Happy palindromic 4202024. To help celebrate I’m starting a couple of Euphoria seeds and making the first diary entry of the season. This year i’m doing two photoperiod plants, starting today, and two autos that I’ll start in mid-May. Apr 22: moved into soil after about 48 h in 25 C water in the dark. Have a ripe apple beside the seeds under the foil because apparently the ethylene gas that is given off helps. Science paper I happened across last winter - will post reference when I remember. Apr 25: removed foil (and apple) and left on a 25 C heat mat beside a light that is going for tomatoes and peppers. Weak light, warmth, and high humidity is what they need at this stage.

I'm so ready to chop im gonna wait it out just to see how big these autos get if I just let them go for an extra two maybe three weeks longer than the rec. Hi everyone, Here’s the update for week 6 along with a video. Soil(Organic grow) Day 35~42 She becomes alot bushy and start showing pre flowers this week.Continue LST and all going well.I just tuck-in the fan leaves under the strings.The space become so tight.You can see in my video.Most of the bud sides are visible to light.Only some are covered by fan leaves.So I am still thinking about defoliation.May I know your opinion about defoliation auto? Here’s my nutrient solution giving for this week. Soil RO water EM leaf solution- 1ml/L Egg shell with vinegar- 0.5ml/L Epsom salt- 1tsp/gal pH- 6.1 ppm-200 Run off pH- 7.0 ppm- 1300 Coco(Synthetic grow) Day 35~42 Huuuuuh... Coco made my grow so difficult.I made alot of rotation this week.Coco #1 is now fully recovered in 1 gallon pot and Coco#2 seedling is not well.I transplant Coco #1 into 10 gallon final pot again.So it’s like 1gallon soil to 10gallon Coco.I don’t know why she can’t thrive directly in Coco/perlite mixed.She needs a bit touch of soil to recover.From now on golden days are coming.I Hope so.She will be introduced to my ScrOG soon as you can see in my video.Here’s my nutrient solution giving after transplanting. FLOWERING First week of flowering. The first flowering phenomena are visible in the tops of the plants.😜 -------------------------------- GROWTH The plants are still growing rapidly. To keep the size of the plants somewhat at the same height, I use the following techniques: 😷 1. Removal of the side branches (Defoliation) -Small plants: I remove almost all side branches. In this way the small plants do not have to spend energy in the growth of side branches. -Large Plants: I don't remove anything. The plants will put energy into the growth of side branches, so the plants will not grow too fast in height. -Other plants: I remove the side branches in proportion to the size of the plants. In the course of the following days, I gradually remove all low side branches! 2. Tying the branches (Low Stress Training) -The smallest plants grow straight upwards. -The largest plants are tempered in their growth, after I have tied them to the plant sticks with the help of plastic plant binders. On DAY 5 the plants vary in length between 23 and 41 cm -------------------------------- AIR HUMIDITY 😨 When the lights are on, it gets nice and warm in the growing room. To keep the humidity at the desired level, I have two 7.5 liter humidifiers working almost continuously. In less than 24 hours I have to refill them. As long as the plants do not have real buds, I like high humidity so the plants to keep a low VPD. -------------------------------- WATER and NUTRITION 😱 Due to the high humidity, I don't have to give that much water. Every 2-3 days I give 1.25 liters of water per pot. I add 3 tablets of Easy Grow Booster to 10 liters of water. I divide this mixture between the 8 pots. This week I gave 2 x water. !!! The WATERING VOLUME PER PLANT PER 24H above, is in fact PER POT (4 POTS) !!!

P2 Vs P18: Last week I started using Rhino Skin, trying to help her with the fattening and strength of the main branches. The difference is not too high watching at the images, but they're fattening in a cool way. I think it's time to place some lower support for the branches to help them with the weight, as i've seen many diaries on where the central branch of the plant was totally broken by the middle due to the weight of the top branches, and i really don't want to see that happening on my AliceK... "Rhino Skin" PERSONAL CONCLUSION: I think that Rhino Skin is helping, as in my last Gorilla diary i didn't used it along growing stage, and with the AliceK. it's branches are fattening much more than Gorilla's & MoneyMaker's did without the RhinoS. support (Pot size is helping also). P8: Loving this distribution!!! -----WEEK SUMMARY----- One week more for loving this beautiful plant. I'm loving the easiness of growing an AliceK, this week she suffered low water times, at almost the end of the week. Till today i was watering once each 120 Hrs ±, but it isn't enough at time for the size of the plant, she's drinking much more water than in previous weeks, so from Day 47 i'm switching to a water cycle of 84 Hrs±. At last temperatures are giving us a breath, again 27~29ºc along day, with a constant fresh breeze that came from the Mediterranean sea (Shore is at about ± 150 m from my home). This is the last week that i'm going to use that GoPro position to record timelapses. From now on i will record from the middle of one of the walls to have a better view. I'm not using the mobile on the AK more as the field of view is too short at the distance i should place the phone, and it didn't cover all the plant. P2 Vs P18: La semana pasada empecé a usar Rhino Skin, intentado ayudarla a que engorde y refuerce las ramas principales. CONCLUSIÓN PERSONAL sobre Rhino Skin: Creo que Rhino Skin está ayudando, si comparo el engorde de estas ramas con el de las de mi último diario de Gorilas, en el cual no usé Rhino Skin durante la etapa de crecimiento, puedo comprobar con certeza como las ramas de AliceK están engordando más que lo que lo hicieron las ramas de las Gorilas y las Money Maker sin la ayuda de Rhino Skin (el tamaño del tiesto seguro que también está ayudando a esto) P8: ¡¡¡Me encanta esta distribución!!! -----SUMARIO SEMANAL----- Una semana más de amor para esta preciosa planta, estoy fascinado con la sencillez de llevar a AliceK, esta semana ha sufrido un par de días de sequía como se puede apreciar casi al final del vídeo semanal. Hasta hoy he venido regando una vez cada 120 horas, pero esto ya no es suficiente para el tamaño de la planta, bebe mucho más que las semanas anteriores. A partir del último riego de esta semana voy a cambiar a un ciclo de riego de 84 hrs. Unfortunate Week... Honey cream had a couple of "budrot" spots forming due to droplets of water dripping into the flower and not drying (99%humidity nights)... Thankfully those buds were cut down and she doesn't seem to be producing any more "budrot".. Apart from that, the smell is amazing on her. Power Flower is going nicely too, but seems to not have too much smell...

Things have been coming together very nicely, packing on very nice frost, buds have been foxtailing not too much but just enough, in result I lost some density to the buds which I don't particularly mind (my preference). The Terps are really nice and has simplified compared to last week when they were ever-changing. They know boast a black Cherry Punch forward Superboof flavor. Notes of ripe/rotten dank black cherries with that classic Superboof Orange rind/dankiness. The leaf rub gives a more sweeter black cherry wine almost smell with hints of bubblegum. Very nice change from the usual candies you see constantly nowadays. This is a dank one, every morning I wake up to the dank dank aromas of this plant filling the house. Quite a beautiful thing if I may say. All in all, one of my most favorite grows I've done too date! She's getting close to harvest if day another 2-3 weeks at most! Gonna check on trichomes soon but she's absolutely covered in trichs! I'll try and get better pictures!

First days of flowering this week, I promised myself to be hands off this week... Journal reads: 1/13: Fed these Girls! 3 TSP/GA Big Bloom 2TSP/Ga Grow big and Tiger Bloom 1/2 tsp Clean Kelp. Plant 1 looking stressed. Hands off! 1/15: Removed Netting, added fan, restarted time lapse it had failed last week ~ 10 days 1/17: I trimmed dead and suckers from all plants, fed with 3 TSP/GA Big Bloom 2TSP/Ga Grow big and Tiger Bloom 1/2 tsp Clean Kelp. Trimmed a lot!

Day 71 - trimmed em abit.... i've turned the lights and just touch em into flower, to find out sex..... look really nice..... smell really nice... the big fan leafs feel like velvet material .... Day 81 - putting this diary on hold again, haha.... focusing everything on silver haze..... i'll update when something significant happens...... day 88 - i think, haha.... they almost died twice, haha.... no pics yet, goin to update this in the next few days after i work out the plan, lol the little one in the clear plastic cereal container is not doin so well, and the big one is in the big dwc iws and it's been in flower lights in the crapo tent with the crapo gear,m everything good is on the silver haze..... and this frickin mazar - female...... haha... just spotted the first 2 hairs comin out the first tops..... it's not very big, but pretty sure going to get 1 to bud now...... 👍😎👊

Approx day 111. All is still good. White powdery mildew not progressing, i see no new spots, so only few leaves taken by it, great escape ! On bud rot side all is quite too, just first two OGs were infected, third growing well and in colours. AKs looks like very resilient strain, till now avoided everything, despite having fattest top colas. Think its last week for smallest AK , remaining OG will be chopped too. Will try to drag biggest two AKs for two more weeks since today. 3 weeks of rain already and predictions shows at least two more ... Happy Growing !!!

9-15-20 So I Have definitly in this past week have flowering. Thankfully so far no one around my area has a male plant because they are female. The root system is notably bigger as well because it took a lot of water before the pot started to drain. I did a bunch of fan leave cutting and everything seems to be going good. The photos are kinda crappy sorry maybe later in the week I'll try too take better ones.

Still fattening up. Ladies look beautiful. Still on a heavy feed chart for FloraSeries. Banana daddy chilling by the pool. She looks like fire 🔥 What do you think. Post a comment below

Start of week 8 and the lady developed nicely. Buds are getting more compact. Leaves are already frosty. First leaves getting light green, yellow. I will feed the lady with BioBizz nutrients to see, how she will develop. Harvest getting closer and the first pistils get brown. I think 3-4 weeks left. Keep in touch ! Cheers, HighZenBerg
