✂️ Wir sind in der Erntewoche angekommen. Eigentlich wollte ich die Wild Thai noch länger stehen lassen, aber die Natur hat mir einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht. Am 2026-06-15 habe ich massiven Befall mit Botrytis, also Grauschimmel, festgestellt. Bei einer Landrace-Sorte in diesem Stadium ist das ein absolutes K.O.-Kriterium, da wartet man nicht mehr ab. 📋 Die Fakten für diese Woche sind schnell zusammengefasst: Die Behandlung des Befalls bestand in der sofortigen Ernte am 2026-06-16, um den Rest der Pflanze oder andere Bestände nicht zu gefährden. Der Grow ist damit offiziell beendet. 📸 Wenn man sich die Bilder ansieht, erkennt man deutlich die typische Struktur dieser Sorte. Die Blüten sind eher locker gewachsen, was bei einer Thai-Genetik aber auch zu erwarten ist. Trotz der frühen Ernte sind die Blätter dunkelgrün bis violett gefärbt, was für eine schöne Optik sorgt. Die Trichome sind überall auf den Blüten und den kleinen Zuckerblättern gut ausgebildet und erkennbar. Der Stamm ist kräftig und zeigt die für die Sorte charakteristische Rötung. Fazit: Schade um die letzten Tage, die ich ihr noch gegönnt hätte, aber Sicherheit geht vor. Grauschimmel ist ein gefährlicher Gegner, den man nicht unterschätzen darf. Jetzt geht es ans Trocknen und dann sehen wir mal, was die Ernte qualitativ hergibt. Man lernt eben nie aus, auch bei Landrassen nicht.

Okay growmies here we are at the end of our GELATO AUTO 🍧 by FAST BUDS. It was such a pleasure to grow, i learned so so so much this run that will help me through the rest of my adventures. The beginning was tough as i am new i over watered and did not ph the water and what i mistake. But its okay i learned. She bounced back like nothing and produced these HUGE, FROSTY, DENSE BUDS! I remember the panic i had week 2-3 and wanted to scrap all of this and start over.... thank the weed gods i didnt because look at this masterpiece. I always said she took for ever but hoped she becomes a beautiful queen. And here she is. She was SOOO HUNGRY AND THIRSTY! Over a all a pleasure and amazing grow. I will for sure grow again and again. She responded so well to LST and topping... slowed it down but it was so worth it guys lmao... GROWMIES! I LOVE LOVE LOVE YOU ALL SO SO MUCH! Its finally harvest day.

First auto run! Fastbuds , Seedsman & Victory seeds! Never done autos before so excited to see how this goes! Day 5 and 2 of the NHL’s from Victory seeds still hasn’t popped😫😬

1/14: All 3 are looking great! This morning, I did a foliar application of big bloom and fulvic acid, then about 5 hours later I watered them with about a half-gallon of rainwater each and added armor si, humic acid, endoboost myco/tricho, liquid molasses, and a bunch of cal-mag. Today, I also I wired up and mounted my new samsung sun board strips (660nm/730nm) and my Solacure FlowerPower UVB fixture. I'm running the deep red/far red bud boosters a few hours per day right now, but will run them for the entire photoperiod once I start flowering them. I'll run the UVB for 4 * 15-minute sessions a day for the full flowering cycle, and if they don't protest too much I'll increase each session by 5 minutes and evaluate again. Some strains are more forgiving than others and I've got 5 different strains in this space...so really not sure much time I'll get away with exposing them to the deadly rays without damaging them too much...😈 1/15: I received one of the rapid led/growmau far red initiator pucks today. With the placement of my UVB light, I'm realizing I'll need another far red puck to have even and intense far red coverage, so I'm ordering another with Prime delivery and waiting to start flowering until I receive it. I sprayed them down really well with ph adjusted rainwater tonight to rinse off nutrient build-up from foliar applications. 1/16: I'm really excited to try flowering under 14/10. I grew photos indoors on an off for 15 years before I semi-retired. If I added up all the additional flowering time I could have done through the years if LED technology existed, I'd have had an extra truckload of bud to smoke. I did another application of Axiom Harpin a|b Proteins this evening, right before dark. I'm expecting a big growth burst this week, leading up to the flower stretch. I really need them to trigger under 14/10 within 4 or 5 days🙏 ...if not, I'll switch to 13/11 and wait a few more days🙏😟..if still no pistils are poppin, I'll go to 12/12 and chalk it up as bad luck or varietal indifference to Pr and Pfr manipulation. 1/17: I fed each of them about 3/4 gallon of full strength veg nutes. This will be the last. I'll go with half-strength veg and half-strength bloom for a week, then go with full strength bloom nutrients until I start flushing them in 6-8 weeks. 1/18: I installed the second far-red flowering initiator today and got all my timers configured for flowering: ========================================= timer#1 - power strip with qb's and red boosters 10:00am -12:00am timer#2 - (dual/independent setting) sideA- 3-way cube with uva bars 10am - 3pm 7pm - 11pm sideB- flowerpower uvb 1pm - 1:15pm 4pm - 4:15pm 7pm - 7:15pm 11pm - 11:15pm timer#3 - far red pucks 11:00pm - 12:15am timer#4 - sub-canopy tube 10am - 1pm 3pm - 6pm 8pm - 11pm ======================================== I also did some testing on the timers and sealed myself into the closet to check for any light leaks. All good.👌 1/19: Tonight is their first long night. It's ON!👍 1/20: I watered them today with about a half gallon each. I'm seeing calcium and magnesium deficiencies here and there, so added some boomerang and heavy cal-mag-Fe along with liquid molasses, humic acid, and endoboost myco. I also foliar fed with big bloom and fulvic acid. That's it for week 4-

A little over a week in the fade. She is just starting to show deficiency signs a little. Will likely be harvesting next week. Got some beautiful frosty buds, that smell amazing. On day 1 I changed out my reservoir, and added my bloom nutes, adjusted my light schedule to 12/12 and defoliated the plants. I adjusted the reservoirs PH to 6.1 My hope is that by flipping this cultivar earlier than my last run, I will not run out of vertical space ;). On day 2 I adjusted my reservoirs PH down to 6.1. On day 3 the clawing is almost completely gone. I adjusted the reservoirs PH down to 6.1. On day 4 the reservoir's PH is at 6.1. I defoliated the plants removing anything blocking lower growth to increase light and air penetration of my mains. On day 5 the reservoirs PH is 6.1. On day 6 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir up from 6.0 to 6.3. I will let the PH drift between 6.1-6.3. on day 7 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. I lowered the light intensity from 100% to 85% to give the top of my plant canopy an average PPFD of 700-1000. I plan to reduce the intensity as the plants continue to stretch to keep them in the 800-1000 PPFD range. I just got my first quantum par sensor and I'm really loving the new data it gives me to optimize my lighting.

Start of week 7 day 43. All nutrients have been stopped and 1 week of finale only. The girls are packing on some weight and filling out nicely. Buds are very dense.

Very little to work around those beauties. The smell is so delicious already. They smells like sweet berries. Buds are loaded with trichomes, very sticky and hard as rocks especially on Athena. Trichomes are mainly clear and some parts milky. Absolutely love power of LST and how it worked on this strain. If you won't look under net it's almost impossible to see which cola belongs to main stem. Week 11 Dec 25 - Dec 31 Dec 25-26 Joyful observation Dec 27 Selective defoliation and First watering for this week. Nutes adjusted, almost 8ltr between both. Runoffs PH on both at 6.2. I am finding this PH level for this strain as perfect. Girls are looking super healthy and drinking they mixture like crazy. Dec 28-30 All is going smoothly. I can see more and more weight each day. Dec 31 Secomd watering foe this week. 8 ltr beetwen both. It's the last day of this week and also end of 2023!! Here’s a quick recap so you know exactly how we got here: 🌱 Quick Recap From Seed to Now – Two Permanent Marker phenos grew from seed into two completely different personalities: • Pheno #1 — “Aiming for the Moon”: a tower of beauty, stretching past 2 meters, expressive, colorful, loud. • Pheno #2 — “The Compact Queen”: sturdy, dense, bushy, disciplined, with deep greens and beautiful structure. – Both were grown in Aptus organic super soil style, with minimal liquid inputs — just Regulator, Top Booster, and the occasional CalMag. – From week 3 of flower onward, we saw the divergence: stretch vs compactness, height vs density, color vs deep green gloss. – Conditions were challenging (hot summer, fluctuating humidity), but with airflow, careful irrigation, and inner canopy lighting, the garden thrived. – Now we arrive at week 8 flower — the week where everything becomes obvious. The structure, the scent, the resin… this is where Permanent Marker starts telling her story. 🌿 Week 8 Flower — The Week of Truth This is an important week. One of those weeks where the plant stops building and starts finishing. 💥 Bulking Mode Activated Both phenos are packing on weight — visibly, daily.
