07-12 till 13-12 actually I did everything wrong this entire round. a bad start with much too late light. resulted in enormously stretched plants. almost impossible to save. after very deep repotting. they kept stretching. I still think too little light and too little water. now at the beginning of the third week of flowering they do not stop stretching .. a bizarre difference compared to the previous round.

Day 29 29/07/24 Monday Nice feeding today with De-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Gave her 300 ml and she had a small run off. Getting chunky in the stem now 💪💚 Day 31 31/07/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated water pH 6 today with Plagron pk13-14 5ml to 5L Plagron power buds 5ml to 5L Used 300ml of the 5L solution. I will be using these on water days from now on as they are advised to be used every irrigation. We'll see how they perform 💪💚 Day 32 01/08/24 Thursday Another feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6, there now taking 300ml every evening. Day 35 04/08/24 Sunday END OF WEEK 😁 De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today with Plagron products. 300ml each. Had a issue with leaf invaders this week, I have treated and am checking every 48 hrs so far seems ok and not progressive. All plants look great, very healthy, one of the Overdose is way behind and due to space maybe culled at flower I'll see how she gets on.

D93ish - 11.6 - I found her in a dumpster with a split stem and no grow equipment and our journey began. From the clandestine tent and trying different lights to spider mites and super cropping. Me and this baby been there. She was a great teacher and I loved her dearly. I'm incredibly grateful for her resilience and patience with me as learned my way around this new skill. I killed her last night, cut her into pieces and put her in a box to dry. I havent smoked any of the newly harvested Dumpster Queen and won't test it until it goes into cure jars, but the sample I took off over a week ago was divine and opened my eyes to everything I've been missing in organic grown nugs. Thank you all for you support. I'm so stoked moving forward with this newfound hobby and passion. Will update in a week or so on the dry weight, cuz I'm really interested too. Expecting about a QP, just enough to give as gifts to some awesome friends and keep me going until my next harvest! 11.9 - stems were snapping i trimmed her up further into jars and weight came out to 80g. The nugs are not very dense or large, but are very very sticky and full trichomes. Smells of sweet dank floral and pine and the dank and floral notes really come out in a joint. Been smoking hard on it and is still thoroughly enjoying it. Notable changes in flavor is the shift of that floral scent to more berry. It smells soo good I bury my face in the jar haha. The effect is still very uplifting and creative, which is great since I'm writing my phd dissertation. Anyhow, be well. Tons of love!

This week has gone well, had a bunch of stuff typed out and closed my browser by mistake and now this is #2 attempt to post this week. Easy week for the plants, they have being growing well and I am impressed by the size of them. I added in some potassium silicate to introduce some Si into this grow. I decided to top them as they where starting to grow their 4th node, snipped that tip off and we're golden. They are kinda smelly if you rub them and that's fun too, Some of the hot peppers have also popped up and started growing. I still don't have anything on the Naga Morich pepper that I am hoping for. I have a feeling that as the seeds I got from these peppers where from a dehydrated pepper, they might be duds nuked from the dry heat of the dehydrator. I do have 4 vials of hot pepper seeds where the label has fallen off, I found the labels but no idea what one goes on what bottle. One out of the four bottles is Naga Morich, Having some none dehydrated seeds in my possession is one step closer to getting more of this hottie. I also found a fly out of no where, Its little wing is damaged and it more or less hops and glides unsuccessfully vs fly's but I took some videos of it. I also seen a few fungus gnats, little fuckers where not in my apartment before I am convinced their eggs survive in the stuff I buy then come out of it. Kinda annoying. PLUS I borrowed a light meter from my hydro shop, I was expecting it to be a LUX meter and that I would have to do a bunch of conversions but it was not, it was a legit Quantum Par Sensor, detecting in PPF "Photosynthetic Photon Flux" or umols/s, with these readings I can calculate my PPFD "PPF+Density" I have mapped out my tents floor into a colour coded grid of dots and mapped out the PPF at varying heights and dims. However I did not do it right and need to redo this. But once this is done I will have a functioning PPFD map with relation to my tent. This will help me tone in DLI and get it aorund a solid 35-40. Will be gearing up for a transplant next week. I try and post on Fridays but don't always get around to it. I take the pics on that date though and then try and remember what I was going to write about that week. PS Gorilla Tent Accessory's suck shit. The SCROG nets pic has the gorilla 2x4 SCROG net "black" and the Secret Jardin 2x4 SCROG net "white" beside it. massive difference in quality and size. I should have known when they state on the label its for 2x2 or 2x4, that's not even possible. Also tried out the nutrient line that's part of the gorilla tent company, Lotus, I ran it one year and it was just trash, did not work, had issues since first week and they would not correct. Buddy reached out to me and said same thing happened to him and he disliked the brand. DLI increased to 38 plants looking good, buds getting bigger. Removed some single leafs that where blocking light from lower buds.

This one my favourite plants to ever grow , she is producing loads of pistols everyday and producing colours change in the them, very stinky smell recommended this strain to every one

the first two weeks were rather cloudy and cold. now the sun starts to shine all day and i have around 25-30 degrees in the greenhouse. when the sun shines all day, the plants have 8 hours direkt sunshine and 6- 7 hours of normal daylight.

8/19/23 - Day 67 - Things are still looking good. We just had a water change. A couple more weeks! 8/21/23 - OK, ok ok, we have a lot of work coming up. Right now is like the calm before the storm. The storm I'm talking about is harvest, trimming, drying, and curing. This is the kind of labor that you LOVE to HATE. Especially with how many buds ill be pulling from this LEAF box. Let's talk about progress real fast. She is getting bulkier every day. Overnight she drank about 300+ ppm of nutes. She likes the nutes a lot. I'm taking this as a reason for all the little snowy crystals and the enlargement of the buds. Flushing: For about a week before harvest I will empty the water+Nutes and refill only with Water. We want the plant to suck up and replace all the nutes in the buds with water. This is called flushing. Trimming plans and Tools: When it's time to trim the plant, I've got a plan in mind. I'm going to trim the buds while they're still wet, and I'll leave them attached to the stems. To simplify the drying process, I will split the LEAF into two parts – the top and the bottom. Since space is a bit tight in the LEAF with this grow, I will keep just the buds on the branches. This will help the air circulate the buds better. I've even found this cool trimming tray on Amazon that I'm planning to use. I've realized that having the right tools for trimming is essential. Just like I'd put on gloves to work on a car, I will use nitrile gloves to keep things clean while trimming. And I'll use proper trimming scissors instead of regular ones. These scissors are designed for this job and should make the process much smoother. Amazon - Trimming Tray - (somewherr brand pictured above) Amazon - Nitrile Gloves Amazon - Trimming Scissors Drying Plans and Tools: Once I'm done trimming, it's time to dry the buds. I'm thinking of using simple tension rods, like those small shower curtain rods, to hang the branches. This way, I can create two levels inside the drying box. The lower part can rest on a SCROG net to ensure good airflow and even drying for all the branches. The LEAF box will handle the drying parameters. The environment inside the LEAF box will focus only on keeping the humidity at 60% and moving the air around getting the buds to a non-mildew amount of humidity. Amazon - Tension rods 16-28” Curing Plans and Tools After the buds are dry (60% humidity), the next step is curing. This means I'll be storing the buds in sealed glass jars. I've got mason jars and hygrometers to monitor humidity levels. Once the jars are filled with buds, I'll seal them and put them in an cool, dark spot. I plan to open the jars briefly every day to let in some fresh air. (15min). I'll know the curing is done when the humidity inside the jars stays around 62% during these "burps." She went from about 900 at the beginning of the week to about 330. Now she's back up to 500ppms. We change the water in one more day. 8/24/23 - Day 72 - It's official: I have moved the smell slider up! Holy shit, does it smell potent. I put my arm in there through the Weed forest, and when my arms came out, I was attacked by the Skunk BOSS. I had to shower and change my outfit to eliminate the smell. Week 6 of flower 9/13/24 Changed the nutrients to fit week 6 of flower. Runoff PH and EC daily (EC 1.3, PH 5.1). using H2O2 with every watering (to help the PH stabilize at 5.5-6.5 range if there is a root problem). plant seems happy and not showing necrosis/ nutrient burn problems. Hand watering ones a day at the beginning of the light schedule.
