Couple spots on some leaves so I added a bit more Calmag, but we are just coasting down the hill at this point! The lower growth is GREEEEEEN. I'm not worried at all and you can see I'm getting lovely photos! I took a sniff tonight and it smelt so good my toes curled a little!!! The ladies are glorious to behold, seriously, the flower is really blossoming and getting FAT! She got really stout and bushy like a Christmas tree, you can tell by the stem structure that the colas are gonna be thick and dense, but boy did she have a Crazy couple of weeks. First it was little spots of powder mildew. Then She kept getting spider mites and i couldnt seem to keep them away. i have a lot of other plants and veggies growing my garden so i moved her. Little did i know that her being near my sunflowers meant that some type of sunflower worm would get to it and one burrowed inside the stem of the main cola so i had to trim that way down to keep it from rotting. The mold and the mites were friggin persistent so i moved her to a different location and shes doing so much better. im almost positive i stunted her by trimming the main cola. Im not mad though cause it looks like she has 4 different colas growing in its place so im ok with that. Most descriptions say she finishes flowering around 10-11 weeks and I'm there now with a lot of maturing left to do. Shes looking healthy so well see how she matures!

Day 45 --> Restart some light LST for the final weeks of Flowering. 🍇 Really intense aromas from stomper n GWK (like sour,sweet grape tannins). ⚠️ In this project we experimented with a super soil like mixture. Biobizz all mix was 65% of the mixture which 1/3 of it was placed on the bottom of the pot and the rest 2/3 was mixed with 35% Canna terra. About 10% perlite was added on the mix and it was sprayed with EM microorganisms (Soil activator). 🏁 The target is a tasty organic flower fed only with tap water and a slow release organic fertilizer(6-3-18) which being applied on the end of the 3rd week and, becomes available to the plants 7 days after. In our case which we transplanted on day 9, we used it on day 30(9+21) from seed. ℹ️ Facts Until the 3rd week plants were growing under LST with no problem (Day 17-19) was when preflower started). In the 4th week development slowed down and initially we though that was due to some drop of temp like midway veg in ➡️ (RQS fem induction). After days were passing and the development of the plants was not satisfying (even though the plants didn't show any symptoms of deficiency or environmental stress) we noticed shiny leaves and dark green colour starting from Stomper#1 which was the smallest plant and was the only one that had some visible burned tips on the leaves. GWK#2 was the only one that did not appear dark green colour or shiny leaves (like SS#1,#2 and GWK#1) but had drooping leaves without having overwatered her or noticing any issues.(Conditions on week 5 and 6 were a bit unstable as the weather got weird and we had high humidity and low temps). Reaching 7th week plant development continues to be average, stems of the most plants became dark red without having low temps inside the tent even though plants look a bit better after they were let to dry a bit more. 🔬 Symptoms 1)Dark shiny leaves 2)Slow growth 3)burn tips 4)Drooping leaves 5) Dark Red stems Matching the pieces of the puzzle we assume that we had NITROGEN TOXICITY and knowing that we do not use any liquid fertilizers it seems that our problem was that our super soil was too "hot" for our baby mephs. If our rooting system of our plants reached the final layer of soil( Biobizz all mix on the bottom of the pot) in the 4th week, it was when it had the highest availability of nitrogen. Availability that seem to be "too hot" for Sour stomper and Grape walker kush in early Flowering. Also in the last weeks we had cold weather so we had an electrical heater on increasing the temp of the room which led to higher temp and transpiration inside the tent.That being said it is likely that due to higher transpiration our plants let higher amount of N to enter the plant and that forced the plants to show us signs of it's toxicity. For a start we let the pots dry to reduce the nitrogen availability and then in Day 45 we water with 6,5 ph tap water + EM microorganisms (700ml each pot). ℹ️ Day 48 : Ideal humidity + temps and the plants have started to drink and eat a lot better the last days. After the second water (700ml) of the week yesterday (D47) with microorganisms only, we find the first signs of deficiency on Sour stomper #2 today. We were expecting this cause our dry fert has only (6-3-18) --> 3 phosphorus (slow release), so our leaves look like having phosphorus and calcium deficiency, we are thinking that the roots locked calcium too with the deficiency of P as these too are collaborating. - So we are going to feed all the plants with organic liquid fert. from Plagron - green sensation PK (9-10) starting with stomper#2. * Every plant in tent has its private watering schedule as the maturity and needs, have changed over the last week. - If the problem continues we'll consider a cal mag solution. * Will be appreciated any comments or same experiences!! The Blackberry auto by Fastbuds has been a thrilling plant to grow. Starting off as a tri-cotyledon seedling, she's been a rush from the start. When she came out mutated I didn't even know if I wanted to keep her; I asked the growdiaries.com community for help. After speaking with a few experts I decided to keep it and see what would happen.. Since then she has developed thick healthy stocks stalks and dark leaves with ripe purple flowers bursting out between them add every node. Using a home mix super soil with Promis Organic as the base, I decided to feed compost extracts laced with Golden Tree & CalMag which helped kick this girl into over drive and push out these dense sticky buds. I'm expecting around 3 ounces from her and it's day 73 since she popped out of the soil. She has a sweet aroma and is completely covered in trichomes. Drying/ Curing process: - she will be hung upside down by the main stock until she is dry (8-12 days) - My humidity will be set to 55 - 60 % and my temps will range from 65-70 degrees F - Will store in Glas Mason jars with 2-way Boveda humidty packs. These are a lifesaver for new growers. They will keep the humidity in the jar at 62%. - after 2 weeks I'll throw down a mad sesh Thanks to everyone who offered me tips and help when I needed it. Hi Growers. Day 21 Flower So this week I decided to defoliate as they are super leafy. I took that pile from each plant. I also took off any branches that I thought would be under the trellis. It’s being pushed up so it’s hard to tell. They are pretty happy regardless. The leaves I left are already quite big after 3 days. I did 2 hydrogen peroxide flushes around the defoliation to combat any possible pests and nutes weren’t gonna help in a slightly stressed state and they won’t hate some extra oxygen to the roots. I let them dry for 3 days and fed today. The Vipar Spectra XS2000 is growing these plants nicely, heating the tent a prefect amount. It’s so powerful in my 2x4, I’d love to see it in a 3x3. They’re happy with it up at 22-24” until I know they’ve stopped stretching. Pretty easy week. Just trying to keep them happy and growing big. Happy Growing 🌱

Dried for 6-7 days in 24 degrees and 59% humidity. Now stored and cured with boveda 58%. Smells amazing like bergamotte or mandarin tree and lime juice with woody notes. It‘s a sweet strain with intense taste.

02.06 If I look at the other diaries of that starins I think half of the bloom is already done. I think around 4-5 more weeks and I can finally harvest. They are just stunning. My best grow so far and am really happy how the girls perform. It's great to watch them and I can't get enough taking a look into the tent. Beside that we dealed with a lot of rainy days in germany lately so I needed to start the dehumidifier earlier as am used to. Middle of the week I needed to refill the tank, because they were super thirsty. I will reduce 25% of my scheme for the next tank refill coming next days because I see lighty signs of nutrient burn. It's needed to reduce the scheme a bit since I removed a lot of biomass lately. So, to the last weeks!

11/16: A few of them are in a bigger hurry than the others, and that's just fine by me....very tired of buying weed to smoke.. I fed them again today with about 1/2 gallon each and put a couple of 24w 3000k bar lights under the canopy to increase light to the lower branches. I also took some photos and a video. 11/17: A few of them are protesting about their proximity to the lights, so I raised them as high as possible, which was only another 4 inches. Hopefully that's enough! 11/18: I checked their moisture levels and rotated the edge plants. 11/19: I watered them today with about 1/2 gallon including bembe, signal, cal-mag, myco, and started them on cha ching. At least one of them will get flushed for the first time at their next feeding. Already fading... 11/20: I rotated some edge plants and started decreasing humidity in the closet. I set the AC Infinity to come on whenever it gets up to 45% RH., plus the new dehumidifier I ordered will be here tomorrow. 11/21: I fed them today with about a half-gallon each. I started cutting back on everything except cal-mag, bembe, signal, and cha ching.

day 15 of blooming... streching is on full force and getting bigger by the day.... tent is filling up nicely. at the end of the week 3 will do a defoliation for a better airflow and light exposure.

Well this is us after 2 week germination planted in the final pots these are the only 2 survivors had a couple fail on me!!

Having a lux meter has improved my grows so much. Knowing your DLI and where the hottest/coldest parts off your plants (ppfd wise) is just really the next step in adding that thing to your grow(s) that sets your next crop from your last. As I'm a long way from where I want to be. My next crop will focus on 2-3 plants. Doing 35 really is its too much work. Timing and moving plants around as there all at different stages. Like autos in pre fower will only take about 35-40dli before showing stress (drooping for ages after lights out or near the end of lights on) but, really you only see it about 20m after lights out. So its kinda of a ritual for me to check my girls after I put them to bed. Also doing 3-4 swaps and plant moves in and out of my dark room, or moving from the 70cm2 into my 1m2 (having a same spectrum of very close is a must if you're going to reg change lights/tents. As for this strain. She's really happy. Bit of wind burn you can see my 360degree ball fan is to powerful on its lowest setting. I'm thinking of putting something to break the wind on her. I did remove the 1st true leafs/nodes much later than I did with my 2 Fastbuds (that stalled for a wk) but they're back strong. And no early flip. Really only thing I can think of is the DLI and not stressing them day in day out with lights out has improved all my plants. (Lux meter id suggest any grower who wants to push their limits) Maintenance 1st True leafs/nodes removed to help energy move to the next more important sets. Very little to no feed. I'm keeping her going with Fish force and Royal mix soil. This week I'll be adding Xpert Nutrients. The little plant have recovered pretty well as far as I can tell... They still look a bit wrecked but this is due what they have lived through I think... Hope they have a better time ahead :) UPDATE: one of the plants seems to have fallen (eg autobended herself) to the ground but is still looking good to me... I just let her be and see what happens :)
