Today's day 57 and as you can see she's already starting to fade... I'm going to give her some recharge and a couple days I've been weekly top feeding with the terp tea bloom and watering with silica in between nothing has changed it's been the same regimen from beginning to now.. this isn't the biggest plant but I blame that on organics or at least the organics I'm using anyway.. I might do one more run just to use up what I have and then I'm going back to my maxi bloom and growing monsters again.. Zamnesia Seeds is awesome in this watermelon candy smells absolutely amazing.. 21.09.Update – Day 54 • We’re now deep into flowering, and unfortunately the thrips problem has not improved. • On the contrary, the population has completely taken over and has had a strong negative influence on this run. ⸻ Pest Situation • Despite thorough cleaning before the run and multiple measures during the grow (Neem, Nematodes, Predatory Mites), the thrips kept spreading and finally took control. • The infestation has weakened the plants noticeably, reducing their potential and overall performance. • For the next cycle, I will need to take even stricter preventive steps to avoid a repeat of this issue. ⸻ Plant & Bud Development • Even though the plants were heavily affected, the buds themselves are still relatively solid: • They are compact, firm, and nicely structured. • The terpene profile is very appealing, with a rich and delicious aroma. • Yield will certainly be lower than expected, but there is still a chance for a satisfying end product. ⸻ Notes & Outlook • This run shows how devastating thrips pressure can be, even under careful preparation. • Nevertheless, the buds are giving hope for a decent harvest in terms of quality and flavor. • The plan now is to finish strong, harvest what can be saved, and then prepare carefully for a fresh, hopefully pest-free start. ⸻ 🌱 Day 54 – Thrips have dominated the run, but compact buds and great terps keep the outlook positive for harvest quality.

I tried three types of training intensities. Pheno 1 I topped all cola sites twice for more tops. Pheno 2 I topped each site once. Pheno 3 I topped the main cola once and tied down the whole plant. Pheno 1 will have the the biggest harvest. Pheno 2 will have the most trichomes and turning purple. Pheno 3 has the largest orange colas. Going to push the trichomes this time.

Not happy with this auto. Super long for a autoflower poor bud quality and smell. Just ready to harvest for the space.

23.05 day 37: added 20 more liters of nutrient solution + canna d block and bleach as usual to the tank. Started ok at 50% recommended dose now that we are at full flower, added 15ml pk to 20 liters. Ec 3.2 and ph 5.6. 25.05 day 39: plants are still stretching, with buds starting to form. Ph drifted to 6.0, adjusted it to 5.6. 26.05 day 40: plants entered flower in the terrace, gave them ph 7 water only, still trying to correct the lockouts. Run off at 6.1 ph and ec 2.4. I think one or two rounds of water only and they can get some flowering nutrients. 27.05 day 41: added 20 more liters of nutrient solution to the tank, reduced canna a & b to 4 ml/l and increased pk to 1.1 ml/l , along with canna d block, bleach and ph down bloom. Final ph 5.6 and ec 3.1 28.05 day 42: defoliated and cut the bottom third fully off. Another good week, hoping it continues likes this. I’m excited for what’s to come :)

It's week five of flowering, and the plants are doing really well. The CalMag deficiency has been remedied, and bud production is slowly picking up speed. The buds are becoming frosty, and the aroma is intensifying. 💚💚💚

This one's going to be super fun with one of my favorite autoflower strains from Seedsman Seeds, growing in a little 2qt. popcorn pot and entered in the 'Best Rarest & Smallest Pot by Seedsman' contest, this one's gonna be a champ! 🤩 Today I went ahead and planted a seed directly into the medium which was pre-moistened with tap water from my well. After I placed the seed about 4-5mm deep, I gently covered it with medium and poured approx. 1oz of water on it. I'll keep the pot in the tent with a Solo cup over it to retain the moisture until it sprouts... Fingers crossed! 🤞🤞 11/3- When I checked on the Zkittlez this evening I was elated to see that it had broken ground sticking up about 4-5mm from the medium! I removed the red Solo cup from her and replaced it with a clear cup that has ventilation holes in it and which I misted the inside of with water to ensure adequate humidity for the seedling. 11/4- This morning I checked on her and she's already up to about 18mm tall but has not shed her shell yet. I'll make sure that the medium stays just moist for now until she's a little older. By late in the evening she had shed her shell and her cotyledon's began opening. I noticed, after taking a close look at her, that her first tiny set of leaves were brownish looking with light colored tips. I immediately thought back to when I was pee-moistening her medium and had a 'high moment' using my other plants nutrient solution which was around 800ppm in her pot instead of the straight well water I usually use. I thought that she was getting nutrient burn causing the funky color of her first leaf set but fortunately by the end of the 20 hour light cycle, she had her first leaf set out and the were a healthy green! 11/7- Well gromies this girl has a week behind her now and I'm elated to say that she's healthy and doing marvelously! Up until now all I've done is make sure that her medium didn't dry out using straight well water ph'd to 6.1 @ 75℉. Today I went ahead and watered/fed her with 0.6L of well water with Dutch Pro Grow 'A' & 'B' added @ 10ml/g, Dutch Pro Multi Total @ 7.6ml/g, Dutch Pro Take Root @ 3.8ml/g, Dutch Pro Silica Von Liebig Special @ 1.2ml/g and Earth Juice Oily Can @ 5ml/g which was then ph'd to 6.0 @ 74℉. The Seedsman Zkittlez Auto is doing great and now is at 2 inches tall with good color. 8/30/17 It's been an emotional week, sorry for the lack of updates. I finally had to admit that 4 of my plants, while fully pre-flowered, did not auto-flower under 20 hour lights. The decision was made to remove them from the tent. It was a tough decision made easier as Auto Speed Bud #3 reached over 130cm and was touching the light, blocking light from plants that WERE flowering. There was really no choice at that point. So I spent 2 days trying to find them a new home. Yes, I had grown attached. Yes I found them a home. They have been transferred to soil and will be going under 12/12. I don't really know the guy well who ended up with them (a friend of a friend), so I don't know if I will ever know how they did, but they were part of my first grow so I am glad they got adopted rather than me having to kill them. In other news, I have had to start adding stakes to keep buds from falling, notably on the Kush (my superstar and only LST plant) and the Mango Cream, which seems to have hollow stems. I was concerned about this until I read up on it and hollow stems are a sign of no lockout or deficiencies and good nute uptake. They certainly look beautiful, so this is good news. However, so far 3 stakes have been added to the Mango Cream, so I hope I didn't damage the roots too much. I am looking into an alternative to stakes for the next go round. I didn't expect buds that heavy, but I ain't complaining! Switching from Ful-Potential to Ful-Power when I soon finish the bottle. Nothing wrong with Ful-Potential, I just keep hearing about how good the chelation in the Ful-Power is, so I am game to try it since I need more Humics/Fulvics anyway. It is worth noting that I am now running ALL the GH nutes at full strength with no hint of burn. I am tempted to push them, but being my first grow, I don't think I will. However, this is a solid foundation for me to tinker with formulas for my next grows. The medium and my setup has performed wonderfully so far, and if the harvest is a success, I will certainly be more confident to experiment further. I may, however, use full strength Ful-Power which recommends reducing nutes by 10-20%. Instead of increasing nutes, full strength Ful-Power may give me the boost I am looking for while minimizing burn potential. I love that coco helps buffer and flush things, by nature, that the plant isn't using. I am so stoked that I ended up choosing coco for my 1st grow, but that is another topic for another day! I have edited the diary to reflect the loss of 2 strains and the title to reflect the current reality. Perhaps I should have left them unchanged. I am not sure. However, the diary title and strains are correct at this point. So there it is. I am now attempting to feed all 6 plants every day. There will be some days that I miss, but so far my 10 gallon bucket produces enough runoff on 6 plants if watered daily and most people who end up adopting this late stage strategy often would double/quadruple it if they could spare the time and/or afford the nutes. Once a day seems a good enough way to take advantage of the benefits of the medium without diminishing returns. I wish that I had the type of life that allowed me to set up proper control groups to test this stufff. I have also permanently started emptying the dehumidifier into the nute bucket as it has a PH of around 5.3 (my tap is around 8) and a ppm of around 8 (my ppm varies from 150-200 since i have been monitoring), 1-2 gallons a day to help out. I am loving it as much as PH down with white vinegar. I also obtained a water quality report and found that although my agency adds chlorine, they do not add chloramine so airing the bucket out for 14-16 hours after filling from the tap and cutting it with dehumidifier water should remove any threat to the beneficial living things that I have added to my girlies, so this is good news. 8/31/17 Man, I wish I used stakes from day 1. Every additional stake I put in makes me cringe and more stakes are becoming necessary. I am just lucky they are so healthy.

Plants keep growing good, without excess or nutrient fault. So happy They have doubled the size. +17 cm. As i commented before i'm struggling with the height of the tent, I hope they stop but I don't think so I have switch ON the flowering leds to invite them to start flowering. Also is the first auto strain that vegs for 34 days and there aren't signs of preflowering. The vendor states that the complete life is between 70 and 80 days... I don't care about time but yes about space. Thinking in setup a scrog mess, but i don't know. day 36 - I see some preflowering signs at one plant. Ads you can see in the pictures the higher was nearly touching the leds and I dind't had margin to move it upper, so i have lowered the base around 10-15 cm and now they have some space to go bigger at flowering. I have taken advantage of the occasion to take out all the plants and take some photos out of the closet, hope you like it. In 2 days more i will do a root cleaning with specific solution and will change all the water for preflowering doses Also the smaller one was damaged during this process, i hope she recover fast. I will apply some wound paste on that to avoid more stress; you can see too that the smaller one is not straight due to bigger one blocking the light. With lowering the basethere is a humidity reduction of around 10%

D37: gave the little gal a hair cut. Trimmed off the reveg leaves to let light in. There are so many nodes that could branch out, I wish I would have lst'd it from the beginning. Branches grew about an inch last week on top.
