I defoliated the lower branches and added some more top layer soil for her continued growth in veg...no feeding for her this week await her spoil to dry out after 2 weeks of non stop rain glad she pulled through without showing sighs of drowning.

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. Great strain, would recommend. Nice smoke/vapor, friends love it, stupefying and euphoric, no heavy couch lock like heavy indicas. Taste great in The Mighty vaporizer, citrus with a hint of pine.

Week 12 D86 Flowering 35-40 days since stigma started showing. She is growing really well, for now what ever all the little rust spots were are gone. Still not solid explanations as to what it was or to as why it came up. Made a hard choice. And snipped the roots that were drinking from the plate, as this could of been the cause as to why this was happening on otherwise a healthy looking plant. Lowered the PPM from 1550 down to 1250 and will bring her down another 3-600 over the course of the next week and then another 2-300 the following week and keep her on regular 700ppm feeds of just bloom, but candy overdrive and B-52. All other nutes will be pulled over the next 2 weeks, gradually and not all at once neither, don't want to shock her into a def, just want to make sure all this crap is flushed from her. Big bud, she got her last feed of that today and that's her done on that now. She was started on her normal mix - 300ppm. RH is holding at a steady 65 temp is 26, 21c with lights off. 14/3/22 Added my 2nd intake fan was able to bring down the RH down as low as 53% with the 2 on full blast. Rooms RH is at 46% dehumidifier has been running 24/7 since I got it. Not good enough though. It works but looks like I'm going to get a 370watt 25l (meaning, it takes 25l out of the air every 24hrs, the 1 im using now is a 60watt that gets rid of 2l every 8hrs). It'll do in an hour what this machine takes 8hours to do. So it'll actually use less energy overall. 18/3/22 Plant is coming on nicely, putting on lots of bud mass, hopefully it'll keep packing on bud as there is not much in the way of sugar leafs it'll just be nice dense bud. For the last 24 hrs I've thrown her into a hard flush, 6l of water with 2 flushes one last night 1 tonight after each flush 50ml with sensi cal mag extra 1ml/50ml was given so the plant wouldn't go into full flush and the nutes left behind will break down helping nute uptake. Very important to introduce some cal as if you flush for too long and have a high build up of salts you'll cause a form of nute lock and throw plant into the flushing phase. So always use some cal mag on top to break down the nutes you are trying to flush. Thanks for reading gottagrowsometime

Entering the second week of growing for the Orange Diesel, I am finally relaxing a bit. It was so close to death with it's germination issue, but the "seed surgery" saved it and it seems to be recovering. It's a bit small compared to the Blue Dream'Matic growing under the same conditions, but it's leaves are healthy and it's putting out new growth. It's going to get it's nutrients dialed up just a little, and the lights are being lowered slowly, to dial in it's optimal grow conditions. Unless she explodes with growth I am going to avoid any topping later in the grow and focus instead on some gentle LST (if needed). I am including a timelapse that mainly covers my Blue Dream'Matic, but shows some of the growth of the 🍊 in the foreground. The plants streched a lot this week! The flowering has started 😎 I made a last defoliation to give some light to the lower buds. I started to give some BioBloom. It's impressive how much these plants must drink, this is the first time I have to water every day! FBT 2307 did really well. She has aone. Ice big colas. I did have a ph issue with wrong nutrition base that damaged leaves in early flowering. Once a new solution was given it had stopped. She has a earthy flowery smell. Loaded with frost, and buds feel dense. She will hang for 24 hours then go into the cannatrol. Primera semana de las nenas, van cada día mejor. Los riegos han sido poco pero frecuentes (Dia x medio) con bacterias (colectivo cientifico) más otros tipo de microorganismos, a dEmas de enraizante y base.

Start of week 4 I removed the net because of a heatwave a put the plants in a cold room during the night The coockies are now starting week 3 of flower i gave basic nutes everytime they were dry Day 24: the temperatures are perfect (24 celcius) the buds start to show up on all plants

So when seedstockers asked if I wanted to test some 3rd gen genetics I obviously obliged, now having grown a few of seedstockers beans previously I can certainly say I wasn't expecting this, I have topped, lollypopped, cut in half as they outgrew my space twice, super cropped, removed whole branches, double scrog - yes these are autos !!! Its going very well so far

AVT still flowering, still going strong. Definitely has more of a Bonsai shape, which is unique and obviously due to the excessive HST I did early on. Very curious how she finishes up, but I'm guessing still about a month to go til she's ready.
