Ran out of Sesni Grow today.. will begin using the Connoisseur A and B beginning Wednesday. we went a full 4 weeks of vegging these after germinating and seedling stage for 2 weeks. They were topped regularly. nice bushes.

This was another hot, hot week with a big rainstorm. Take a look at the measuring cup, it is full of rainwater. Zamnesia Mango Kush continues to smell and is very sticky. It is tall and with packed buds It should be ready to take down in a couple of weeks. Half way through this grow, I had to stop using Miracle Grow and change my grow plan. I decide to use Advance Nutrients Jungle Juice for the rest of the grow. Jungle Juice’s selling point is that it is the only nutrient that I should need during the entire grow. One just need to make the solution stronger as the plant matures. The directions say to “stir vigorously” and that is true. It is very clumpy and I had to stir and shake the bottle a lot. As your plant is in veg and growing larger, directions say to up your Jungle Juice to 4 ml per liter. If my calculations are correct, I am using approx. 5 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket. 1 gal is 3.78 liters 5 gallons=18.92 liters 4ml jungle juice per liter x 18.92 liters= 75.7 ml which is = to 5.119 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket of water As the end of the summer is quickly approaching, I have spent some time reflecting this week on all of the contests that I have entered and not won this summer. It can be a little frustrating because of all the time I have spent taking pictures and writing commentary. But, instead of it getting me down, I have to think about all of the positive take aways and I want to share them on this platform. I have read a lot of diaries and now know why I am just an apprentice. I have a lot to learn from all of you. There are some really good growers with a lot of experience and crazy grow techniques. So much knowledge is on this platform-it’s mind boggling. To be a great grower, you must be willing to be vulnerable and put yourself out there and try different suggestions and new techniques. I have made a few friend that I enjoy chatting with. I enjoy reading comments versus just seeing likes. My best friend on grow diaries is @Natrona and my neighbor as well. She has been growing longer than I have been so I routinely learn from her. This summer I learned to mix 1 cup of Perlite into my soil. I can see where my plants need the air flow. And, I now I only defoliate fan leaves that absolutely need to be gone. I let the fan leaves stay on until they fall off. I want my buds to pull all the nutrients they can out of the fan leaves. I also bought 2 new tools that @natrona suggested. The first was a water PH tester and the second was my Max-ee Magnifier which is informative and fun to use. Got my screen of green out of this week. And I am loving how well the plants are responding to it. It wasn't quite as tedious as I thought it might have been having to leave the plants. I'm still debating on cutting off a few of those lower limbs although they do have some bud spots on them it's probably going to be some smaller popcorn buds. Also I believe they drank more water last week than they have so far which I guess is congruent with their growth. I'm noticing on one of the plants some of the lower leaves are starting to turn yellow, I'm using calimagic, but I'm unsure if there are still some nutrient deficiencies. Also I still see the fungus gnats so I'm going to buy some stuff this week the soil just doesn't get dry enough before I need to water it again for them to be gone.

Yeesh, what a ball drop Circuit Breaker kept tripping. Using 3 450w, co2, exhaust fan, 3 fans. I unplugged the Co2 after 3 days of troubleshooting. Vpd got totally screwed, plants didnt get watered and messed up the steer. Irrigation system clogged(probably from stagnating) Reservoir has buildup of organic material. Think it was caused from Kelp, and microbes being added to the tank A bubbler didn’t help, covering it didn’t help. I did not try “hydrogaurd” I will stop adding organic nutes. I am now watering by dubbing a bucket into the tank and gand waterin Also, no more than 1000w of lighting in a room. I prefer to use a full quality setup with less plants. No Co2 is ridiculous. Each test ive done has shown that co2 gets me heavier yields.

These girls are looking amazing the sparkly glitter everywhere, they are nearly on week 5 flowering, the smell they are putting out is grape gas OG Kush with some orange peel diesel funk. ⛽️

still seeing bud swelling and pistil growth. no visible fade yet.. vase cutting finally started to fade.... going to taper back to the boost only now going forward and ensure it doesnt dry out.. can see a bit more of its sativa traits in the bud structure now too which is interesting

Beautiful strain to grow, she ended up. With a smaller size compared to her sisters but she's a big quality lady very frosty and sweet, the aroma of this sticky flowers are super sweet and floral, just so wonderful, I love this strain and I'm glad I have black cherry punch in my garden the 5 of them with the same aroma 🔝 can't wait to croptober

Flush is on! A gallon a day each of pH’ed tap water for the next week and a half to 2 weeks. Fall colors galore incoming! One is already going mad purple as I started it on the flush a bit earlier.

85 d from seed, because she grew along with the other photoperiod had to switch to 12/12 on week six, didn't see any problems except a bit more time to cock. I really didn't believe she will grow out so big and beautiful, cant wait to taste her.

seeds: Montel Iced Tea, Body Count, Bubbles Blueberry F4, Ricky’s Hash Plant, Black Tangi Tea → standouts / "otherworldly" These are clearly your current stars — better structure, resin, and overall quality than most of the others you've tried. Auto Flowers: Humboldt Seed Company — best autos you've grown. Extremely resinous, especially the OG Triploid. Top tier for autos. Fast Buds — very close second. Super fast, nice flavors, reliable. You like them a lot but note they're in a different class (not fair to directly compare to Humboldt). Why RQS Strains Underperformed The 7/10 rating and "needed a lot of power to switch to flower" comment is classic for some RQS genetics, especially certain autos or hybrids. Possible reasons: Genetics: Some RQS lines are finicky about light schedules or have slower/more reluctant flowering responses. Mike Tyson 2.0 and Corkscrew apparently needed the 12/12 flip to finally push. Light/Environment: With five tents running, light penetration, spectrum, or intensity might not have been ideal for these particular strains. Autos can be sensitive to stress during the transition. Nutrient response: They may have needed more phosphorus/potassium or different ratios to bulk up properly. The fact that you had to force Corkscrew into 12/12 at week 20 and it's now only "OK" suggests it was a slower or lower-yielding pheno for your conditions. Strong Performers Brothers Grimm → These sound like the real winners in your tent right now. Brothers Grimm has a reputation for unique, high-quality landrace-influenced genetics with excellent resin and flavor profiles. "Otherworldly better" is high praise — they clearly thrive in your setup. Humboldt Seed Company autos → Excellent choice for resin production. OG Triploid is a standout for trichome density. Fast Buds → Reliable, fast, flavorful — a safe, consistent auto line. Recommendations Going Forward Double down on what works: Keep running more Brothers Grimm (especially the ones you loved). Stick with Humboldt for autos when you want maximum resin.
