Day 57 and that's a 33.8oz spring water bottle for size reference. Video's are day 58. I'm going to ice water her tonight and then keep her in straight darkness for 72hrs and then harvest. She's a beast for sure. You can definitely see an increase in trichromes in the 4 days of total darkness started with it's 1st and final ice water flush abd no more water for 3 days or untill I harvest.

Week 6 update: What up Grow family. These testers are growing fast and strong. Where in week 6 now and the swelling and ripening of flowers are going amazing. Still feeding 500ml/16oz daily as I've found that's the sweet spot for 3gal fabric pots for these. I'd say these probably have about 2 weeks left until they'll be finished. All in all Happy Growing.

This week I am still working on my slow defoliation, to get some light intake to some of the node sites, while putting the plant under as little stress as possible. I've still been using the molasses, Mykos WP and Fish Sh!t mix every other watering. I also top dressed another 1/4 teaspoon of BioAg TM-7, which once again seemed to help both plants keep their leaves held up longer between waterings. I assume the TM-7 is improving the water retention of the Build A Soil Lite I'm using. I still have the Viparspectra 100w boards, set to about 30% power kept about 14 inches away, this seems to be a good spot for the plants. I'll probably be taking the bottom branches off and cloning them this week, so I can back up these genetics. Update: I went ahead and cloned these ladies to back them up, they are my first plants from seed, so I wanna keep the genetics if I like the flower! I used clone-x, root riot cubes, my AC infinity Germination Kit with 80w led bar on setting 2. I sprayed the clones and inside of the kit with distilled water. Hoping I get some clones rooted soon!

Week 18 Middle August : weather is changing. Return of heat and humidity: 28 degrees, a little bit rain. A heat wave is coming but near the ocean the maximum will be around 32 degrees. It’s good to grow in greenhouse during this period : -ventilation control: I adapted the rythme: for now it’s around 18h/24h intermittently -pests and diseases control: insect’s traps natural and artificial, less heat -humidity control: no rain problem Daylight 14h: 7h/21h Flowering time 😁. Healthy plant, beautiful green color, just a few yellow leaves on the base. More watering: 1,5L every 60 hours Same cocktail: Calmag (0,5ml/L)+ FloraGro (2ml/L), FloraMicro (2ml/L), FloraBloom (1ml/L) + Root booster + Cannazym Feeding soil with guano bat (NPK 3/6/10) for a slow dispersion + dried horn and blood (NOK 13/0/0) for nitrogen add. Protecting plant: sprayed Neem Oil, added diatomaceous earth on soil. I will make a defoliation soon.

Week 6 | Jealousy Marker | Vegetation She's pushing hard. From 35cm last week to 58cm this week — that's serious stretch for a plant in a 5L pot, and the canopy is filling out to match. Foliage looks healthy and dark green, structure is strong with good branching developing on the lower nodes. Temperatures cooled off compared to last week — 28°C days, 18°C nights, humidity steady at 60%. Watering holding at 1L per plant per 24h, pH 6.2, EC 1.2 mS/cm. Nutrient stack unchanged: CANNA Aqua Vega at 3 ml/l, CalMag Agent at 0.9 ml/l, Aptus Regulator at 0.1 ml/l. Natural light at 17 hours. No smell yet, which is expected at this stage. 12/22/2021 Starting the over night soak in H2O2 water, then onto soil mix to finish germination. Soaking in H2O2 and water, about an ounce h2o2 mixed with .500ml spring water. It aids in breaking down seed shell, and sanitize seeds at the same time. I will sow directly into soil as breeder suggest. 12/25/2021 All I5 seeds sprouted in water little 1-2 mm tap roots, potted into small cups and reppot as necessary, should get 100% germ rate if I don't hurt them tiny tap roots putting them in soil. 12/28/2021 Lemon OG 100% germ rate, Biscotti Skunk 4 of 5, Grape Skunk 4of5,and I will take the blame if others don't take because of miss handling, so very happy with the germination rate I'll give it 100% Thanks @QCS for given me the opportunity to grow your genetics.🙏🏻 Ps. But feminized information was all they had on website,assuming it's all the same.

Harvested Shiva Skunk, Zombie Kush and Sweet Love.

OMG THE CRYSTALS! Wow first time using any carbohydrates on hydro. I even went with a low dose of 5ml per gal to top it off! The buds grew funky shaped not sure why. But they are really filling in now! And the smell is amazing. Prob 5x stronger then the monther plant that finished flowering in soil not hydro. Hopefully the video uploads in the quality its recorded in, watch the end

Today was Harvest, Wet-Trim & Hang, we'll have to wait a bit more for dry-weights, flavours & effects. We were given a couple of clones from a family friend to try our hand at a straight, 8-Week Flowering. With both plants in the tent, we were able to really cut out teeth & watch as each plant responded differently. What was instantly surprising during the initial harvest was the drastic difference in overall yield. I'm sure we over trimmed, early on & as a result, Northern Lights came in looking thinner, taller & by comparison, OGPK came in looking a bit shorter, stout, thicker, heavier & much fuller. At the scales, Northern Lights comes in at 106.56 grams (wet), OGPK 76.4 grams (wet). So, that big buffy, thick look certainly didn't tell the tale. We'll have more in a few weeks once we get dry, trimmed weights & hopefully we'll have some flavours & effects to report!

🌸 Week 7 Flower – Crystals, Aromas & Monster Buds Welcome, friends, to the final pre-harvest chapter for our Mango Kush sisters. Week 7 Flower is where everything comes together: weight, density, aroma, and frost. And let me tell you — these girls are absolute monsters. ⸻ 🌱 The State of the Sisters • Pheno #1 – The trailblazer. Her colas are enormous, dense, and sparkling like snowy peaks under the lights. The macro shots reveal a glittering layer of trichomes, covering buds, sugar leaves, and even little fan leaves near the canopy. She’s showing phenomenal resin production, and her pistils are thick and curling. • Pheno #2 – The younger sister, but catching up fast. Her buds are dense and sticky, the frost is appearing more heavily, and every macro shot reveals the same dazzling crystal coverage. She’s slightly behind Pheno #1 in maturity, but don’t be fooled — she’s a true powerhouse in her own right. The smell in the room is so strong that if it weren’t for the carbon filters, we’d probably be calling the fire department thinking someone baked 100 mango pies at once! 😅 I mean the frost on these buds? Looks like Mother Nature had a snow day in the grow tent — pure white crystals everywhere, like the plants are wearing winter coats in July! ❄️ ⸻ 🔬 Trichome Watch – Macro Details Week 7 is all about trichomes. Here’s what we’re seeing and monitoring: • Clear trichomes: Still present, mainly on the lower bud sites, indicating some time left before peak potency. • Cloudy/milky trichomes: The majority of bud surfaces are now showing full milkiness, a sign of peak THC potential. • Amber trichomes: Small percentages on the tips of pistils — this is the first sign of cannabinol conversion, giving the slightly more sedative effect. 🌱 Educational takeaway: Trichome inspection is the golden key to deciding harvest timing. Macro photography helps us see nuances invisible to the naked eye. We’re aiming for a balance: mostly milky with a touch of amber for that perfect Mango Kush high. ⸻ 💧 Feeding & Nutrition At this stage, feeding is minimal but precise — we don’t want to push excess nutrients, only support the plant as it finalizes resin and bud density: • Just water lol the rest they can find in soil and else were Educational takeaway: Week 7 feeding is about support, not growth. High GD community, Week 29, All i harvested was much to early, and had some mold in there while drying, so yield is very low. These popcorns i let go an other week, so i get i tiny taste of the real taste. The tiny buds got much more fat these last 2 weeks, and aroma is getting intenser but not stinky.
