Lots of new growth this week, looks like the screen is about 50% full, I’m thinking in the next week or two I’ll get to 12/12. In the mean time I’m adding an extra hour of darkness every few days to make her transition to flower smooth and stress less for her.

I cleaned out the reservoir and switched from Veg to Bloom nutrients on day 36. My 35% Hydrogen Peroxide arrived, and that definitely makes a difference with keeping the reservoir cleaner longer, although I am still cleaning it maybe every 10 days or so, just a quick 2 min scrub with bleach/water, and then i run it through the pump and lines as well, then run plain water through it before hooking it all back up. The ONLY water I have used from my well this grow has been to clean my reservoir, everything else has come from my dehumidifer. I am now using some Cal Mag, Maxi Bloom, AND some Liquid Kool Bloom. I am running an EC of about 1450. My runoff from Coco is coming in around 1490 EC. Not seeing any issues with the ladies, just worried I may have waited a little too long to switch from Veg to Bloom Nutes, although I was adding about 25% Bloom for the past week or so. This is the third LA Kush Cake from @zam.nesia that I've harvested, and I'd love to grow at least 1,000 more. It's truly beautiful in terms of color; during the fade, this one revealed a purple and yellow that blend together in a truly romantic way. The flowers are beautifully full and solid this time, and the resin is excellent. The scent is the original vanilla with a hint of spice. The parents are Wedding Cake x Kush Mintz. Once again, I'd like to emphasize that where Kush Mintz, a particular phenotype of GSC, is present, the plants are wonderful. It never disappoints. Weight was on point, really it was and i'm happy with it, going mostly into extracts so i can keep going with learning all about the ancestral rituals of making plant juice. Got the vaporisers from arizer on the way, so i'm smoking twice as many joints in anticipation. Used smart proteins at the start and half way through flowering.it definitely boosts terpene production and speeds up veg quite a bit, Harvest went pretty well, it was fun having the boys over for some scissoring . Everybody really enjoyed themselves but i probably should have been stricter with the hygene, would be great to be able to rent out lab space for the day to get that steril environment going you know? Rap music and lab coats ! Love testing out genetics thank you so much , next round incoming ! 🚀 So this grow clearly a very neat grow, kept right on top of things with VPD, always in the optimal ranges even if i had to manually tinker with the mister , the exhaust, the fans, the lights. Speaking of the lights i applied a "pumping technique" meaning moving the lights up a down : down going into flower, then up then down again towards the end of flower to trigger rippening. The smart proteins were used through out the grow meaning the veg went nuts, started smelling loud right out of seedling stage, then at flower stretch i think it does help give it a kick, mid flower though it makes the trichomes rippen quicker than the plant can put on biomass, meaning you get strong , ripe colas that come out a bit thin. Cut and harvested at 30% amber believe it or not, to me that's late but i couldnt believe it when i noticed the plant was ripe at 10 weeks so i let it go on a bit longer. wet trimmed and dried over 10 days, Jarred and cured for 2 months.

Comenzando la 5ta semana de floración y esto va así, a mi parecer bien, ya que tuve algunas carencias, los medidores de PH y EC murieron a la mitad del cultivo, y no pude seguir mediendo esos parámetros, fuera de eso todo lo demás está bien. Starting this week I will also add Oxygen granulate (KMPS, CAS-70693-62-8, 2KHSO₅ * KHSO₄ * K₂SO₄) I use this once a day to reach ~250 mV on my ORP meter, it is not calibrated so it more of a good guess, adding this helps to keep the reservoir stable even with higher nutrient temperatures in summer and it also adds a little Kalium/Potassium for the plants. The ORP probe is not calibrated and values are to be taken with a grain of salt. Values are average of the day. Día 28 de floración. La cosa se pone seria. La auto rainbow mints huele de locos y sigue engordando. El resto, empieza a coger forma seriamente. Las Oreoz se están empezando a poner moraditas. Pinta de maravilla.

Welcome to the 2018/19 indoor grow season!!! I am starting this diary for all current seedlings and clones I have started. I'll also be doing separate diaries for some strains individually (but not all). So, currently I'm about a week in on average with these seedlings and clones. The Seedsman CBD Cream & Cheese and DinaMed CBD+ were started a few days earlier and started stretching using only the 18w T5 my humidity dome came with. So I set up one of my LED's over the humidity dome instead. So far that seems to be helping the newer seeds from stretching too high. I'm also seeing some burn on some girls, I guess the soil must be too hot. I started to try to flush through with straight ph'ed water, but then I started seeing signs of overwatering (rookie mistake, I know). Now I'm just trying to keep a little water on the bottom tray so it generates some humidity in the dome. There's also a heat mat under the tray I have the heat mat on a timer also, 30 min on/30 min off cycling all day. It seemed to get too hot on 24/7. I'll be transplanting and moving to my 2'x4' tent in about a week. They will live there during veg, then I'll be moving to a 4'x8' tent (not purchased yet) for flower. I'm also planning on adding some COB LED's in the flower tent. Then I'll dedicate my 2x4 tent to mothers, clones and seedlings. Its going to be a little different this season with both photo period and autoflowering strains going at the same time. But I'm looking forward to it! 👍 Stay tuned...
