I really enjoyed forcing these plants to see their reactions, but I wouldn't do it again as a technique because it only serves to keep the canopy low but not to increase the yields...or...at least in my case I didn't find it of fundamental importance....maybe a simple cut of the apical top and that was it! but that's fine!😋

This is just for the gorilla zkittlez so far I will probably try to put all 5 on here but started 2 about 45 days apart from each other and the 5th seed about 3 weeks after the 2nd round. The 5th seed died from transplant shock (won’t be transplanting autos anymore) but the 2nd round of 2 plants just started flowering. I got 85 grams from the zkittlez and 60 grams from the afghan kush after drying. Not great but I’m happy it’s smokeable and smells/ tastes good. starting 2 bloody skunk today (5/11) because the gorilla cookies never germinated unfortunately :( . all out of seeds now so i will be maknig an order this week. still have 2 more strains to figure out when flowering kicks in more tho so that will be my fun for the next 1-2 months lol

It's been 55 days of flower now and The gals are still loving the fc4800 and their new 8x8 mars hydro grow tent as much as I do👍 leaves are sticking straight up towards the light. Love how easy the zippers are to open and close. Nice and strong and guaranteed to last. It has extra material on the backside of the zipper that helps for light leaksand enough ports and vents for anything you need in it👍. the tsw2000 is still going strong and is also a very good light. Its been going almost nonstop for 6 months and still working the same as when I got it👍. not much heat off both lights but the fc4800 is alot cooler and the heat-sinks work extremely well. I have it daisy chained to the tsw2000 and 1 dimmer controls the other and i don't need to be reaching in too far to dim the other light, it's awesome and I can't wait to buy more lights to daisy 4 together👍. I would recommend this light to everyone that grows with leds and have trouble with temperatures getting too high. Even if you grow with HPS lights I think any mars hydro light is a MUST TRY. I like how heavy both lights are because I know it means they are built soild and strong 💪. Very good sign with the frost they are starting to get thanks to bith mars hydro lights. I can notice more frost under the fc4800 and I'm thinking it's from the UV DIODES they put on the fc4800 👍. 2 days ago they all smelt like my nuken, sweet marshmallows. But now I can smell the monkey dough and gorilla glue and skunk monkey coming through👍. I touched a bud on the gorilla and monkey fingers smelt like fruit loops👍 really pleasant smell. Lingered on my fingers for atleast 30 min. I'm glad mars hydro is under priced compared to some brands and for how popular they are. usually companies would charge more. Dehumidifier is going almost non stop to try and get the humidity down. I love how both lights on 100% power only raise my temperature 2 or 3 degrees 👍. You can rest your hand on the lights and not much heat comes off them. Obviously there is some heat but for the brightness of the lights and only raising the temp that much is awesome 👌.  And if I wanted to I could remove the driver from the fc4800 and run it on the outside of my tent because the cord is so long but 2 or 3 degrees is barely nothing👍. The girls are starting to bulk up abit now and only 3 weeks of flowering, these lights are awesome 👌.  My last run of monkey dough and gorilla glue didn't start showing alot of crystals until week 4. Day 63 flowering:: Hi grow buddies. All is well and ripening in the fast buds frenzy right now. The Strawberry Pie is close to finishing now I thought but the new flush of pistils on all of the lowers has changed that a little. The main tops could be harvested 1st and possibly the lowers later in the week but I haven't decided which way to go with that yet. The lowers are really substantial in comparison to the tops so i think they need to rule the timing more. Mexican Airline also looks ready to rock now with only a few pistils to start browning off up top but her lowers are also gaining sone serious size ( on video) . They burst into action a couple of weeks ago and I never expected them to get the size they have so low down. A very pleasant surprise. They are in process of maturing like the tops did with spiky white pistils among the darkening orange ones A very unique looking flower. She smells very sweet with a citrus tang too now. Six shooter is a different matter , she looks happy to continue on and is only really putting out fresh pistils still. not many browning has are visible yet and her trichs are now starting to appear more. her density is good if not a little leafy but generally she looks like a good yield to come. her sides are very dense too so should all add to the finished totals well. another Week i think. catch you soon growmies

at this week u can compare the stems and bush in the videos, keep in mind this is my first hydro grow and i messed the PPM and PH a few times.. also snapped a whole branch of the hydro plant around week 4. still the hydro plant looks bigger and fatter stem. lol

Plants in the main tent are coming along well since correcting the light intensity and run-off ppm, the one on the left is filling out now, so is the one in the middle just much slower. Not sure if I will let that one cook longer or just pull it with the rest... will see how she looks in a week. The plant on the right I spread out to take up almost half of the tent (I didn't want the spindler taking up unnecessary space) - her nugs are real nice - some foxtails and bleaching on the taller ones but for the most part looking good. Plant on the left has filled out a lot more despite its weirder more "wiry" bud structure - does't look as nice as the good plants but definitely better than the spindly plant in the middle. Big Mumma is still killing it - wondering if its getting close to flush time for her as it looks like some of her tricomes are starting to brown...

I learned a bunch growing these plants and the harvest was well worth the effort it took. 300 watt actual power consumption for lights so I think I'll give this strain another run in the future. The smoke is smooth the smell is potent fruity with a touch of citrus. I dried to 67% then placed buds in a plastic bin for one week burping 4 times a day for 15 minutes then Jared at a humidity of 63% with 62% bóveda packs for one week burping twice a day . After 10 days of I exchanged the 62% packs for 58% packs. Burns smooth and tastes great but I'm going to see what it tastes like in a couple more weeks.

Day 29. Girl is going , a bit slower than Ice, i was hoping Chocolopez will be same big runner, still very nice plant is forming. Mars TS1000 - Light is solid and does job. For last week output is on max . Still rotate a lot, but am happy with development. I miss more good wind inside, but i live in shared house ;)))))))))))) even really silent air system is still loud on desired speeds ... Hope next week ill send her to flower. Will top up with Worm Castings and Mycorrhizae during training in few days, when girls will be watered next time. Rhythm is good, every 3 days pots are light. 1.5 liters to each went straight in after photo shoot. Day 31. Applied BioBizz Leaf Coat when lights went off. Loads of training was made today too. Day 32. Now girls are trained daily. Top shoot twisting, leaf tucking, rotation around axis , changing positions inside of tent and so on. Always wash hands before any training, it is a must. Still havent made mind, scrog or lst ... Think tomorrow will be watering day and i have to decide which way to go , i am fliping them at next watering 100%, otherwise again rush to harvest before late spring holidays ... Happy Growing !!!

I think I am sure the mum was Crazy cookies from Zambeza! And they look quite similar. Lots of trichomes on fan leaves and sugar leaves, calixes are chunky and going big, so much fun to watch her grow, fast to flower and her leaves are strong and healthy, in fact because she was created in this very same room I think she knows what to do here to be her best! Small buds but so special, I am enjoying this wee one! Handful of guano and warm casting and table spoon of powdered fish blood and bones. 1l water, I have to readjust watering requirements, with leds pots are drying much slower, so no water until it is almost dry!

The girls have grown so much and they already smell pretty good. I'm trying to decide if I should SCROG. I have a trellis net but it's just a net, not the boxy thing that I've seen others with. What do yall think, should I SCROG? GDP2 is in her 5th week. If she were the same age as GDP1 and BK, I'd flip them next week but I'll try waiting at least another couple of weeks to give her some time to grow a little more although she's catching up with the other 2 height. I'll be posting more throughout the week. 7/4/22: Defoliation... I know it's needed but they're my babies.... lololol 7/7/22: Look at my girls... they don't look like they've recently been defoliated. You can tell which ones are the Granddaddy Purples... they have a purple tint to them. The Bubba Kush is super green... 😍😘😍
