Lovely ladies. My girlfriend is sexy but d@mn. With the trellis as the starting point, the older headband and mangos were way ahead of everything else. The Skywalker did and still does have the thickest trunk and was the tallest of all the new strains. In the last week the Bruce passed everybody else by in height. We will see what this all means but ijs😁. The purp has had the most overall growth in the last week. It was shaping up to b short but had a growth spurt and is now in the top 3. I don't mean to write a book but what can I say. Just got my gelato og and amnesia haze seeds jit to make the next run. I intended on tryin 4 strains and sum kinda way ended up confused with 9...D@mn u Jessica from seedsman all I asked for was 1 replacement lol...o welp good problems😀

Nothing too exciting still. Growing a little smaller than I'd expect but the roots seem great. Swapped the lights. Cranked the sf1000 to 100% and put it up to 25". Hung the t5 on the side. Will probs pull it out when it goes to flower.

end week 8. ------------ this week only water from all Gorillas the buds look very sticky and frosty. when I open the tent, it smells very strong. The 1 and 2 smelled pretty strong, chemically, the 3. more like citrus. I will harvest Gorilla 1 20.10. Gorilla 2 22.10 Gorilla 3 23.10 I made videos and pictures of the trichomes.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. This is week 8 day 4 video. I have tried about 30g in testers rapid 1:05 dry. I’m waiting on seeds to finish. Plants are 7ft tall super cropped 3x on some branches and monsters just pop up. I highly don’t recommend super ripping or manipulating breaking stems. You will have jungles and delicious harvest. Some tops were touching doides so lights were raised to maximum tent ceiling. Every day is 2tbsp soluble pk into 5 gal water, 1/2-1tbsp folvic acid, sometimes humid acid, sometimes fishsh!t, sometimes microbial mass. 2 times only I added 1tbsp of magnesium phosphate into5gal. Every watering in 5gal has 2tbsp of carbs, I don’t use black molasses but it’s bluesky organic booster. Buds smell sweet, 2 and 3 are where the terps are but no1 is frosty af. 2 is og. As numbers left to right. Split between the middle bar. Running about 840w. 640is my reg along with 5x 20w blurples and my friends 100w “lm301h” but I beg to differ. My 640w is lm301h. I wish I had more light but I am not a facility. I just have a 4x8x7h. I’m very happy with this grow. Everything is to the max been flushing last week and it’s burning my plants lol. Just 1tbsp ph down. I have not been using ph down in my entire flower because the soluble pk 1-1.5 tbsp per 5gal water is enough to lower and make things happy. Every day is watering and every plant gets 1gal water daily. They could do a lot more but I don’t have the space as you can see ❤️

4/6/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 1- Last week in VEG, They are all looking amazing and no worry about stretch when I flip Next Saturday they are indica and I have more than 50% of distance from the top of the plant to the lights with a little more I can raise the lights if necessary. So going to really just enjoy this last week of VEG, and get my Cloning equipment ready. I will be taking 2 cuts for each this is also a PHENO hunt for HWG and he not only has the prize for the winner but he also has an additional bounty on a cut of the winner. I did have to take some from around the edges to keep them from touching. 4/7/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 2- Didn't do anything today but watch them grow.. They will be getting a really good flip trim and clean up for clone material on Friday/ Saturday. 4/8/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 3- Couldn't even get a picture of the #1 at first too much Foliage throughout.. So I had to clean that up and make sure they all still have some separation before flip. 4/9/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 4- Huston we almost had an issue.. I looked at my Res and she was in desperate need of 10 gallons to get her through until next water change on Saturday. So I added 10 gallons and the Nutes. The interesting things is even though this is an Indica Strain, I might have to super crop just to keep them off the lights. The joys and sorrows of RDWC and timing. 4/11/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 6- Even though Flipping in Two days almost wish I would have gone at Week 7. I am really worried about #3, #1 and #2 are huge and when I put them in flower they are going to stretch out 4/12/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 7- Day of Work.. Lots of Work.. I gave all three a Cloning/Flower cleaning.. all three got cleaned up top Inside and bottom, I took 2 cuts of each to see which one come out on top then I will kill off the other cuts once I have a winner in flower. I clean up this thoroughly before I flip because it reduces the work load on the next major clean up I do on Week 4 of Flower.and they are so much taller that it is going to be a pain in the ass to maintain canopy space for #3, we will see how it goes and adjust as necessary..

I had trouble with my humidifier set up so she only took 5 days to hand dry . Fortunately I purchased a programmable humidifier so moving forward it’s all gravy. After everything was cut from branches & weighed she ended up yielding 20gs of some airy foxtaily bud. I knew this would be a disappointment so we’ll just wait to see what the smoke is like , what the smell is like , & what the taste is like .

Intractor de 135mm, extractor de 135mm, filtro de carbón, ventilador "oscilofan", ventilador "clip fan", este ultimo ventilador se ajusta en la parte baja de la carpa para mejorar la circulación de aire bajo el canopy, 2 termohigrometros y una malla SCROG de kanovi a 15 cm de la maceta. Tag 22: Die Woche begann mit dem Topping von zwei Damen (nur eine für diesen Report relevant), da diese bereit waren über der 5. Nodie abgetrennt zu werden. Dabei gleich noch ein paar größere Blätter entnommen oben, damit alle Triebe jetzt gut Licht kriegen. Der Rest der Ladys ist heute Abend oder morgen früh dran 😊 Und so war es dann auch, abends konnten alle Damen bis auf die lemon cherry gelato getoppt werden. Im Anschluss gab es Boom Boom Spray zur Erholung. Tag 23: Morgens ist mir mein KI Controller anscheinend abgeschmiert und hat sich selbstständig für gut zwei Stunden in den Pausemodus begeben, bis ich wach wurde und es bemerkt habe bei der morgen Kontrolle. Nach dem Schock und zwei Stunden richtig schlechter Laune noch die Lemon Cherry Gelato getoppt und mit Boom Boom Spray versorgt. Tag 24: heute musste ich unerwartet gießen, da die Ladys über Nacht richtig viel getrunken haben und ich sie nicht bis heute Abend dursten lassen wollte. 400ml für jede der Damen gab es mit ph 6.0 und 1ml/l calmag. Tag 25: heute nichts besonderes zu berichten 😼 Tag 26: du meine Güte sind die Damen durstig, muss heute Abend wieder gießen und dieses Wochenende dürfte es dann auch Zeit für die 20l Endtöpfe sein — Umtopfen ist angesagt 😊 Am Abend wurden dann pro Pflanze 0,5l ph 6.3 Wasser gegossen. Tag 27: mit dem Umtopfen sind die Painkiller nun uns kleine Zelt umgezogen und somit verbleiben nur die Lemon Trees und die Lemon Cherry Gelato im großen Zelt und haben nun richtig viel Platz 😊 Tag 28: Endlich durften die Ladys in ihre 20l Stofftöpfe umziehen. Beim Umtopfen gab es noch 65g GHF Biogrow sowie White Shark mycorrhiza ins Substrat und danach wurde mit 3l ph 6.3 Wasser angegossen. Im Anschluss noch das Licht auf 600ppfd erhöht. Ende Vegi-Woche 2 ✌️ Day 22: I started the week with the topping of two ladies (only one of them is relevant for this report), because they were ready to be cut above the fifth node. I also took off some of the larger leaves, so that all the branches get enough light. 😊 The rest of the ladies should be ready this evening or tomorrow morning. And as I said, I was able to top all the other ladies, besides the Lemon Cherry Gelato, which has to wait till tomorrow. Afterwards they got some Boom Boom Spray for recovery. Day 23: This morning my ai controller decided to go to pausemode on its own and shut down the tent for about two hours until I woke up and made my morning control. After two hours of bad mood I topped the lemon cherry gelato and treated her with Boom Boom spray Day 24: this morning I had to water the ladies unexpectedly, because they drank more than I thought they would. So every Lady got 400ml ph 6.0 water with 1ml/l calmag. Day 25: nothing special to report today 😼 Day 26: they’re drinking more then I expected, I have to water them again this evening and they will be repotted to their last 20l pots 😊 In the evening each Lady got 0,5l of ph 6.3 water. Day 27: my wife’s Painkillers left the tent after repotting and now the lemon trees and the LCG have lots of space to grow big 😊 Day 28: finally I could repot the Ladys to their 20l fabric pots. They got 65g GHF Biogrow and White Shark mycorrhiza to the soil and afterwards I watered them 3l ph 6.3 water and adjusted the the lights to 600ppfd End of week 2 ✌️

Just cut up the lemon shining silver haze yesterday, first pics are from after i cut the wonder pie (from another diary) and i put one of my plants from outside there instead. Going to post more updates when i can actually smoke it!

Plants are looking good so far, added about 2ml/gal to the reservoir this week and plants responded well. They are all keeping short and stocky so far and should be able to start LST training in a few days I think. I also turned up the light to 750w and the air temps are now hovering between 24c-25c. Water temps are creeping up though in the 21c range, gonna wrap the buckets tonight in foil insulation and build a water cooler for this setup soon as well. Had some Ph issues during week 4 because my pen decided to go wonky. I tried to calibrate it again and had a hard time. So I busted out an older one and decided to calibrate it and see if it worked still... calibrated in a few min and sure enough res ph was well bellow 5. So water was changed as it was time anyway and ph’d proper just before lights out so we will see what happens tomorrow.

Looking to top and start LST after some vigor shows

I left the honey cream outside in a dark place, which turned out to be a big mistake. None of the branches that I trimmed and dried directly had bud rot but around 6 buds that were left outside had bud rot. The mass of this plant really put me to the test took a whole lot of time to trim every branch. In fact I still have a bunch of branches that I'm too lazy to trim right now so I'll do a dry trim someday. Although this grow had some problems it was an absolute pleasure to watch these plants grow and to now having this harvest is absolutely beautiful, a perfect strain mix. I won't ever let them grow this big again since I really don't need that much weed and I think I'll going to have more fun with some extreme LST or something like it and I guess I'll look for strains that will flower earlier and not for ones that flower fast.

So this week was just a few adjustments in regards to environmental conditions...done abit of defoliation for air movement and prevention of extra moisture...The aim is no mold or bacteria having any chance to multiply or even exist..absolutely not! I ain't about to ruin this ladies! Other than that...no issues..just maintain the process and environment. I do not want any major changes in that regards, especially during the early flowering stage. I would like to thank all the Grommies for checking out this grow and showing love.🌿
