Small problem with ph this week. I found out that one of the branches was showing problems, I found out that the ph of the water on the drip reservoir was around 6.3, I don't know what happen for the ph to change,, when I fill up the reservoir the ph was around 6. I turn off the drip system, empty the reservoir and gave ph correct water by hand and that solved the problem. This was my last week in veg, next week I will switch the lighting to 12-12. This week I used Kyle Kushman's "Chiropractic" Plant Training Method, and I'm very happy with the result. Amazing strain, very easy to grow and hope to do do more Royal gorilla auto in the future and see what else RQS have to offer. Absolutely solid buds and potent asf. Taste is 9/10. thc I would say 20%+. I also used terpinator in weeks 7 and 8 at a rate of 4ml/l which I didn't list in my diary. I'm sure this contributed to the density of the buds. I will use terpinator alongside advanced nutritions range for all future plants.

So this week I added nutrients for the flowering stage. I gave her a little trim as well as added her netting. I flipped her on last Sunday PP

The only thing that happened this week was that I added under-canopy lighting. I don't expect much as it's a cheap light with only 24W (four LED strips x 6W), but since it was just lying around, I figured I might as well use it.

Harvested 1 plant after 49 days flower & harvesting the last one at 56 days of flower.✂️ Flushing with ph adjusted tap water. 🌊 Really happy with this strain. 😊🌿

Day 20 - she got 16oz of water pH balanced to 6.0~ on Day 16, Day 18, and Day 20. I topped the plant and then defoliated to leave the 3rd and 4th nodes. The 3rd node is being trained to grow laterally until it reaches the container walls. Once the 4th node matures more, it will also be trained just as node 3. The goal is to train and top one more time in veg to ensure maximum yields in this small 2x2x4 tent.

Drinking a lot more then prev week's. Keeping nutes and PH in check. Got a hard time with temp & RH flux. tried a tower fan,,No result yet.

Los ejemplares tienen muy buen color han cedido muy uniformes y las flores están progresando a muy buen ritmo. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 21/24 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. Van llenándose las flores de resina y van hinchando las flores, veremos estas próximas semanas como avanzan. Muy buenas familia hoy terminamos la 3° semana y damos comiendo a la 4° y bueno como vemos ya están empezando a engordar mis niñas 😁😁estos últimos días e visto en una planta como si se estuviese pasado de alimento y este riego sólo le puse el agua en un 6 pH y veré como va avanzando aún que siempre pongo el mínimo de la tabla pero no se a lo mejor estoy equivocado y más bien le falta en ves de sobrarle les iré contando pero están muy bonitas como siempre familia si tenéis algún Consejo alguna crítica bienvenida es un abrazo familia y buenos humos paz

After having my first plant that I gave hose water and sunlight be cut in half by a caterpillar, and my first indoor plant to get botrytis. This has been my first fully successful harvest and I couldn't be happier. Been listing to all of the GFYH podcast with Rasta Jeff and learned most of the steps through listening on repeat at work. This plant is very fun to grow, it will naturally fill it's canopy without much LST and occasionally topping. I have no complaints about the nutrients, mostly using FoxFarm items, the trio is nice and I can see the difference when I pushed to far either way with them, the plants would respond pretty quickly and I could fix and possibly compensate for the mistake and they would bounce back like nothing. Not having experience with other brands I'll say that I am happy enough to keep it as a constant variable for my personal refinement in becoming a better grower. I plan to continue growing this strain for a while so that I can have a way to see my improvement, and I will likely make another journal after at least a couple harvests.

What a joy this grow has been. She was a real beauty. Absolute joy to grow...strong branches but she likes to stretch a lot. I knew wat to expect. I have grown Lemon Kush outdoors 3 times. The scrog this year was the perfect solution. I will not grow her again outdoors. This was my first time to see her finish. Seeing her flower this year, she just needs the warmth in the end. The climate here rarely offers that. I must say the dense flowers are amazing also size and yield is incredible. Update about that later. Trichomes were underdeveloped. I had to harvest early because of mould. The last 3 weeks of flower the temperatures were very low 10-15 C daytime and very very wet. I believe this stunted the plants. They made a full stop in development and exploded again in the last week. 3 days of sun did more than the 2 weeks before. Weather forecast were bad so big buds were harvested 25 september. We eventually had more sun than expected and bottom half was left until 2 october. That week made sooo much difference!! Those bottom buds finally developed some nice trichomes and turned purple. Of course I wish the big buds could have enjoyed the sunshine during that last week as well. Most of you will know, being an outdoor grower...Every year is about compromises. This year was so hot during growth and cold and wet in bloom that mould was unstoppable. After all I am very pleased with this grow and cant wait to taste some of this. Probably needs al long cure though to bring back that lemon scent. Almost seems like all that the rain washed the scent right off her😪 Keep growing y'all!

Another week, girls made some nice progress. Some of the buds will be huge. I honestly don’t aim for the quantity but quality this time. HOEwever this should also be great producer so I’m very hyped about next 5 weeks. I feed rather less to avoid over feeding and it seems to be working just fine. ANY COMMENTS appreciated :) thanks

Die Woche verlief sehr angenehm für die Rainbow Road. Angenehme Temperaturen tagsüber, nachts schon mal runter bis auf 14°C. Sie ist mit 13 cm in der Woche gut gewachsen, obwohl ich die Stickstoffdüngug mit Vinasse reduziert habe (Mir geht der Dünger aus, Scherz.. 😉). Wegen eines angekündigten Gewitters, das dann doch nicht besonders intensiv verlief, habe ich sie besser verschnürt um ein Abbrechen von Zweigen zu verhindern. Da ich glaube an den unteren Blätter ein paar mineralische Defizite zu erkennen, habe ich einerseits mit Seetangextrakt und Bittersalz als schnelle Maßnahme die Blätter besprüht und am Ende der Woche auch ein wenig mit Bittersalz (Epsom Salt) gegossen. Ich mache das zum ersten Male überhaupt und hoffe dass ich es nicht übertrieben habe und keine Verbrennungen auftreten. Ein Esslöffel auf 5 l Wasser. Nächste Woche kommt die Ausrüstung zur Erstellung von Komposttee (eine kleine Druckluftpumpe und das passende Rohr zur Umwälzung). Das soll viele, viele Mikroben aus meinem Wurmkompost vermehren und sich fleissig am Pflanzenwachstum und deren Gesundheit beteiligen. Es ist eine Neuheit für mich, wenigstens wird der Wurmkompost hier sinnvoll verbraucht. Etwas Humus vom Boden der Benjeshecke kommt auch noch rein. Und es wird Zeit für ein Top Layer in den Töpfen mit Hornmehl, Rinderdungpellets, Wurmkompost und etwas Erde. Es wird Bilder und Blubbervideos geben.
