Hey there, as the clones are almost ready and I will transplant them in the aeroponic system tomorrow, I allowed myself to get the pH and EC ready and stabilize it over a night. 😏 August, 20th: 23 of the 30 clones made it to the system and are now growing fine. Guess those 7 clones that didn‘t make it were old ones from below the mother plant. SanLights at 40%. ☀️

On day 1 the rez is at 6.2. The highest cola is 8.5" from the light. On day 2 the rez is at 6.2. The highest cola is 7.75" from the light. On day 3 the rez is at 6.1. The highest cola is 7.5" from the light. On day 4 the rez is at 6.3. The highest cola is 7.125" from the light. On day 5 the plants are smelling and doing well. On day 6 I changed out the rez and PH to 6.1. The highest cola is 7" from grow light stretch is deff slowing down and should be over shortly. My avg PPFD at canopy is around 800. On day 7 the rez ph is 6.0. The highest cola is still 7" away from light 😅 close but not too close in my small space.

First week of flower is over. She handled the light change and nutrient change without any issues. last bit of LST was completed and last major defoliation had also been done. From now on I will only defoliate when leaves are covering other shoots. She was already smelling strong before, but it keeps on getting stronger and stronger. Definitely not a stealthy strain in the smell department.

Quebec Blast is doing well. She is in heavy bulking now. Poor root matiance early on is what hurt me the most in this grow on all 4. Live and learn, now hang on till finish. Helllooo 🌿 schönen Sonntag zusammen =) 🌱 Wochenupdate Eine ziemlich ruhige Woche alles in allem 🙂 Montags habe ich mich entschieden, auf 12/12 zu stellen 🌙✨ Ich hatte eigentlich überlegt, noch eine Woche länger Veg laufen zu lassen, nur wurde mir in den Kommentaren (wofür ich wirklich dankbar bin 🙏) dazu geraten, den Stretch zu respektieren, und das wollte ich dann auch besser mal machen 😄😄 Habe persönlich keinerlei Erfahrung mit den Genetiken, da freut man sich über jeden Tipp 🌱😊 Mittlerweile ist es auch nur noch ein Teppich =D.. Daher ist es mir leider nicht mehr möglich, jede Plant einzeln zu zeigen...Ab der Blüte dann wieder =D 🌿 Pflanzenstatus & Training Aktuell schiebe ich jeden Tag die Triebe, die über das Netz gehen, wieder drunter und lenke sie in die gewünschte Richtung =) Das Ganze mache ich 2-mal am Tag – einmal Pflanzen-Morgen und einmal Abend. Hab immer das Gefühl, dass sich überhaupt nichts tut dadurch 😅 Aber man kann schon einigermaßen erkennen auf den Bildern, dass sie sich langsam Richtung Ränder schieben 📈 Darüber hinaus entferne ich hier und da größere Blätter, die zu viele Triebe beschatten. Die Sides ziehe ich per Hand immer etwas aus der Mitte heraus =) 🔧 System Läuft alles wie gehabt =) Die regelmäßigen Top-Ups halten die Nährstofflösung auf Kurs 💧📊 Dabei lasse ich den EC um etwa 0.10 absinken, bevor ich ihn wieder hochziehe. Ich dosiere die Top-Ups aktuell etwas höher, da sich in den Messdaten ein erhöhter Nährstoffverbrauch abgezeichnet hat, was ja auch zum zeitlichen Entwicklungsstand passt 🌱🔥 Was meinen inneren Monk echt befriedigt, ist, dass es immer dieselben Intervalle mit denselben Werten sind – ich liebe so Shit 😄📏 Von der letzten Shift-Lösung aus arbeite ich aktuell mit Erhaltungs-Top-Ups, die den täglichen Verbrauch ausgleichen und den EC konstant im Zielbereich halten 💧⚖️😊 Theorie hat sich auf jeden Fall bestätigt: Ca/Mg ist durch und es läuft bzw. blubbert wie es soll 🫧🙂 Da ich schon auch ein bisschen lazy bin hier und da 😅, ist nur jede 2. Lösung eine größere Menge (20–30 Liter). Dazwischen gebe ich immer eine konzentrierte 5-Liter-Lösung, um den EC konstant zu halten💧 Ich denke aber auch, dass das so oder so ein guter Ansatz ist, damit die biologische Aktivität im System stabil bleibt und nicht ständig durcheinandergebracht wird =) Licht im Canopy ist nach wie vor 800 PPFD, 1.0 kPa VPD, und mit den zwei CO₂-Bags kommen wir im Durchschnitt auf etwa 700-800 ppm 🌿 🔮 Ausblick Training, Training, Training 💪🌱 Aufbau der Canopy, Füllen der Ränder + selektives Entfernen von größeren Blättern 🍃✂️ Freu mich auf die große Defo, wenn der Stretch durch ist – unterm Netz ist echt ein Urwald 😂🌴 💚 Special Mention Ich bin so froh, hier endlich mal reinschreiben zu können, dass sie sich gut macht 😄💚 Sie hat mir verziehen. Klar, sie ist nicht so groß wie ihre Schwestern, aber sie streckt sich auch Richtung Netz und sieht alles in allem wieder vital aus 🌿💪 – nur eben etwas kleiner. Sono arrivate alla ottava settimana di fioritura e le parti apicali delle infiorescenze sono già pronte per essere raccolte tra qualche giorno o settimana. Verranno raccolte in modo graduale e poi le rimanenze trasferite in outdoor per farle rigenerare. Due varietà impeccabili sia la Dutch cheese molto abbondante e resinosa, mentre la mimosa cherry kush ha un profumo molto speciale e fruttato, strutturalmente sono delle varietà ottime, rimangono di dimensioni medie ed i fiori sono di qualità molto raffinata! Sarà una bella raccolta di qualità.

Weekly update for these girls. They got a defoliated and lollipopped this week. Also went full on into preflower showing pistols and flower sites everywhere. Over all they're growing like champs. Happy Growing

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. 🗓️ Week 9 complete – 5th week of flowering This week was all about keeping an eye on the drain EC values – and compared to the others, Seriotica handled it much more smoothly. 🔹 Seriotica Last watering: ~1.0 EC in → Drain 1.51 → 1.67 EC She reacts a bit more sensitively than the MACs, but overall still looks healthy and balanced. Adjustment: → Slightly increase base nutrients to ~1.2–1.3 EC → Keep supplements at 30–40% of the schedule 🎯 Goal: Stable drain around 1.6–1.7 She’s taking in nutrients cleanly, without major salt buildup – definitely on the right track 🌱 And the best part: Trichomes are ramping up week by week – things are getting frosty ❄️🌸
