🌄: I’m running the deep red lights for 5 minutes before sunset and for another 5 minutes after the day ends. This should give the plants a final boost in photosynthesis, helping to maximize their growth potential! Everything’s looking fantastic so far! The Black Cherry has rooted well across different experimental setups, and at the end of the grow, I’ll provide a full report on the best care techniques for both strains 🌺👌.
