Started the first top dressing of Gaia Green All Purpose and Power Bloom at a 50/50 ratio of 1tbsp/gal each.

Earlier in the week, I saw a discolored bud, and upon closer inspection, I found bud rot. Ugh. I immediately cut off the infected bud and the one closest to it. I looked through the canopy but couldn't see any more affected buds. Right after, I went out of town for a few days to Mary Jane, the big Cannabis Conference in Berlin. It was the first one after legalization, and it was wild. I had an awesome time, and it was great to meet up with friends while in Berlin. What wasn't so great was seeing more signs of budrot when I returned home—those days of +85% humidity at the start of last week made the botrytis go brr. Sigh :( Checking the trichomes showed it was still early to harvest, but I decided to chop anyway to save the unaffected buds. I also decided to hang each branch separately, as it would allow me to inspect each one closely to ensure no affected buds made it into the drying tent. Another reason is to decrease the drying time. Usually, I prefer a long dry, but due to botrytis, I aim to speed up the process. Overall, I found 12-15 affected buds, and of course, they're always the nicest-looking buds. I don't care about the yield loss, as more than enough is still left. I only hope the remaining buds are unaffected, and I'll inspect them daily throughout the dry. Now we wait. And hope.

11/3 - Today was the first day of week 5 and also the first day I could see a visibly measurable decrease in her water level between check-ins (~12 hours apart). As a result of her drinking so much water in such a short time, the ppms shot up to almost 800. I used straight tap (7.5 pH, 170ppm) to adjust since her pH was also measuring 5.3. I adjusted her with this method until she registered 5.6pH and 670ppm (1.0ec + tap, 500ppm of nutrients). I would prefer for her pH to be a bit higher (5.8, ideally), but I will settle with this for now since the water is back to just touching the basket. Over the last couple days I've been adjusting her LST to help her bush up as much as possible. I can already see the heavy Sativa influence in her compared to her sister in the tent. I can't wait to see what she will throw at me. 11/4 - I wasn't even planning on doing an update today, but I want to note a few changes. Her root bundle is over a foot long and getting more wound up every day. I removed her LST ties in order to take advantage of the ScrOG screen apparatus (see notes below). After lights came back on, she measured 650ppm and had another notable drop in water level. Currently, I am preparing another nutrient solution that closely matches what she is feeding on now. I will be upgrading her to a 5 gallon bucket. I will be aiming for 1ec of nutrients/additives (500ppm + Tap on my meter, Hanna Primo .5 conversion). Tap measured 180ppm, so target ppm would be 680. Later that same day... So I finished upgrading her to a 5 gallon bucket before I actually got done writing the update. Added one photo showing new 5 gallon setup. Solo ScrOG test mk1 - In an attempt to do a ScrOG, but maintain control over each bucket, while still having relatively easy access to each reservoir, I decided to throw together this little contraption. I removed the lowest complete segment of a tomato cage, leaving a short "tail" beyond the lower ring to act as a peg to insert into corresponding holes in the lid. The lower ring is 10" in diameter and the upper is approximately 12" in diameter. Each ring is 11" apart. I would prefer to have a shorter segment, but I haven't worked out exactly how to do this yet. I would prefer to set the screen height at around 6" above the bucket instead of 11". This will have to suffice for the time being while I let my latent conscious work out a solution or one is provided by the community. Above each cage will sit a coated wire fence with grids measuring ~2"x3", as shown in the above picture. 11/5 - Uploaded short video showing Solo ScrOG Apparatus in place. ********Week 9 Vegetation- Sept 12 to 18, 2020******* This will be the last veg week. Flipped to flower cycle at the end of the week:) LST this week on these girls. Getting them ready to put in a SCROG I think. Pull them down for now to start pulling them wider and make it easier to fill in the canopy’s net. Actually, they were only tied down for this week. At the end of the week I removed the ties. These girls need to be allowed to grow tall. I achieved my goal of spreading out the branches and making her wider for the start of flower. Now I just have to let her go and hope she will get another 12” to 18” taller in the stretch. There were 4 feed days this week and Advanced Nutrients Bud Ignitor was introduced this week.......getting ready for flower👍 Switch to Bloom nutes next week. Going to finish these girls with Advance Nutrients line this run. I may have to use a supplemental from Green Planet to get through to harvest. This lines bottles are getting closer to a year and a half old now........use em uip👌😃 Not buying more Bud Factor X for example (still have a couple of syringes worth) but rather will add Terpinator and Rezin instead. Little more detail: Sept 12/20 - CalMag @ 2ml, VeloKelp, Vitrathrive @ 1.5ml, AN Sensi Grow A&B @ 1ml - 610ppm and 5.9pH - Each girl given 2L - Pulled out and cleaned up to get ready for netting - Canopy height fairly even today.....little more time to fill in though. Sept 14/20 - Giving them a hearty feeding today with lots of ml’s to rinse off the roots a little more - Sensi CalMag @ 2ml, B52, Microbial Mass @ 1.5ml, Sensi Grow @ 1ml - 880ppm and 5.4pH - Each girl given 4L and they had a nice amount of runoff - maybe 30% this time. - Canopy filling in nice but worried about these girls height compared to Gorilla Girl beside them. Uneven heights down the road?? Sept 15/20 - Add some sweetener to feed the microbes today,. - Sensi CalMag @ 2ml, Bud Candy, B52 @ 1.5ml - 625ppm and 5.2pH - 2L each for the girls - Leaf colour is a little light so getting the Magnesium up and Nitrogen......that’s why using the heigh nitrogen Advance Nutrients Cal Mag. - pH is a little low but I am cool with it and working on not letting the pH drift too much yet in their run. - They are ready.........they want to flower😃 Sept 17/20 - Bud Ignitor introduced today as we get ready for Flower phase next week. - Sensi CalMag, Sensi Grow A&B, Bud Ignitor, all @ 1ml/L - 485 ppm and 5.7pH - Each girl given 2L - Ready to flip now but I concerned that I need to have these girls at least 8” higher than they are beucase they are not going to stretch as much as the other girls in the tent. - these girls have some most fan leaves growing.......I want to pull them but I am resisting😉 - Swtich the light cycle tonight to 12/12 and get the party started👊👍 That takes us to the end of Veg for these two girls. They have some very thick main branches and lots of large fan leaves. I expect to see further side branching growth in the next couple of weeks. they both have 4 nice main tops forming so I expect they should have a few chunky buds by the end💪 The girl in the 3gal pot is doing very well and I would suggest looking better than the girl in the 5 gal pot right now. Not fully surprising to me though.......the bigger girl with the extra room for roots, will likely seem a little happier in about 5 weeks but time will tell. Cheers Growmies and have a great week🙏

Aumenté la potencia del ventilador para que tengan más movimiento y potenciar el fortalecimiento de las ramas. El hecho que se hayan hecho tan altas, me hace pensar que con las flores pueda llegar a necesitar estar más robustas en las bases. Se ha utilizado agua llovida, que leyendo un poco indican que no tiene mayor beneficio si se almacena para utilizarla posteriormente (se convierte en agua dulce común), sin embargo he seguido utilizando. Les agradezco sus observaciones para logra identificar así los errores que cometo. Buenos humos y buenas vibras

Bueno , este es el segundo cultivo que realizó del la cepa "Waka" , el anterior lo tengo igualmente documentado en otro diario . en esta ocasión cultivamos los clones que habíamos recolectado del cultivo pasado , guardando los fenotipos que nos gustaron más y los clones restantes los pasamos a floración que fueron los que se le hizo seguimiento en este diario. El crecimiento fue bastante explosivo y reaccionaron muy bien a cada trasplante realizado . pude observar que los clones de cada fenotipo seleccionado se desarrolló con mucha similitud al de sus madres . El olor en vegetación es bastante discreto y en floración se pone un más intenso El desarrollo en floración fue explosivo generando bastante resina y se vieron muy hambientras . Al fumar se puede sentir un rico toque cítrico en las N° 4 se siente un fuerte sabor a limón en algunas flores mucho mas marcado que en otras, N° 3 y 13 un agradable toque a naranjas muy rico de sentir en el paladar , La N° 8 con pizcas dulces bastante interesantes. El humo al fumar es muy suave lo que permite sentir mejor el sabor de cada fenotipo.- saludos y buenos humos😉 Al momento de cosechar se cortaron los clone y se dejo secando en oscuridad a temperatura ambiente por cerca de 16 días posterior a eso se pasó a curar en frascos

Smells and tastes awesome. The 3 week veg + 1 gal pots resulted in small yield. Otherwise great first try.

I gave this plant 48hrs of darkness, cut it down and hung branches on coat hangers. It’s about 25F outside so it nice drying conditions with a humidifier and a heater. I stay about 64F and 53RH. I will wait for stems to get more brittle and buck the buds into 1G jars. I will trim the buds, Once they maintain 63RH I put them in Grove Bags to cure for a couple months

What's good in the hood growmies🤟🏽 Week 7 in the books Hello week 8🙌🏾🙌🏾. They are in their 3 week of flower and the colas are starting to really fatten. It's a jungle in the tent right now so very difficult to take good quality pictures or each plant individually. I waited to water them 1 day to long this week, which caused White LSD #2 to start drooping over, I had to tie her up in order to keep the colas somewhat up right. Other than that it is business as usual, I am still keeping a close eye on Caramelicious making sure she doesn't Hermie, I think she will be alright however she worries me because I had her pollinate an entire tent of 4 plants that were in 10 gallons ruining my whole run before. However I think it was due to my grow room flooding causing the temps and humidity to be out of wack. Since I was late watering I fed them a little extra this week about 1.5 liters (instead of 1)of plain water p.h.'d to 6.6 in the 2 gallon pot it takes about that amount to see run-of. All in all everything is going smoothly I can notice a visible difference in White LSD #1 and 2. Number 2 has some red undertones while #1 is white. Welcome to week4!🤠 Fixed her discoloured leafs, it was due to frequent watering🌊 She entered vegetative stage only after 4 weeks of growing, which is way sooner then last time!😯 And I'm using a humiditor to keep the air at 60%😋 See you very soon!🤠❤️

8/12/2023 - Day 39 Veg: she seemed to be handling the topping well. I'm also seeing more signs of the lower branches starting to grow, which tells me the topping has helped. Other than her slow growth, she looks healthy. 8/16/2023: watered again today using water at about 6 ph. Mixed in Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja, Silica, Calmag, BuildASoil Big 6, Pure Protein Dry, Rootwise Mycrobe omplete, Rootwise Bio-Catalyst, and some Dr. Zymes Eliminator. The plant is finally getting big enough to start bottom watering soon, so this will likely be on of the last top watering until flower. Also, I defoliated a couple leaves that were blocking the lower branches, and super cropped the top, to promote more growth in the lower branches. 8/18/2023: Installed the first layer of trellis netting today

This week has been great half way threw the week i changed to the next feed part of canna nutrients as it seemed to be way fattening up! So dropped off the pk 13/14 and droped off some of the A+B as I more of the nitrogen and we are past that part mostly. It is some killer killer in there i mean wow even with my circulation fan cranked it stinks in my garage stuff is loud. Smells of sweet and stink kinda pungent like a maker or something chemical it's so strong. I have let some lady bugs go in there as I have seen some signs of spider mites and have done a few rounds of neem oil in the water as well for a soil drench has not progressed much really. The lady's seems to be happy and they are kinda a pretty accent to have in there i think having the living soul in there, Or many if u say! So sticky just stuck like glue wow! Can way see the transformation over the last week has been crazy! In live with coco, my assumption going in was like hydro. U get some killer frost buds but no size....WRONG the size with coco is lil behind organic but still massive the swelling comes in last few months so we're in it now. Stay up everyone!
