Stopped using chemical nutrients and will only be using Gaia Green power bloom to top dress the soil for the remainder of the grow. This plant will most likely be a monster. Im sure it will yield a lot.

A lot of spreading this week. They basically doubled in size if not more and are now starting to grow up. Due to this incredible growth I've cut some leaves of the bottom; they've just gotten over grown by other leaves and the top to let more light in.

F week 3. It gets really bushy. I had to do a second defoliation. At this point everything seems to go well.

Decided to make a spin off for the new batch of clones. This time we will make this right and it will be in separate grow diary. So, we are continue to flowering, got some EC spikes in runoff (and leaves tips starting to burn a lil bit) so I had to decrease the amount of base nutrients from 4ml/l to 2.5ml/l. I suppose that comes after using AN SensiZym, so I'm stop using it for a while. Also tried T.A. Fulvic acid but think it's too much with the AN connoisseur base nutes.

Diaries updated daily so please check back! Welcome to day 1 of week 4 aka day 22 since breaking ground. Nesia continues to impress, being by far the most advanced plant for her age that I have grown so far. I am very excited for this week in particular. She is following Karen's pattern exactly, except without the three week bad start. By the end of this week I expect she will be 50cm in diameter at least. Day 22.5: Performed LST on secondary nodes. Day 23.5: Fertigated. Adjusted pot and added risers. Performed some brutal LST. She's growing almost completely horizontal now. My plan is to train her around the pot circumference. She's currently about where Karen was at the end of week 5. She is consistently 10-11 days ahead of Karen so far. Exciting. Brutal LST honestly I'm basically torturing her at this point. Day 23.75: Fertigated 3l Day 24: Nesia has put on a lot of foliage growth in the last 24h. I am noticing a pattern here with defoliating, it seems that the plants seem to alternate between focusing on foliage growth and focusing on height. I am starting to think regular defoliation may reduce internode distance and stretching. I am going to test this theory a bit by letting both Nesia and Misty grow a bit now before I further LST the primary node. Removed a few fan leaves. Day 26: Reconfigured tent. See video. Nesia now has more light. Incidentally, I believe I have now corrected the Magnesium deficiency, colour is looking great, growth accelerating rapidly. I did say this would be an even bigger week than last and it is certainly shaping up that way. Fertigated 2l. Day 27: Performed major LST and minor defoliation. Nesia is really growing well. She fills the big pot already. I severaly pruned the companion plants to make room for Nesia. I also reorganised the tents and configuration again while installing upgrades. New reflector. Much bigger carbon filter. Airflow and light both increased and optimised. See video. Day 28: Nesia has responded quite strongly to the LST and defoliation yesterday. Nesia has not been watered for 48h. I am doing a short "dry spell" for all the plants. End of week summary: Well what a great week for Nesia. She hid a lot of her growth under massive leaves until the LST on day 27. I was pretty hard with her, and I aslo defoliated. She saved us a big surprise for the end of the week. Can you believe the response 24h later? That is quite shockingly good adaptation. I am certain that the reason she responds so strongly, is because by now, the end of week 4, she is well used to this regular process. Every time I have done LST and/or defoliation she has responded quicker and more vigorously. Nesia is going to far, far exceed Karen in size if she keeps up at this rate. Overall I couldn't be much more pleased with Nesia. She is an absolute star and I am already thinking a possible future diary of the month winner. I have been extremely impressed with Fast Buds genetics so far.

Since Lady Jealousy is still withering a bit, I keep the humidity just about at the reasonable limit of tolerability for both fully flowering Sweet Seeds ladies. I think temperature and humidity is a good but necessary compromise here. Different strains require different conditions. Especially when growth is so different. I also find the tribes of the three protagonists interesting... In my opinion, it tells us a lot about the selection of phenotypes in breeding. So my dears, the day takes its toll. Time to sleep. I'm already looking forward to the perfectly matured lady then even more... 🤩 Yes, everything is going great at the moment. I'm really happy and satisfied with all the girls. Tomorrow my Sweed Seeds Jealousy package will be delivered from Spain. Despite the circumstances there with so much suffering due to storm disasters, super punctual. We cause ourselves the most stress, because we have a completely distorted conception of freedom. Freedom does not mean being able to do everything you feel like doing. The assumption of having to do something all the time, is the main reason for stress. Only, when we have internalized, that we don't have to do, what we don't want to do: Only then, we are free.

This was another hot, hot week with a big rainstorm. Take a look at the measuring cup, it is full of rainwater. Dosidos continues to smell and is very sticky. It is a tall with stacked buds. I am interested to see how big the buds will be. Half way through this grow, I had to stop using Miracle Grow and change my grow plan. I decide to use Advance Nutrients Jungle Juice for the rest of the grow. Jungle Juice’s selling point is that it is the only nutrient that I should need during the entire grow. One just need to make the solution stronger as the plant matures. The directions say to “stir vigorously” and that is true. It is very clumpy and I had to stir and shake the bottle a lot. As your plant is in veg and growing larger, directions say to up your Jungle Juice to 4 ml per liter. If my calculations are correct, I am using approx. 5 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket. 1 gal is 3.78 liters 5 gallons=18.92 liters 4ml jungle juice per liter x 18.92 liters= 75.7 ml which is = to 5.119 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket of water As the end of the summer is quickly approaching, I have spent some time reflecting this week on all of the contests that I have entered and not won this summer. It can be a little frustrating because of all the time I have spent taking pictures and writing commentary. But, instead of it getting me down, I have to think about all of the positive take aways and I want to share them on this platform. I have read a lot of diaries and now know why I am just an apprentice. I have a lot to learn from all of you. There are some really good growers with a lot of experience and crazy grow techniques. So much knowledge is on this platform-it’s mind boggling. To be a great grower, you must be willing to be vulnerable and put yourself out there and try different suggestions and new techniques. I have made a few friend that I enjoy chatting with. I enjoy reading comments versus just seeing likes. My best friend on grow diaries is @Natrona and my neighbor as well. She has been growing longer than I have been so I routinely learn from her. This summer I learned to mix 1 cup of Perlite into my soil. I can see where my plants need the air flow. And, I now I only defoliate fan leaves that absolutely need to be gone. I let the fan leaves stay on until they fall off. I want my buds to pull all the nutrients they can out of the fan leaves. I also bought 2 new tools that @natrona suggested. The first was a water PH tester and the second was my Max-ee Magnifier which is informative and fun to use. Just harvested last night so will come back on in next couple of week to review!! No estimates on yield as yet. But the smell is definitely pungent lemon and sweet smell. Can’t wait to try the end product!!

week 3 flower is going great. I increased my UVA lights to 8 hrs on. Gsc and Blueberry have decent bud-lets already on day 17. OG kush has preflowers. waiting on Blueberry muffin to show pre fowers should be soon. At the end of week 3 GSC and Blueberry are doing the best and starting to get more trichomes. Im waiting on OG kush And Blueberry Muffin to really get going!
