Day 63: Another week passes and the girls are now building nice long Colas all over . Buds are looking good and smelling so pineapple/fruity now. Buds are looking nice and hairy without looking airy. #1 In the organic soil is overall the widest and area hungry lady but her sisters are taller . #2 has been quietly pushing her way through the middle position in the grow and has some nice fat looking buds forming. #3 Is a surprise for me as I wasnt sure it would make it this far. No matter what I do , the leaf continues to look awful but the size of her and her now forming so many stacking buds , I am glad I kept her going now !. I do think at least 3 weeks for these ladies before harvest but hope to give them room to swell when the space is opened up.

Aug 3: woohoo week two of flowering. Plant is definitely flowering and looks to be on its way to a strong finish. Very excited for this one and it looks very promising. Group pic is Cheese in front, Gelato, Gorilla Cookies, and Bruce Banner. Last two are 16 cola manifolds, and the front two are 8 colas. Aug 5: video shows use of 730 nm far red light as a bloom booster. A few seconds at dusk is all it takes. I use Civil Twilight as listed on timeanddate.com for my latitude each night. Currently getting 2 minutes earlier each night. The far red light at dusk, at the same point in the light cycle each night, causes the plant to go into dark mode about two hours faster. It’s like getting an extra two hours of darkness in a 26 h day. Works indoors and on autos too. Moves up flowering by about 3-4 weeks here. Don’t miss a night and keep it at the same relative time each night. This is sometimes called phyto-forcing. Easier than moving the plants into the garage each night. Aug 6: foliar spray of potassium silicate and Extreme Blend done in early evening. Plants drink a lot when it is hot and they’re this big and have been watering twice a day lately. Aug 7: did another round of compost tea this morning. Aug 9: defoliated the understory to improve airflow and remove shaded bits. Mostly fan leaves and popcorn bud sites with a few small branches that were growing in towards the centre.

Daily breakthrough of foliage and correction of sprouts in order to maintain symmetry of their growth. I create more comfortable conditions for a lagging sprout.

I have been watering Just with water for 1 week.The flowers mature well becoming very compact I hope the weather won't be too wet for the last week of cultivation. Apparently rain is coming for the end of the week..let See😎

Para empezar es buena variedad un poco tardía de lo que dicen pero me encantó cultivarla , aún con la plaga de trips que sufrí las 2 últimas semanas aguantaron y sacaron unas flores alucinantes. Las flores aparte se ven resinosa y tienen colores llamativos. La planta pues si creció vigorosa, no es muy frondosa y es resistente. Fue una genética con la que disfruté bastante y es bastante fácil de cultivar. Whew, I am a few days late in posting but I have been MIA. Glad to be back to my plants and gardening. My faithful follower @hindugod even reached out to me to see why I was late in posting my pictures. A Disney Vacation was good for me but not so much for my plants. I also left my husband and two livestock in charge of feeding and protecting my plants from the elements of nature. Miss Mango Kush continues to grow tall. According to Zamnesia Seeds, she could reach a height of 38 inches outdoor. Our weather has been kinda crazy and hellish- as in HOT- and her leaves are getting burned on the edges even though I have a pool umbrella protecting her from the direct sun. Miss Mango Kush is NOT a bushy plant but rather a tall, lean plant. If you look at her pictures, you can see a lot of buds forming. It has been quite hot this past week, but hopefully we will get a break in the weather. Please continue to enjoy my diary and let's chat it up friends.

Thank you to everyone for following this journey! The results were nuts. Honestly, I would've been happy with 40g dry as this is my first grow. I DEFINITELY did not expect this outcome which is insane. This gives me so much confidence in my future grows and appreciation for the companies whose products I used. So, now to the point - Dry weight - Top class buds - 176g, smaller buds - 32g, larf/leaves/scissor hash - 26g. To sum up - 208g of product you can smoke and 26g that'll go to edibles. First grow, 2x2 tent, 100w light, three-part fertilizer and cal mag - that's insane, especially because I was expecting nothing more than 60g and like I mentioned, I would've been happy with 40g. I even thought my scale was broken or something went wrong, I still can't believe I pulled 208g of bud. It took 117 days from seed to smoke - that's disregarding the cure. Seed to flower in 42 days. Flower to harvest in 61 days. 14 days drying. Thank you to FastBuds, I've sent them an email about the grow with some questions and got a speedy reply with some pointers towards the end of the flower. Also, I don't have anything to compare this grow with but I had 0 issues with pests which I was really happy about. I didn't have to spray anything on the plants, didn't have a single bug inside the tent. They mention on the website that NL is a very resilient strain so that might've been because of this specific strain. Spiderfarmer light did amazing too - 208g of bud from 100w light!. General Hydroponics did way better than I expected - there's so many companies with multiple bottles of nutrients that expect you to spend ridiculous amounts of money on their products while I got crazy results with just 3 basic bottles. Cal and Mag by Canna worked with no complaints. Takeaways - seems like the runoff pH doesn't matter in coco - I could be wrong but I struggled with coco pH from the very beginning. Regardless, the outcome speaks for itself. Maybe the harvest would've been even better with an optimal pH but in this particular grow, I don't think it mattered much. Before starting this grow I've done A LOT of research and it looks like it most definitely paid off! I was panicking at first because of the slow growth. The plant also had some leaf deformities and the color wasn't as green as I've expected it to be. It was stressful at first, I think especially because I was constantly comparing my grow to someone else's. This specific LST method where I kept rotating the main stem clockwise every day or two paid off as well. The canopy was relatively even and new tops grew crazy fast. The only thing left to do is to cure the bud. I had two 1.5L containers ready for cure/storing since I didn't expect to pull much but had to go acquire a few more "big boys" to fit all the product in, which is a good problem to have. I don't think that I'll be updating the cure here but the plan is to burp 2x/day for 15-30min each time for the first week and 1x/day for 15-30min the second week. After the first couple of weeks I won't be timing the burps. As of now, I've placed boveda 62% packs inside the containers to maintain a RH of at least 58% in the jars. About the Northern Lights strain - the smell hasn't fully returned yet post trim, but it smells like sweet fruits with a hint of black pepper. You can still smell a bit of pine/grass but I think that'll be gone after the cure. Buds are covered with trichomes, they shine like diamonds when you take a better look. Also, the buds look a little airy but are still really dense when pressed. The smoke - It's a tasty, relaxing high. I get why people describe it as night time smoke but for me personally, it grounds me a bit and I can enjoy it anytime. Also, it burns white ash :)) P.S. This is a lengthy diary but I hope that people can learn some stuff from my notes shall they read them! Thanks to everyone that followed the journey, showed support or just browsed through. HI everyone growth wasnt great initially but she has perked up really well and the buds are the best I ever seen on any plants I have grown, so I hope its a great strain that I will grow sometime again in the future. In the soil I placed two peeled bananas I would recommend giving this a try as a little extra grub for them !!!!!!!!!

Dia 91 la 4 semana de floración , la 1051 va mucho mas avanzada que las demás, hay algun problema con la mosca blanca aunque ya hemos pedido depredadores para combatir con ella de manera biologica, la Glow Starz y la White Noise van mucho mas atrasadas aunque se ven mucho mejor

we begging week 5 and the flowers are getting bigger and bigger These Strain is the fastest on these test , and the dark colors are begging to take over the plant . the second one is a weel younger but also getting fast really frosty

First of all sorry for not showing you all the transplant of this beauty, My phone freaking died and couldn't be able to film the process of this plant, I'm very sad about it, but anyways we gotta keep working, so this lady has been Transplanted on day 39 just like her sister and she will be fed with the complete biotabs organic line, I've prepared the 15L pot adding 25G for every 5L of soil of startrex then sprinkled a few mycotrex grams on the planting hole, and once the transplant was done I added 3 biotabs slow release tabs and then just watered with 1g of bactrex and 1ml of orgatrex per liter of water, the plant looks absolutely beautiful, let's see how she develops, one thing is sure, she won't be hungry at all!

40 days are over 3 Out of 4 Plants are fully in flower 1 is still in veg i guess Its not an autoflower and i have to force it to flower. Removed alot of leafes that blocked light and removed all the bottom leafes

Hello everybody, the pictures show a split situation: the buds looks good but the rest of the plant scream to overfeeding. Infact at the third day of the week i find an extra water in the saucer so i control the EC and i see 3.5 mS/cm. This value is clearly too high and i try to recover the plants by watering everyday with 1 L demineralized water adjust with pH-down. I just hope to see a better situation in a week. 🙏
