Due to early germination issues this one missed the boat on grow space and is now waiting for room in the tent which is at least 3 weeks away. So I will be limiting it's pot size and nutrient uptake until I have some room for it. Will also be adding a hood upgrade to the seedling station to allow much larger plants allowing me keep plants there longer. Should resolve this particular issue

Gorilla Cookies has been growing great lately under the Spider Farmer G3000 light. I just changed the light to a 12/12 schedule. So tomorrow will be her first day of flowering light times. I like to wash in some fresh dynomyco when I grow in coco so I added that to the nutrition mix, but only 1 time. I will start increasing light strength as she starts to stretch over next 3 weeks. Everything is looking good at the moment. Day 15 - The new week meant a change of water, nutrients and an adjustment of lights. Chong is looking like a short, but sturdy little seedling with broad fan leaves and big roots. Max is 10cm vs. Chong at 7cm and her leaves are perky and the stem is thick. They both look good for their own individual reasons. Looking at the roots specifically, Chong seems to be facing similar problems as Cheech in the Cookies Gelato grow - the aeration in the bucket appears to have “dead zones” because of the colour the roots and the manner in which they are sticking together. I’ve adjusted the air stone to be more central in the bucket and cleaned the air tubes because the nutrients stick on the tubes. Other than that, I’ve controlled the PH back down to 6.0 after the addition of the nutrients using the Milwaukee PH controller and decided not to adjust the height of the lights because there was only about 2cm growth this week. Also added the first wire to give Chong a bit of a better bend in her stem, gently starting off the process of LST. Day 20 and the ladies are getting closer to topping. Both are showing clear third nodes with the fourth node opening up. I am sure we will be topping during this next week of veg.

the week has been smooth the leaves are fading / dying and i fed 1ml in a liter of water twice in the last 10 days but thinking about starting a flush now its been about 62 days and fastbuds site says 9 weeks. the hairs are mostly white still besides on a few buds its 25% and like 80% orange on 1 bud. trichomes are starting to look amber on sugar leaves about 10-15% amber trichs i need a better loupe to see close up tho. the buds just keep fattening up slowly but surely. im trying to be patient and let them get juicy even if its taking longer than the website advertised, (probably due to me dropping her in veg and overwatering in seedling stages) either way, super happy with the results so far and im thinking about getting another light. im going to try growing 2 plants under the 1 light until then but i think i could fit 3 or maybe 4 if i had a 2nd light. hopefully getting a 2nd tent soon too.

Hey guys! Another update! 💪 I bought a Cal-Max from Grotek 👌 From the photos I shared it seems Matcha and Pistachio are suffering from some Magnesium deficiency (I hope that's the issue 😰) and this should help with the issue. I foliar spayed both of my babies and then I added the recommended dosage to all the waterings I made during the week. Gladly the first changes were clear after 48 hours of spraying them and I'll probably see the rest of the changes next week (or the week after) 😱 Besides that Matcha is still super small compared to Pistachio and I wonder what might be the issue. Maybe I'm watering her a bit too much or the heat is too high and it's not letting her take the proper nutrients? Maybe her roots are still small (for some reason I think this might be the main issue) or the damage she suffered from the lack of magnesium was way too severe and can't be fixed? No idea but she seems to be recovering so I'll let her continue that way for a bit more (and let her grow some more roots) before switching into flower. Oh! And I switched places between her and Pistachio, in case the lights were a bit too strong for my baby! As for Pistachio, she's growing strong so I suspect she'll be a huge plant during the stretch phase 😃(you can only dream). She's also showing some chlorosis but absolutely nothing compared to Matcha. I also defoliated both of my plants, they were getting bushy and I want all the "new" colas to receive as much light as poooooosible! Anyway, that's all for now. And here we are! The end of week 7. And these girls are basically ready. I'm gonna wait a few more days but by Tuesday I predict that I'll pluck them. They are just perfect looking. Fat buds loaded with resin. The smell is interesting. A subtile sweet sugary smell. With a hint of fuel. Very hard to pin down and will be curious with how the final product turns out. I've been ramping up the UVB 310 over these weeks. Now it's been at 4 hours for the last few days. The girls don't seem to mind. Idk if it has had an effect or not at this moment but I plan on continuing it in the future. Watering every day or two. Not giving them as much now tho. Letting them dry out a little more. Apr 09: Things are chuggin along, i think light may have been a factor in the brown spots, seeing similar symptoms on one of the other plants but very very minor in comparison.... I think it was too little calmag, i may have locked them out mid veg by using high concentration of nutes without watering till runoff (i now know, that is a no-go), and light stress. i have had them under 850-1050 ppfd when flipped to flower... one of them is loving the light, one is big and bushy (had to defoliate later than i wanted), and one has good bud structure but pistils seem thin, and growth seems slower (the one with the brown polkadot party on its body) so thinking it may be stunted. either way, im seeing denser buds, and im learning the ropes, thats enough for me :) Apr 12: Last feed day... Trichomes look just about ready, will do 2 runoff waterings 48hrs apart, then 24-36 hr darkness... Will try to post trichome pics.... Super excited to see the improvements from this run vs last run...!

Have Big Gas Puff on my Behalf! 👽 Declaring on September the First, Im Setting officialy the photopheriod as 20/04 hours resting too, they start in midnight as they will help to provide an ideal temperature at night, and thats the reason why stick with covering most of the day yet respecting some time off the grid, as for both mary jane plant processes like foliar feeding or the transplant depicted below and electronics used requires a bit of resting as lifespam testing and recomendations tend to stick on ‘calm your tits homie’ even on autoflowering scenarios, last consideration is the electricity bill as can become bothersome in some countries too. Moving on plant growth , I personally consider up to this date , a healthy growth even when i changed the substrate it has quite a possitive impact and that’s on having a number of survivors above the mínimum of plants i want to be spread each on 11 lt of ’ Organic Life Light Mix’ for the most oustanding Killer Kush FV, by using the growth vigor & not stressed AF criteria , as it’s always good to do backups in case i had a strong damping-off or like a bad germination scenario. Notice the quirk of ‘Pot on Pot’ made the transplant a bit easier, and how can make some small upgrades if added in your grow , if its on your market and fits your style as well. Regarding to feeding, new transplant soil was watered with Hesi boost, Top candy and BAC Calmag’s 2.0 (I chose this Brand specifically as it present other useful micronutrients on its composition ), as they first ones show to have quite a stimulant and refreshing effect on the babies, considering the size of more than decent root samples took before being moved on their final containers. This experience also introduced me the carencies i must attend usually on these type of soils, who also i do consider that being this deal of too light substrate, is a deal of a trade off too , like, im saying this this Organic Life Light Mix it’s not a bad product at all but consider is way more needy unlike traditional soils or even fuck, this shit is more airy than other light soils compositions hhahah, so, final words here, like at the same time the speed gained plus not a total damping off on germination phase & good interaction with fertilizers i use as plant interaction shows quite a good evolution, specially being keen on carencies and disbalances are faster to present and faster to attend , it requires more handling specially on feeding like all shit that is making this grow go at super fast speed , as i took some pics of root mass and it’s development shows it’s quite advanced yet on the optimal point to transplant. PS: I will stay with the non finalists , the more pansy Killer Kush aren’t totally discarded as the point of having backups to have a better coverage regarding to uncertainity of germination and the fact that still fuck up things and shit my pants in the near future, as usual, im a shitty grower if not noticed ! 😂😂😂.
