Hello, hello! Hope you're all doing well. Welcome to Week 7, Veg w/ Space Cookies. The Deets: The Good: -Space Cookies is moving well. I was able to make her quite a bit bigger by training her out this week. She took the space well and is filling up the new open space quickly. -Full transplant and first transition's feeding went very well and she took every drop. No burns, no dipping out, no attitude. -Strong like Bull. Every week she gets thicker and thicker. During transplant I buried a small portion of her stem to shore her up and it has proven to work very well. Smallest plant but has the thickest laterals and main. I really like this little one and I feel she has been the easiest to work with so far. Haven't faced as many issues with her as I have with the others (so far). Hope she keeps it up👌. -Pistil party! It's a girl! Yay!! So there's pistils. Not heavily pronounced yet, but clear as day. Will add in a picture tomorrow, but a little to shaky to take a proper photo, at the moment. Soon👍 -pH and PPM's are in check. Not too concerned about my ppm reads, as the new soil is warping these run-off numbers, but I'm very pleased to see her Run-off come back at a solid 6.2pH. A long road from the 5.3 I was battling for 1.5-2 weeks. The Bad: -Get atta here with that 'bad' nonsense. She's doing good😊 The 'Meh': -Got her to be a bigger bubble, but she lost some more height. Propped her up on the same ceramic pot that Do-Si-Dos was last grow. Almost a perfect height making an even canopy. -Really bushy. I open her up and it seems she's filled the empty space within 24 hours. Going to do a quick bottom to top defo and prune before moving her to flower. Still trying to learn what to take in Veg that will end up being nothing but LARF in Bloom. I feel I did a little better this time... but I'm positive there will be a lot to take in the early weeks of flower, during the stretch. -Before the transplant, I was running 24/7 extraction due to a weather change in my area. In her shorter 3 gallon pot, she picked up a bit of wind burn on the low end fans. I knew it was being pretty battered around, but I didn't really have a choice. I really needed that air exchange. These fans will be removed in near future if/when she needs/wants to cannibalize them. Notes of the Week: -All transplants were done with a 15mL/Gallon soil of Gaia Green 2-16-0 Bone Meal for slow release P/Cal throughout Bloom. Added bonus of keeping pH in check (somewhat like a dolomite lime). "Stim Root #1" for softwood applications has been used sparingly as well. Allows for zero delay when transplanting. Roots tap into new soil immediately. No stunting, no lost time. -A water feed was given to each girl in the past two days as I am back to my feed-feed-water schedule (and working well). I did include a small dose of GP3 Bloom, Humic acids, molasses and potassium silicate to keep her moving until the next feed (Bloom and Humic halved). Cut the Cal/Mag and pulling my Mag from the Bloom's 1.5%. -Training is pretty much over. PSK has a little work to do, but this week all the training ties will slowly be released and replaced with bracing cables. 5-6, 2 foot sticks of bamboo and 1, 3 foot main bamboo line have been inserted and will be used to pull laterals back inwards, give them strength, and help them carry their flowering weight. All bamboo sticks (except for the 3 foot main) were inserted into the new transplant soil where there would be no roots and no root interference. To reduce root interference on the 3 foot main, I sharpen to a point in order to push roots aside, not bluntly destroying them. -The flip is on the calendar. PSK is even in good shape now. It's time. Either Sunday, May 31st or June 1st these girls will be put into 12/12. I'm really looking forward to this, but as per the usual, I'm a little nervous. It's been a battle with them so far and I'm really, REALLY hoping Bloom goes a tad better then early Veg did. -Oddly enough, these plants are larger in size then grow #2, at the same period of time (49 days). Attributing earlier training and the SF for these changes. Keeping the girls shorter and using more LST has pushed them to move a bit faster. Noted. -Hygrowzyme and King Kola will be introduced into the new Bloom schedule in the coming week (s). I did not use the PK booster as early as recommended last grow and looking to see what changes I will see with proper applications, throughout flower. Hygrozyme will only be used for the first few weeks of Bloom. If anything feels amiss or my gut tells me somethings off, I'll stop it's use and just use what I know. best cannabis I ever grew and smoked. Others agree. This is a cup winner I would win with no competition. 3 months harvested, 90% consumed. Will run more genetics and future cross, backcross. Feels like energy drinks, positive, 100% youre high and lit, extreme ripped. Smell is slight citrus, this is very sweet tasting and smelling because of my methods of growing. Oozing sticky like an industrial adhesive. Daytime smoke, ripped no couchlock. Welcome growers Firsth month in flowering for this beauty AYAHUASCA PURPLE 😈 It has reacted well to last week's "massive" defoliation. 4/9: Frost really coming in and she’s getting funky 4/10: I opened her up a little with HST and bamboo stick tie-downs to hit the center, fed her going to check in again in 2 days to see the progress. 4/12: My spreading her open I did a few days ago actually did help the center out and will pay off in the long run. She’s getting sticky and the calyxes are swelling up. The buds haven’t really fattened up in the last few days just got bigger length wise. 4/13: I might have fucked around and made her herm on me....I gonna wait and see what happens the next few days/weeks

it's always a pleasure to do business with Barney's Farm!!! They have never let me down even once!! Even in the worst situations and conditions they have always been able to bring out the best for me!! I really enjoyed forcing these plants to see their reactions, but I wouldn't do it again as a technique because it only serves to keep the canopy low but not to increase the yields...or...at least in my case I didn't find it of fundamental importance....maybe a simple cut of the apical top and that was it! but that's fine!😋

March 17, Day 76: As written I collected the last three plants. At the moment I got a partial of 224 grams from the first three plants and I think of doubling with the last three. Among the latter is the plant with the largest bud which obviously becomes my favorite. This time I managed to take photographs of the plants before cutting them. With these last three plants I got the most productive plant, the one with the largest bud and the one with the longest bud 😉 For a final report on this strain: The Gorilla by RQS is an excellent strain for anyone who loves a high THC content and I particularly recommend it to growers who pass for the first time from photoiperiods to autoflowering. You will grow very large and very productive plants very similar to photoperiodic ones. This strain branches out a lot and must be defoliated and de-branched. You can grow it well with the SCROG technique, but if like me you have no space problems you can also use the Sea Of Green technique. In conclusion I want to thank all the growers who have followed this my first diary to which I have a happy growth! First I have to say that I am very satisfied with the total harvest, from the last three plants I got 369 grams which added to the 224 of the previous harvest make a total of 593 grams. I started this diary with 8 Gorillas and 2 Cheese. 6 Gorillas completed their cycle in the same time frame, the 2 remaining gorillas showed a photoperiodic genetic predominance, one of them is in an advanced flowering phase while the last one after three months still shows only a few pistils. I'll probably kill her, and move on by putting new seeds in the soil. Unfortunately, where I live is illegal to grow marijuana, otherwise I would have simply moved outdoors, but I can't and must be ruthless. Regarding the two cheeses there is not much left at the end of their cycle and I started to give only water to one of the two plants. Good and happy growth to all! 😜

Week 9 Didn’t do anything this week except water the lady’s. My telescopes batteries died so I can’t take pics of the tricomes. Rest assured they are nice as hell. They are a massive mix of colour. You see purple, cloudy yellow and amber. Super excited to puff on these nugs!!

Day 43-Im waiting just a little longer to flower because she's in my veg tent with no room in my flower tent. If I wait another week or so I can switch this VEG tent into flowering lights. She is a beat! I started to defoliate the inner leaves and did some minor LST my twisty tying the main stocks to the cage. I wanted to "open" her up and get the small branches some light to grow during this veg period. Having a lot of fun with this plantl so far! Day 44-2 feet tall as of today 💪. she has surpassed her step sister(bag seed rando that's actually a phenomenal plant) even with multiple toppings. She is a true work horse IMO. I have 2 very healthy clones taken from her and I am planning on taking 2 more for mothers . Excited to keep her genetics alive to possible breed with this summer. I picked up some original NL#5xHaze seeds from swami I want to breed with this cheese. would be crazy. Day 46- Found a cool branch with three new bud sites coming from one node which was a first for me! Fed with NFTG mid veg feed, recharge, and Mammoth P. Defoliated a few more leaves that I thought blocked light to much from getting to the under growth. I want to focus on growing out the middle of the plant for one more week before throwing it into flower.
