Just got a new 600w mh/hps light for now it’s in my current setup with my 250 n it’s dimmed to 50%, only reason I mention is b/c the plants seem to be loving it!! They’re 12 days old from seed, still just ph’d water for them! So far so good :P

🍏🍌 Apples and Bananas – Harvest Update Two beautiful, healthy plants with very dense, chunky buds. I did run into some bud rot, but humidity wasn’t extremely high — it stayed around 60%. Most likely the issue came from insufficient air exchange, combined with how tight and compact the buds were. This has already been fixed with a ventilation upgrade, so the next run will have proper airflow. 🔥 Effects A very pleasant smoke overall. For me, this is a perfect afternoon/early evening strain. You come back from work, take a shower, relax on the couch, roll an Apples and Bananas… and everything just flows. It can easily pull you into a long gaming session — it takes you along for the ride. 😋 Flavour & Aroma I didn’t get a strong aroma from these phenos. Flavor-wise, one pheno gives some sweet touches, while the other has a slightly green/unripe note. Still, I can definitely imagine what this strain can become if you hit the right phenotype — there’s something promising underneath. Week five in flower and not much change. The buds are starting to bulk up and get fat. I have noticed a color shift in the bud as well. They are developing a pink/purple hue with a gray undertone. It’s an unusual color because it’s very pastel looking. Frost production is still on high, these things are coated like crazy already. Magnesium issue has now stopped, I’ve been adding 1/16 teaspoon of magnesium sulfate to the water every time to keep up with the demand for this large plant. Smell is very strong and hits you hard when you open the tent. When rubbing the bud I pick up a fruity pebbles smell. So far watering every other day and she is sucking down about a gallon a day of water. Run off pH was reading 6.5 which has been spot on this entire grow so far.

I’m so proud of the transition. I gave them a defoliation during and it didn’t slow them down! They’ve shot their worst pistols now so I’m so glad to be officially in bloom!

Day 66 - Today i fed her, kept same feeding as lat week, will only feed acti-vera every couple times. She´s been very healthy im very happy. Im still confused about the "rust" spots, but it´s not spreading. Day 68 - These last couple days was cloudy. Today probably will rain. She´s smelling :) Has a very fresh greenish blueberry smell. Day 69 - Today was a hard day. I woke up and the bottom leafs were yellowing and she wasn´t happy. Is it N deficiency or overfeeding? Or maybe fading already? Will keep a close eye and watch how/if it develops. Spotted leaf septoria and removed infected leqfs right away and also spotted some rot in one bud, which i removed. Cricket bites are exposing the plant. Let´s keep strong and help the plant fight and recover. I need to get neem oil Day 71 - Today i fed her, but now i am doubting myself as im thinking i should have flushed at least once with ph´d water. Is she fading already at this stage? I´ll work to keep things in control. Today i also slightly defoliated her, removed inside and top fan leaves that were shading the buds mostly to also improve airflow, as buds are getting shaped. I also want to keep leaf septoria, bud rot, and other diseases away.

Hello. This is the end of week 1 and the beginning of week 2 of flowering. Everything is going well this week. The plants drank up all the nutrient solution and had about 3 1/2 gallons of rainwater each and I see the soil is still a bit damp today. As I walked around the tent I had just closed for the night, I saw where some of the stitching had stretched a bit and was letting in a bit of light. Got the duct tape out and fixed it so it's very dark in here now. This is the 4th season for the tent and it's starting to show. I've had to sew up some seams where the zipper is tight and broke the stitching. But I think It's worth it. I'm finished before the powdery mildew starts here and I get to flower under the full strong sun, rather than in the weaker fall sun. I traded 2 clones of of mine for, I think he said Double Chocolate Chem. I'll have to look on seedfinder.eu and see what I got. He said it was indoor stuff (I think he meant it gets powdery mildew outdoors) and it's really good!!! I'll do a final trim/prune at 2 1/2 to 3 weeks into flowering. So nothing planed for this week except for lowering the bamboo cage/net so it will hold more buds up. Be Great. Chuck.

This is one of the 1st strains I grew when I started growing and it was a great smoke. Definitely had to run it again and I'm glad I got a 100% success rate with the germination. Considering it was my 1st grow, I did OK but I have learnt alot since then and excited to see how much I have improved with a strain I grew before and still remember the experience clearly. 👍🏾🤤🔥🔥😎

I'm waiting for it to switch to a flower, then I start fertilizing the flower. For this flower I will start fertilizing in the second week.

Papaya sherbet is doing well. Been looking Hard for any signs of herm She looks like she’s doing OK so far fourth week of flower and the buds are stacking nice💪🔥

My 4 plants are still there, with the banana as a smile 🍌😁 I continue the defoliation, I wonder if I'm not doing a little too much sometimes.. We will soon see the result 🌗Switching to flowering this week, I reduced the length of the day by 1 hour each day until reaching 12 hours night time / 12 hours daylight on the 33rd day!🌞 🌺On the 33rd day I apply a layer of organic nutrients mixed with a little soil that I add to the top of each pot. Beginning of week 8: Tropicana is 24 cm high and the stem is 36 cm long. She is a legal frosty angel (10 degrees last night) growing on a rotten balcony in a small town in germany. Day 50 🌥️☁️☁️ 10-19 degrees, humidity 78% I noticed that the soil has sunk. It moved downstairs, between the drainage I guess. New pots problem. Got my compost, summer will be long and there will be a second round for sure. So I prepared bigger pottery pots, maybe 15 liter, which will be ready for seeds in about a month or two. Tropicana needs rainwater now, some sunny hours during the day. That’s all. I like how she develops. Day 51 ☁️🌨️☁️☁️☁️🌦️🌈 14-19 degrees and humidity is around 77%. I gave Tropicana too much nitrogen. Spotted some signs and stop with fertilizers for now. It‘s ok but the comfrey manure had more nitrogen than I expected. In the next days we‘ll have a lot of rain, so Tropicanas soil will be washed and this will solve the problem maybe. It‘s a big difference to grow cannabis in a pot then veggies in the ground in a no dig garden with yearly compost mulching. My Tomatoes in ground loved this 1:5 comfrey manure breakfast but for Tropicana less would have been more. Maybe 1:15 or 1:10. It always depends on the raw material for the liquid manure. This year we had a lot of rain and the comfrey had maybe more nitrogen as usually. Day 52 🌥️🌤️🌦️🌤️ 13 - 19 degrees and the humidity is 69%. Tropicana had about 0.8 Liter pure rainwater today. It was raining the whole night. Day 53 🌧️☁️☁️🌧️ 13-17 degrees, humidity is around 90%. Me and Tropicana have a rest. We chill with a tasty vape on the balcony while doing nothing more then chill. Day 54 🌧️☁️☁️🌧️ 13-18 degrees, humidity is around 93%. Saturday, time for cleaning the balcony and take some fotos of my flowers. Her smell is getting much more intensiv. I see that the color of the buds is getting diverse. The soil is moist from the rain. Day 55 🌧️☁️☁️☁️ 13-18 degrees, humidity is falling, now 69%. Tropicana spend the day chilling with her friends on the balcony. They talked about the weather and what to do in the next week. Day 56 ⛅️🌤️☀️🍉 12-24 degrees, humidity is around 78% Tropicana had a sunbath for hours. I bought a cheap magnifying glass today and I‘m so happy with this one. It have 30x / 60x lenses and two LEDs. I found it in a shop for mycologists. I‘m crazy about mushroom hunting. Normal mushrooms, yes. So this is absolutely relaxing viewing the structure of fruits, my homemade soil, little insects living inside. Actually this was a tip out of a blog article of Fast Buds Tropicana Cookies week by week guide, which I can highly recommend. I gave Tropicana in the morning a 1:20 field horsetail tee, ~ 0,7 liter in three steps. 100-200-400 milliliters. She was drinking it till sunset. The pot got lighter till evening, around half a kilo or maybe more.
