The Sensi Seeds Research breeding project has created eleven cannabis seed varieties. How? By combining new cannabis cultivars with a selection of strains from their long-established cannabis gene bank. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #4 I have let the plants grown their 4th node and have topped them all at the 3rd node during the week. All the plants responded well and started to grow 2 tops. All the genetics looks good with no shitty weird plants. Every plants are in "V" and excited to grow. The light coverage of the Mars-Hydro SP250 is good enough to leave them another week without adding more light. Using only 245w for the lightning during 5 weeks is very economic šŸ‘ Last week feeding has been done in time, everyone is green lush. No need to add any nootz this week, just giving plain pH’d water. (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)

Sidecar Strain description from breeder: Genetic Background: Strawberry#13 x Mimosa Type: Feminized Sativa 60% Indica 40% THC: CBD: Yield Indoor : gr/m2 Height Indoor: 0 - 0 cm Flowering time: 8 - 9 weeks ( 58 - 65 days) Aroma:
Effect: Expectations and training method: I know these genetics are a bit delicate so I’ll be taking things very easy. The breeder suggests topping and training the branches because she can grow fast and tall. By what I’ve seen from the local growers, she can produce some savory chunky buds which is what I’m aiming for. I’ll follow the breeder’s suggestion and Top/LST which is what I’ll be doing to almost all my other strains as well on this run. As for the yields I’m not expecting much given the numbers I got from local growers. No more than 40 grams per plant but always aiming for more. I’ve already smoked this strain grown by the breeder and other local breeders, which is what made me want to grow it myself. I expect nothing but trichomes and terps from these ladies. Equipment used in this cycle: Tent: Dutch Masters 120x240x220cm Lights: 1 x EasyGrow S800v2 1 x Mars Hydro TSW2000 1 x Mars Hydro FC3000 Ventilation: Garden HighPro - ProFan TT Extractor Fan - 150mm Garden Highpro - ProActiv Carbon Filter - 150mm Garden Highpro - ProFan Oscilating Clip Fans - 25cm Blauburg - Inline Fan - 125mm Humidifier: Garden Highpro - Humipro Digital Humidifier - 4 liters Pots: Garden Highpro 11L Fabric pots Medium: Biobizz Light Mix Nutrients: Grotek - Mycrorizo Plagron- Alga grow, Alga Bloom, green sensation and royal sugar. This is towards the end of last week. The BB crosses are doing excellent. They have all gone through some extreme temps with intense temp and RH fluctuations. I’ve concluded that the plants 1 week behind experienced too much heat on this one day when some things came up and I wasn’t around to get them out of the hot sun in time, and they were stunted by excessive heat over 90F. The others didn’t show much signs of stress at all. I’m not giving up on the little ones, but I am giving them a large amount of grace and understanding. They can just continue to grow and do their best. Maybe they will come back into full speed in a week or so. Maybe not. At least I will grow them out to learn what happens. From now on I will be extra careful with all stimuli my seedlings are receiving. Showing sone other plants of same age, some of which are photoperiods that began flowering about a month and a half early, with 15 hours of daylight! Why? My first guess is some form of extreme rodelization. I did notice on both A-Trains that they each had a node with two pollen sacks developing as well as the burst of female bracts. So I nicked off the pollen sacks right away, and I’ve been putting them under a light for the nights to hopefully reveg them. Either way, a fun anecdote for some new knowledge and experience! I’m sure they would bud out Fat! Seeing how much they did in 2-3 days! But maybe there’s other elements at play.

Fo' Twenny here with another update on our Blue Dream lady bred by Humboldt Seed Organization! Any advice, suggestions, or constructive criticisms are always welcome. Now on to the details! 9/13 - Day 35: Premixed soil to prepare for upcoming transplanting. SOIL MIX DETAILS: Mixed into a 50 gallon container that will be kept in a warm environment to help innocculate to promote a vast and diverse microbial life in the rhizosphere. 2 Part - Royal Gold Tupur INGREDIENTS: Coco fiber, aged forest materials, perlite, and basalt 1 Part - Fox Farms Ocean Forest INGREDIENTS: Aged forest products, sphagnum peat moss, earthworm castings, bat guano, fish emulsion, and crab meal. 1 Part - Roots Organics INGREDIENTS: Perlite, Coco Fiber, Peat Moss, Composted Forest Material, Pumice, Worm Castings, Bat Guano, Soybean Meal, Alfalfa Meal, Fishbone Meal, Kelp Meal, and Greensand. Also contains beneficial mycorrhizal fungi: Funneliformis mosseae, Rhizophagus intraradices, Septoglomus desertĆcola .5 Part - Wiggle Worm Soil Builder Pure Earthworm Castings .5 Part - Ancient Forest Humus .5 Part - Coarse Grade Perlite Inocculated by mixing 1 cup of Extreme Gardening Mycos Watered with pH 6.5 h2O 1 Tsp/gal Real Grower's Recharge 1 tsp/gal Hi-Brix Molasses 2 tsp/gal Fox Farms Kangaroots 9/16 - Day 38: This cultivar is looking really good! She's one of the bushiest in the garden! She may end up being a challenge to keep in her own lane, especially in flower. I will probably end up havingbto do quite a bit of pruning with her. I did notice some white blotches on a few leaves as well as several other plants in the garden. I'm not sure if it's just water spots from my helper's carelessly watering causing water spots from the Nutrient solution or the start of a PM infection. Never really dealt with PM, but decided to spray them with some serenade. I also sprinkled with a little more White Dutch Clover seed on top soil. 9/17 - Day 39: I installed the new 320w GeekLight in the 24" x 48" veg tent. GOOD NEWS: I upgraded the 24"x48" tent to Samsung LM301H boards. I ordered a 320w straight single piece heatsink with 3 boards from Geeklight. I went with the 3k spectrum and switchable UV/IR since all my autoflowers bloom under this light. $306 USD after all is said and done. It took 9 calendar days to ship from China. https://app.alibaba.com/dynamiclink?touchId=1600101815945&type=product&schema=enalibaba%3A%2F%2Fdetail%3Fid%3D1600101815945%26ck%3Dshare_detail&ck=share_detail&shareScene=buyer NUTRITION: ā¬‡ļøMixing Rundownā¬‡ļø Foliar Feed & Nutrient Solution 2 gal tap h2O run through x2 KDF filters Start ppm 630 Start ph 7.8 2.5 ml/gal Gold Shield Silica Supplement .5 tsp/gal Fox Farm Gringo Rasta Cal-Mag I always adjust pH prior to adding any microbial innocclants. pH @ 8.1 .33 tsp/gal ph down pH: 6.5 PPM: 730 Serenade 3 tsp/gal Filled Spray bottle with 32 oz of the 2 gal mixed solution. Hello Smoking Buddies, how is growing? Another Beautiful week here in our gardening, and the flower are showing an amazing growth rate on the last few days. Day 64 - The plants were trained and defoliated, I noticed that some leaves are getting yellow on the plant 1, I suspected it is due to overfeeding. Day 67 - As suspected, the plan 1 shown more sighs that something is wrong, I'll water it with water only and wait a few days to take a decision Keep Growing šŸ˜Ž

Starting week 7 of Flower finds me planning the next 6, including scheduling a Flush and Tapering the Nutrients off in the next month. - ReStaked a few branches for even spacing & At the End of last week I top-dressed both pots with fresh Soil n Sand. -fresh material at play and the plants are using a lot of water. -able to feel when the big pots are drier and ready for water, by lifting one-end regularly. Just to gauge weight... it’s working. This grow has me trying to establish a much bigger root-ball; re 15 gal pots / 16 litre feeds ... I’ve laughed at some of the previous ones. Feb 2nd, Buds are touching, conditions are being changed slowly mid-flower & hoping they get real chubby in the coming weeks. With the constant reminders that quality grows take longer to mature in Flower than the literature usually states; my plan is to Flush sometime during week 10 (month end) - Three weeks to make it count. Trichomes to dictate Feb 4, - getting my head around htf I’m going to flush this pair in 3+ weeks. Low ceiling+tall sink+tall plant. Feb6 - slight reduction in Calimag and the next feed will see rapidstart reduced as well. Small moves but in the right direction. - tonight is a scheduled feed. Volumes have been big over the last 3 weeks and I am deciding to give the plants an extra couple days without Water, to make sure it is on the dry side as we enter the 2nd half of flower. Feb 7th - the UV-B light just might be having an impact on the buds of the R plant. There are a number of buds that are becoming obviously covered in Resin Glands. - used a moisture meter, the bottom of both pots is a bit wet. Patience wins... This is the plant that physically is still ~ 10 days behind the L plant. just an observation... As this week wraps-up, my plans for next week are to reduce the light cycle by 30 min to 11.5 hrs lite per day. And to drop the humidity another 2%. But that’s for next week. All is going strong at this point, Buds are filling out, smell at the door of the tent is obvious; earthy & dank. Up close from touching a bud it explodes of a Citrus smell. That’s the best description so far Feb 9th, almost a week since last water/nutes, tonight is a green light. Actually felt the pot lighter. Moisture Meter agreed. 17L later ... - balanced the branches / supports and found a good fit between the two pots under the one light. -adding more fresh air to the tent also helped drop the RH a bit. Ready for this transition. - A dry week in reality, cannot wait to see the changes next week after this last, big Max nutrient feed. ** bottom leaves had just began to droop as I watering the plant. Did manage to take it close to the edge mid-way through flower, now it’s Hungry at a critical time. Come on week 8

I harvested 226 grams of dried and trimmed bud plus a bunch of trim and popcorn buds that I didn’t weigh. Definitely had it's ups and downs with my pet rabbit eating one of my plants in the first few weeks :( One of my girls also didn't make it to the end, I must of overfed her at one point and the stress was too much. This amount of buds though will keep me and my friends happy for a long time though! Thank you to all those that helped with making my first grow a success! I certainly learned a lot & can't wait to do it all again - for now I've been enjoying smoking the buds and making edibles :D It took me a few hours to trim all the buds. I didn't measure the wet weight of the plant as I hung the whole thing up to dry as soon as the lights came off. The roots were plentiful and healthy. Even my girlfriend tried smoking with me for the first time ever and she loved it!!!

……during the last 3 growths, I worked to mix the best foundation. I think I succeeded 😊 …..it is a mix of coconut, light mix of biobizz and organic nutrients that I tried to harmonize into the best that I can provide to the plants in my modest conditions. How? simply by observing all the growths and looking for the right setting, creating nature in the growing room.

6/23 Due To The Two 8 Day weeks this week will only consist of five days to get me back on track. SEE LAST WEEK FOR DETAILS. I DID ANOTHER EIGHT DAY WEEK. I'LL DO THIS WEEK AS SIX DAYS. THAT WAY IM BACK ON SCHEDULE. WATERED 6/22. WENT BACK AT NIGHTCAND WATERED ANOTHER GALLON WITH 1/3 TSP Armor Si. I mixed the solution with kelp you kelp me but I dumped it out. I've mixed silica with other nutes before but I had read something earlier about bioavailability issues and I didn't want to risk it. My plants are the healthiest I've ever grown. I'm considering transplanting the large 10th planet that I'm light depping. I also need to develop my ipm and my nute schedule. Still gonna have to keep an eye onvthe water situation. Luckily I have a buddy in my corner that's co tinualkt Bern a great help. WENT BACK OVER AROUND NOON. BEAUTIFUL OUTSIDE AND THE PLANTS WERE LOVING THIS SUN. I DEFOLIATED SOME BURNED LEAVES AND MIXED A SOLUTION IF KELP ME KELP YOU THAT I PLAN TO FEED TO THE GARDEN TODAY. IM HAPPY WITH HOW THINGS ARE GOING. WE HAVE SOME RAIN AND THINDERSTORMS COMING. I NEED TO GET MY IPM UP AND RUNNING AND THE NUTES ONLINE. I ALSO NEED TO DECIDE IF IM GOING TO TRANSPLANT THE LIGHT DEP 10th PLANET. Went back over to put the girls to bed at six and if was still 90 degrees. The water from yesterday had dissipated. The tops were dust dry. I mixed two gallons of kelp you kelp me and fed it to the garden. Afterwards I pointed qbd found a couple plants that were more open to the wind were a little lighter. I know tomorrow will be very hot. Maybe quarter inch of rain. However after that it will rain (showers) off and on for days. I wanted to make sure the girls had what the needed to make it through tjis heat wave until they get that rain. I had another gallon mixed up and I'm thinking I should've given it to them. Oh well. I'd rather underwater than overwater any day. I did notice a burnt top on the plant furthest from the tarp that the sun JUST BARELY TOUCHES when the rest are in shade. I'll just raise the tarp a little. These are tiny problems. Can't upload video until tomorrow. 6/24 Good thing u gave the plants that water. I know it wasn't much but we didn't get any rain. Suppised to get a qtr in today and another qtr in tomorrow. Then rain a couple more days. It's working our really good for my watering schedule lol. Yesterday the girls got there first dose of a bottled nute. They got two gallons of kelp me kelp you (1/3 tsp per gallon) and another gallon of just phed water. I was going to do another gallon but held off due to the threat of syring rain. Didn't get it bur it looks like the plants loved the kelp. It had reached 90 yesterday. They look better today. It's 70 at 9 today. I LST the 10th planet in the 3 gallon. It's getting huge. I should start a separate diary for those three light dep plants. Its cool as hell watching this. One of the purple punches is flowering pretty good. I probably should start another diary for them. I'll be starting to feed my plants soon. Wondering if I should pinch plants again. TUCKED THE LITTLE GIRLS IN AT SIX AND SHOT A VIDEO AND TOOK SOME PUCTURES. PLANTS LOOKED PHENOMINAL! GOT HOME AND AROUND SEVEN IT JUST STARTED RORREBTIAL DOWNPOURS! THE TYPE OF RAIN THAT BREAKS STEMS. I SHOULDVE PUT MY OTHET TARP UP BUT I DIDNT. I WISH I HAD. IM A LITTLE NERVOUS. I KNOW THESE GIRLS ARE STRONG THOUGH! TOMORROW. ILL ROLL THE RARP UP AND SECURE THE BOTTOM FOR FAST ACCESS. IM ALSO GOING TO KOOK INTO FINDING A TOP FOR MY CAGE I CAN USE IN INCLIMENT WEATHER. 6/25 That little qtr in of rain we were supposed to get turned into torrential downpours and high winds. Luckily no REAL damage. If you watch the video you'll see what I mean. I'm going to havecto be cognizant moving forward. Noticed a few chunks from leaves butvplants are still healthy. I'm surprised how well these girls withstood this storm. They are certainly resilient. The 2 purple punch 1 10th planet that I'm light depping are flowering nicely now. They missed all the commotion from the storm as they were inside. It's smelling good. I'm happy. 6/26 It's what a friend would say is "maineing") out. That mistcthe plants love. I'm surprised the plants are doing as good as they have been considering the wind. Will be adding nutes soon. Need to add extra supports too. Light dep 6/27 Brief periods or torrential downpours. Light depped 3 gallon 0lants are under an overhanfcwhete the hatsxrain can't hurt them but they still get sun. They are really starting to flower now! I'm going to begin feeding with a base nute and a flower nute I think. I'm thinking about giving the light dep some open sesame or something similar. I need to set up a nute program soon but the plants ALL look so healthy! And it's been raining! I've only watered like once or twice since they've been in the big pots. I've seen zero pests aside from a chunk missing from a grasshopper. Usually by now I'd have battled half a dozen things and be battling another half dozen. However I was posing from clones. These are seeds and boy don't I see the difference!

1. LABS - I suggest using distilled water for the entire process ( no chlorine or chloramine). I also suggest the type of rice product shown ( 1/2 cup), it has red, brown, white, and black rice blended together. You get the benefits of each type. 2. Take the rice that was used in making the rice rinse for labs and boil it in 3 cups of water for 30 mins. Strain the rice out. Add 1 TBSP molasses per 300 mls. Use 300 mls of the above mixture during your watering cycles. It contains starches, b vitamins, aminos, trace minerals, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, and some nitrogen. The ppm’s are not higher than 200 ( if using distilled water). This is ONLY used if your plants are healthy. If your plants are sick…this will NOT help them. It will make stuff worse!!! The Hulk-Berry got a new home. 1 tsp 7-3-1, 1/2 tsp 0-12-0, 1/2 tsp Langbeinite, 1 TBSP 2-2-2, 3 TBSP 4-3-3, worm castings, recharge (1/32 tsp) into the soil ( Mother Earth). The 3 RuntZ are coming back from slow growth at the outset. I added LABS, Lentil SST, Photosynthesis Plus to the media. I did a foliar spray with recharge. 24-36 hours later the leaves exploded with growth and height. I added ZERO nutrients!!! I only used natural inputs and bacteria to get the root zone back in order. 11-3. Things are all in check! The LABS, SST’s and Rice wash have gotten the 3 RuntZ back on track. The Hulkberry is in full swing. I think I can get to 3 feet by flower time with the Hulkberry 11-5 All is well today!!! Everyone is very happy after the cal-mag, Photosynthesis Plus, kelp bath

Thank you to everyone who has been following, commenting and liking each week, it keeps the motivation to create the best diaries I can for everyone to enjoy or learn anything they can from. This was another fun run, with stunning colours to finish. She was dried for 7 days before being dry trimmed and jarred for curing. Because I have 4 seperate plants/strains in one tent, under one light, I've had to calculate these by dividing the conditions by 4 (4 plants in total sharing same conditions). This is the fairest and only way to work it out properly. Thanks for following and happy growing! 🐺
