Barneys Farm Pineapple Chunk Take 3 10th February 2022 Another Great week of flowering weather , even tho the daytime temps reach 40c the plants seem to be thriving 😀 with this one in particular 👌 I have not needed to add anything to this soil I made which goes to show that I made it almost perfectly this time around. One major difference to this lot is that I grew a crop of sweet corn in it last summer , followed by a full bed of leafy green vegetables such as Spinach , Kale , Silverbeet , Lettuce and Chard. I am now seeing the first signs that the girls need more but I am still waiting for the Guano to arrive 😏 Despite this She is cruising along really well and I predict a harvest in about 7 weeks . Day 15 - The start of week 3 and the girls are really taking off, from 1-2 Inches of vertical growth daily. Consuming a good amount of water, almost leaving the bucket empty. lol. Lightly defoliating to keep the bud sites exposed to light, as they get bushy very fast and recovery is only taking a day for them to bounce back. Pretty happy with how things are going right now. Slightly increased the EC by .2 but not enough to burn them.. which is the goal. Grateful for my trolmaster unit as it has made keeping tracking of my parameters much easier and effortless. Day 16- Topping up the res with RO water every two days. Otherwise I'm sure it would be empty! Pistils are showing and the bud sites are very visible. Seeing one pheno with slightly more sativa dominant traits. Luckily I took clones so I can run the best pheno next time around, although all these plants are special. Still going through the flower stretch. Excited for what is to come. Stay tuned for the results. Day 18 - As you can see, the difference is night and day over a period of 2 days they have had an explosion of growth. They were heavily defoliated on day 17 and bounced back within a day. The buds on this plant seem very nice and tight, a nice purplish bud colour started to develop during the 48 hours producing some very pleasant looking buds.

Week 8, probably the last week of Veg , it will depends on how the main tops are gonna grow compared to the side shoots that are supposed to fill up the inner holes. If the plants redirect their energy in the shoots instead of the main tops I could be able to add another week of Veg , plants have been ScrOG’ed and shaped for this but after all they will decide by their own if they fill that the main tops are to low to catch the male pollen they will send the energy in the side shoots to get a chance to catch it ! Plants grows for only one purpose, to reproduce ! And the Cannabis has an maniac obsession to reproduce this is why it makes it so resilient ! And this why it gets twice bigger in just 2-3 weeks when it stretch. So, if you’re reading this my friends, you will understand that the time to prepare your girls for the stretch is now ! Starting to bump the feeding mix with some Veg nootz preparing them for the battle as they will use a lot of Nitrogen ! And for the ones who are just looking the pictures like if this diary was a comic book, they still won’t understand why their plants are getting yellow in middle of flowering when roots doesn’t absorb Nitrogen anymore as they will only concentrate on P-K (Mg/Sulfur) and getting doomed with no solution to fix it. Been a busy week getting the new setup going. She has been going really well , first week of flower , interested to see how she goes. She is a nice little plant problem free so far.

Week three these ladies only stretched about 1'. Got to see some nice bud development and did alot of plant training. Canopy is filling out nice, no issues thus far.

Día 5/10/20 día 29 de floración Acaba de amanecer un nuevo día y todo continúa bien. Seguimos alimentando las nenas con 1,6 de ec y 6,1 de ph. De momento el engorde no es abrumador pero si constante y si nada cambia obtendremos unas buenas flores!! Día 7/10/20 día 31 de floración Hoy nos vemos forzados a retirar algunas hojas que tapaban demasiada luz y que podríamos considerar sumideros de nutrientes. Por otro lado el riego de hoy ha sido solo de agua más zyco kleanse así prevenimos la sobrefertilizacion. Día 9/10/20 día 33 de floración Hoy preparamos un nuevo tanke de nutrición y lo hacemos a 1,75 de ec y a 6,1 de ph. En los siguientes días observaremos cómo se adaptan a esta nutrición x si tenemos que realizar cambios. No te lo pierdas!! Día 11/10/20 día 35 de floración Hoy te reina la semana 5 de floración y lo hacemos preparando un nuevo tanque de nutrición con el tanque totalmente limpio. La solución está a 1.8 ec, 6.1 ph y a 20 grados. La temperatura de la sala se mantiene a 23 6 la humedad al 47% para evitar la aparición de hongos en sus últimos días de maduración , algo que se puede apreciar en el avance de sus flores. No te lo pierdas!!

3 weeks down and into the fourth! This girl has started exploding in the last few days. I've now started to tuck the bigger leaves under the new growth as much as I can. The Gorilla Cookies definitely is the healthiest girl in the tent. As for environment, today I've turned the ventilation fan on 24hrs with no breaks. I started getting paranoid that hour on hour off is not doing them any favors and I'm just gonna have to suck it up and bare the brunt of the power bill. This will also drastically reduce the RH, which I'm not totally sure of the effects it will have on the girls. Low RH has got to be better than RH too high, right? 🤷‍♂️

It's HARVEST Day!!!! This plant was such a joy to grow and thanks to simpro nutrients she had grown into a little beast!!! Doing another week of flower to give time for her to dry and I'll give an accurate weight and smoke report in a couple weeks. Happy holidays growmies!!!

Overall a great strain too grow as grows with ease and seemingly without issues even with minimal care. With care she can produce hefty buds, as kept mine small my flowers reflect but still produced great smelling powerfully buds 🌱 Cycle finished in time essentially with ease and I'd be happy too recomend this strain from fastbuds. I will update with more images and videos upon timing complete and give dry weight ect, these girls wont bring much but smell absolute treat. Atm I have tried 1 small nug but still not ready not long untill can trim up, great oils and taste just need a little cure up once finished. Tried uploading longer videos but again says error 👎 have now added few extra videos

Day 52-64 (Day 54) I’m going to thoroughly inspect each plant and remove bananas if found. So far it’s only been the one on #7 but I don’t want to take a chance. I’m also going to give a watering with some runoff. (Day 55) Can’t find anymore bananas but that one. I will probably find a few bag seeds but who knows. It’s way too late for pollen to really have effect anyway. These 5 plants finish nice and early compared to my other tent flipped on the same day. I would never take this strain 65+ days like last time. I would do 56-60 days next time I flower this strain (Day 58) Holy shit this tent is fading like crazy now. They are starting to show some beautiful autumn colors. #1 #5 and #7 are definitely done. #3 and #6 could use a little more time so I’ve decided to take them down on the 24th. I haven’t seen anymore bananas and the one that popped out on #7 has shriveled up and receded. (Day 63) I’m seeing what look like seed pods starting to form in some of the main colas on my picture perfect pheno. #7 is showing 3 or 4 little bananas too. All of the top buds are definitely done so I’m going to harvest as soon as the lights come on tomorrow. I’m going to give one last watering right now and then harvest. I’ve noticed that harvesting a watered plant will extend the dry time by a few days and that’s exactly what I’m looking for. A nice slow dry. Plants are being full plant hung + dry trimmed and tent is being kept at 60-65 degrees and 60-65% RH. Cutting everything down was a pain in the ass. I had to individually cut each square the scrog net so it wouldn’t contract and squish all the buds. I chopped down my other tent as well so I have no other plants in flower right now.

Let’s go Day 36 !!! This week went real great, girls built up a lot of structure, and stayed super healthy ! Today they got fed just water phd at 6.5 ! They been really loving that balance! I also removed a lot of under trim since we are going into preflower , so had to shave up those legs lol ! It’s really great for them , the love that airflow , but don’t take off too much or you could shock your plants so be careful ! Can’t wait to see what these girls do this week ! Just got done with trimming the 4x4 @greenhouseseedco Super Silver Haze / @blimburnseeds Silver Surfer Haze tent. The final yield is exactly 1000g plus some (kind of a lot)that I smoke in the last 2 weeks 😃 Also got 6, gallon size ziploc bags filled with good quality trim for concentrate. To be honest I was expecting a little more but keeping in mind that this grow I did not supplemented with bottled CO2 I think I’m good with the results. Definitely I enjoyed a lot this grow and I’ve learned even more.
