This method has worked well for me! ------------------------------------------------------------------- 04/02/2025 I’ve transferred the seeds to the paper towel method! Now it's time to Pot preparation! For my pots, I use a three-layer method, filling each layer while shaping them with different-sized pots: - First layer: Super Soil - Second layer: Regular fertilized soil (BatMix by Plagron in this case) - Third layer: A light soil with mycorrhizae (Seeding Soil by Plagron) ------------------------------------------------------------------- #05/02/2025 I’ve planted the seeds! I'm using a cheap LED light from Amazon just to kickstart germination and gain a few extra days to finish flowering the plants in my tent. As soon as they sprout, I'll transfer them to the tent, where my old but fantastic Electric Sky 180W is waiting for them! ------------------------------------------------------------------- #08/02/2025 Two of them have already germinated, but one still hasn’t. I’m struggling with low temperatures, as it's been only 12°C during the day and between 3°C and 7°C at night. Unfortunately, I had a bit of bad luck—my lamp fell onto the pot, disturbing the soil and seeds of two plants. One of them is the one that hasn’t germinated yet. Just in case, I’ve put two more seeds in the paper towel method as backups. If I don’t need them, I’ll give them to a friend! 🙂 ------------------------------------------------------------------- #10/02/2025 I placed them in the tent on the 10th. Two of them germinated on the 8th, while the other was affected by the lamp falling. I’ll probably replace it with one of my backup seeds and offer #R03 to a friend, but it all depends on how things go in the next few days. ------------------------------------------------------------------- #12/02/25 I replaced the seed that went into shock with one of my backups. After 10 days of flushing, time to harvest. End of week 8 of flower. Smells amazing. Im drying in tent, cant get the temp under 23 celsius. Thats why Im drying plants without a lot of trim. Buds are full of trichomes, 30h of darkness before harvest. Almost all buds are pretty big, so far sooo good 😅.

harvested in day 68. fast eddy was easy to grow. i couldnt stand that smell when harvesting, very strong, but my friend liked it. I started her directly in the soil of my Grow on the Go. I really didn't pay that much attention and once I cut the Lemon Cherry Cookies I just had the pot outdoors on Campground. Of course hiding a plant on Camp Grounds is not ideal conditions and the intension was to grow a plant outdoors while travelling.

Sorry for brevity we have been going non-stop trying to get all the produce harvested ahead of the freeze. Well she did her best in a difficult growing season, cold and the lack of sunshine had its effects we could not get around, Still she produced and that in the end is what is important. Next year we will do better :) Now for Zombie Quasimodo - she had to be harvested ahead for the freeze tonight and yielded 51g wet, Nice considering we already harvested this plant for few ounces weeks ago and we just noticed green in the compost heap... not including her in the total as she was an experiment and proof that if the germination rates were good this strain would be fantastic. 54 grams dry almost and I mean almost lost the main bud to bud rot, one more day or two and it would have been worthless. As it was lost a few grams like all the outdoor plants. crap hides from you

Week 4

Hello, fin de la semaine 7, et de la semaine 1 de floraison. Les plantes ont vraiment bien récupérées de la défoliation de la semaine dernière. Elles sont déjà pleines de nouvelles feuilles! C’est dingue.. un génétique vraiment solide. Pour le moment les plantes n’ont pas encore déclaré leur floraison, elles commence à stretcher je trouve, donc je suppose que c’est en bonne voie. J’ai légèrement baissé l’humidité, je suis à 50%, et je vais réduire progressivement les prochaines semaines. J’ai eu une très très légère brûlure du à un démarrage peu être trop rapide des engrais de Floraison mais sans grand dégâts. A retenir pour la prochaine fois. Voilà c’est à peu près tout pour cette semaine. Hâte de voir la floraison s’installer... Happy grow...😎

01/05 - Updating this a day early as they won't be 3 weeks old until tomorrow - but tomorrow's pretty busy for me... Gave them both a bucket change... added the Rapid Start to GG's bucket as her roots looked like they could use some (although I STILL think they look like OG has one more week of life to her than GG!) Going to start some LST later on today, a bit of ponytailing perhaps.... I have the feeling these two are going to fill my small tent!! Update: I went back 2 hours after changing their buckets only to find GG screaming in agony (see the pics of her teaching me a lesson)... the pH had shot up to 6.7 and she was NOT a happy camper at all!! Quickly made the adjustment and will check on her every half hour and measure her pH ... she's one sensitive little gal, is GG... Meanwhile, the same thing had happened to OG but, in typical OG fashion, she just yawned and said "Huh?" but I adjusted HER pH as well... good god! Second update 01/05 ... GG's pH was going up slowly again BUT she looked 100% better - her leaves had perked back up, the terrible crisping of them had stopped.. I trimmed off the two really bad leaves as they wouldn't ever regain any ability to help the plant and I did another small adjustment of her pH down again. I've also "ponytailed" her as I've wanted to try this technique and she seemed a good candidate as her cola was definitely going to be dominant. This technique will hopefully allow the side buds to gain more height and the plant will take on more of a bowl shape as opposed to a Christmas tree shape... Should anyone reading this want to try this, you need to know you cannot allow the ponytail to be in place longer than 8 hours a day... Interesting day... very interesting day. 01/06 - Well, the two of them made it through their day yesterday ... OG doesn't show any signs of any stress and GG is doing well although a couple of her leaves still bear the marks of her aversion to high pH levels! She's going to be the one I'm really going to have to baby but that's ok... OG is just a bull - nothing bothers that one! Ponytailing both of them again today... then I'll stop for a week before doing it again. 01/07 - Decided to do a regular bit of LST on GG - she's not as bushy as OG and will take more readily to that kind of training. OG, though, is still going to be ponytailed because she's short, fat and really, really dense. Did a bit of defol on OG yesterday and it's been well received by her - she's doing extremely well! Update... I've just discovered why OG is so much further along than dear GG... I was going back through the logs I keep because I wanted to know when to expect my newest baby's roots might hit the water - and I realized that OG's roots hit the water when she was only 4 days old! FOUR DAYS OLD!!!! That's unheard of... at least in MY experience! GG's roots didn't hit until she was 10 days old (her roots were only peeking out of the netpot at 6 days old) ... so no wonder OG has seemed like she's been about a week older than GG this whole time! That one is a ROCKET!!! Wowsie! 01/08 - Continuing to ponytail OG and LST GG... and both are loving it... responding really well. OG's side bud sites are almost completely catching up to the main cola so I think I'm going to just let it ride for a while. GG is needing more LST every day, keep pulling her over, letting her small bud sites into the light and they're responding well - had I left them alone, they would have been candidates for defoliation at some point - this way, they'll probably develop into good sized buds. 01/10 - The girls are really going to town but I'm having to do some hard LST on OG to try to keep her at a similar height as GG or we're going to have problems with the light distance soon. I may also have to do some defol on her soon - she's just terribly bushy! They're both loving their nutes - GG's is slightly less than OG's - and I'm keeping GG's pH at 6.0 since she doesn't seem to like it any higher than that... 01/11 - So the ponytailing days are over... both are being "normally" LST'd and they're both pretty much the same height which is good. Did some defoliation on OG yesterday - just took the two top fan leaves off since they were so massive they were shading the entire plant... she looks awfully good this morning and I'm super pleased. Starting to look for signs of pre-flower - should be soon!

Day 10: They have been growing nicely. Beautifull green leafs, no deficiencies or stress. I did some Defoliation and I'm planning to top some plants but not all of them since they make nice main colas as well. Also nice roots so far, will let those grow for another 1-3 days before repotting them into 7L pots. While doing that I will add some new clay for beneeth the pots to have a good run-off. I will add some mycorizza as well to improve the roots and I will water them again with lots of Regulator(anti-stress) and Rhyzotonic( root stimilator). Some days after that, they are ready to get pushed into flowering. Sativas like to grow twice and sometimes even more in size. So the size which they are at the end of this week will be enough. So at the end of this week you will see them being in 7L pots and in a bigger grow space under lots of lamps. There are like 3-5 plants not growing nicely. Might have to kill them. I'm not going to waste time,energy,nutrients on those if they don't grow in size in a couple of days. So might end up with just 235 plants. Il update again at the end of this week. Day 14: I almost finished the rest of the grow room. I still need to adjust and replace the lamps some more and other things. Did many defoliation below the plants. Thoose branches are never going to preduce nice and thick buds anyways. Such a waste of energy and nutrients. Because of the removing of branches and leafs, They get a better airflow and better exposure of light as well. So for now they look a little bit ugly haha and not so bushy anymore, but they will grow into fine looking ladies. I kept 5 or 7 branches each plant and some bigger plants I even topped because I don't want them to stretch alot. Another reason is that I want bigger stems. If other plants that didnt get topped, not improving stems I can still top them until the end of week 1 of flowering. I'm putting them into flowering, by putting the lightschedule to 12hours of light and darkness. It will take a few days before they start preflowering. The first buds will be seen in like 10-14 days.
