On day 1 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. I defoliated leaves blocking the inside/lower canopy to give more light to lower growth points keeping the top 2 leaves on cola tops. The girls are deff still stretching :) So far so good. I'm glad I flipped to flower early this run and could see even dropping the veg time by another week. Its tough working in a small grow space but I'm determined to master it lol. I lowered the lights intensity from 85% to 75% to give my tops 600-800 PPFD. Usually I just blast the plants with 100% until the stretch is over but I'm realizing that I'm way over doing it based on my quantum sensors data. On day 2 the reservoirs PH is 6.1. The girls are still stretching and putting out new preflowers. My tallest cola is 9" from the light(the other lower colas are between 10"-12" away from grow light). On day 3 I adjusted the reservoirs PH up from 6.0 to 6.3. My tallest cola is 8.5" from the grow light. Lower colas are mostly 10" away from light. On day 4 the reservoirs PH is 6.3. My tallest cola is 7.5" from my grow light and the average/lower cola distance from grow light is 10-11". I defoliated large leafs that are blocking lower bud sites and or touching each other causing wet spots on the leaves. I want as much airflow as possible as I can not control my night time humidity which can be as high as 80%-90%. My last run I noticed some sugar leaves touching my grow box walls and this caused them to start rotting. I want to avoid that this time around so I'm being careful not to have any wet spots from leaves laying on each other as well as keeping all colas far enough from my walls. In the future I would like to have the ability for de humidification but being in a small grow box in a garage makes it difficult to control my lung room. On day 5 I adjusted the reservoirs PH up from 6.1 to 6.3. My tallest cola is 7" from the grow light. Lower colas are mostly 9"-10" away from light. I defoliated and removed lower bud sites not receiving enough light. On day 6 the reservoirs PH is 6.1. My tallest cola is 6.5" from the grow light. Lower colas are mostly 9"-10". My tallest cola is getting 1000 PPFD while my lowers are 600-800 PPFD. On day 7 I changed out the reservoir and adjusted the PH to 6.1. The tallest cola is 6" from the light. Lower colas are mostly 9"-10"

06/17/2020 I'am not sure how she will produce,but the smell is intoxicating! Wow that's all I can say. Better than any gg I've smelled thank you Fast Buds! In fact I love it so much I have decided to selectively pollinate some buds with Red Sky male , that should make for some freaky flavor combos! I think she is stretching and filling out she looks happy! I do have powdery mildew on the stem need to clean it up oh yeah did I tell you I love the smell! Lol

Hey guys and welcome to start of Week 8! 🌻 Today is day 21 of flower so i went ahead and cut most of the plats Fanleaves off. It took a while but now the Airmovement is improved and the humidity should also be lower. I also hope I didn‘t stress them too much. From now on they will be reseaving less and less Nitrogen going forward. I hope the colours come through as well 🤞🏻 Thanks for following along and I will keep updating the progress. Happy growing 🍀

12/1: She's scheduled for execution on Tuesday (maybe Wednesday) Hooray!😋 The bottom part of the closet seems empty with only 9 plants in there.. 😟 I cut the harvested plants up and put them into drying baskets in the top of my closet with a small oscillating fan on. I've got the temperature fluctuating between 68f and 75f and the RH is staying between 48% and 52%. To do that, I had to take down the small light in the top of the closet to fit the drying baskets up there. So, I moved the 3 shorter plants still up there, including the Stardawg, down to the bottom and put them on top of buckets. Now the bottom of the closet looks full again!😃 I'm anxious to finish up this grow so I can get busy growing the Fastbuds Fast Flowering Photo Testers!!! When I harvest the next 5, I'll flush the remaining plants really well and that will be all the flushing they'll get..I'll let them dry back out for a few days and harvest them. I've got to make some minor improvements to the garden (adding UV, blue and red/far red booster panels and intake fans) That should put me on track to start germinating them by mid-December if all goes well.

The plant went crazy this week, easily doubled its size. Really happy with how its going, nice even canopy after the LST from weeks 2-4. I decided to fertilise this week with some left over Mills nutrients I had from a previous grow. Really think the plant appreciated it. Hopefully it shows me the appreciation with fat juicy buds.

Growing Fast Buds Tangie'Matic again. This was one of the first strains I grew and I had great results the first time. Looking forward to seeing if I can up my game at all this time. My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic, I’m starting 2-3 seeds at at time for the last couple of rounds. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around week 3 I'll do a FIM pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope FIM/defoliation only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. Very easy plant to harvest, didn't have too much leaves, so very easy to take out fan leaves and prepare to dry.

the biggest plant on the right is booming, the one in the middle as well and fingers crossed for that one on the left not to die 😃 ––––– for some reason the one on the left does not want to start maturing, maybe stressed her way too much 😞 ––––– today i checked trichomes for the first time and vast majority is still clear eventhough pistils are turning orange 😊

Another week done. Final selection of the 3 phenotypes I found in a 10 seed run of the f4's. I am pretty confident I'll be carrying on the dark purple/red male since heavy anthocyanins production is what I was hunting for in this particular venture. Will be collecting pollen as I'm doing a good job keeping humidity low in the grow room so should be pretty viable. Will be crossing this into my winner from the ethos hash plant run as well as the rainbow belts

The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. She is unfortunately starting to show signs of Septoria which is a bummer, but at least it's showing up late in flower so it hopefully won't affect the outcome too much. 9/24- Our weather has now cooled off dramatically, with daytime highs in the mid 60's℉, and nighttime temperatures dipping into the low 50's℉. As a result I have cut back on the amount of water the Papaya Sherbet photo is receiving daily. 9/26- There's another exciting week of flowering on the books for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photo and from the looks of her, she only has a couple of weeks to go! Using advanced nutrients 3/4 strength Switched to general hydroponics full strength on day 40. So this strain is also known as Cookie Monster Auto, and although the flowering times is listed as 55-63 days, the only full grow i can find the guy says it took 90 days and he got a huge yield from one plant. These three girls are prolly going to outgrow this tent, but that's not a bad thing :)

Both are doing amazing, we’re cruising right now as I’ve slowly started dosing down the nutrients. The plants are looking well fed, all leaves are beautiful dark green, more towards a burn than any deficiencies! A little fade is starting to kick in as well. I’ll be leaving on holiday upcoming week, and all the plants should be ready to harvest once I return! Both pheno’s smell like vanilla and gas, very nice strong sweet gelato terps on both. Super dense and sturdy buds, should be a decent yield 👌🏻

These gg4 Autos are gonna be some absolute monsters! Here we are at 37 days and were sitting at almost a week into flower, qnd the plants are over 17 inches tall. Looking at a great yielding strain here! Starting to get a good amount of smell to them! Super healthy plants, and super heavy stalks. First round of nutrients came at 35 days. They were moved to the hps at 32 days. General hydro, flora trio at 5ml each per gallon. They EXPLODED overnight. This week, i will begin some light lst and defoliation. These Check out my other concurrent grow, Blue dream matic!

So amazing strain

I will be focusing this diary on the smoothie strain but you’ll be seeing some other plants in the tent that are not the same strain. I only have room in this tent so bare with me. There are 2 Smoothie, 1 CNC, and 1 Stardawg (dog). The smoothie are the two bigger ones in the back of the tent. Now, the Smoothie from FastBuds is just killin it right now. Since I popped the beans they have done nothing but show signs of greatness. I don’t think this one is gonna slow down much either. I’m going to push these plants harder than my last harvest. I had a really really amazing harvest last time. I was even able to pull sap out of all 4 plants. 2 Zkittles and 2 LSD-25. This was all done by feeding at the right times and keeping a “moist” soil. Also I want add that I ran pretty much the entire line of Nectar for the Gods at a little less then the recommended ratios. This time I plan on going a tiny bit over the recommended ratios just to see what these plants will do. Trust me, if the plants have a bad response I will go back to the recommended ratios. The reason I want to do this is because I really think these auto strains can handle a lot more than a regular flowering cycle plant would. They can handle more stress, that’s for sure. When do you think I should add a compost tea into my regimen? Soon or wait till the plant is a little larger?
