Another healthy week

New update for week 12, concluding week 8 of flowering: Hi(gh) Folks! Thanks everyone for your input on my second grow question. I’m going for HighTV’s answer, the SOG with 9x4 main buds. Very nice to get everyone’s input on this, appreciate it! So another week done! They got their last nutrients Tuesday and on Thursday the 5 early ladies from Hempire got their first round of plain acidulated water. I flushed them a bit on Friday and Saturday to. Now they can dry out for a couple of days. I will flush them for the upcoming week and let them dry out before harvest next weekend. Im counting on them to swell up even further during this week. As for the rest of the 4 plants from Hempire, 4 from Royal Queen Seeds and 3 from Hy-Seeds, I will treat them as if this is another week 8, and they will get another dose of Flowering nutrients and PK. Then next week I will start to flush them also. I will have 2 full weeks to flush and let them dry out until my planned harvest on Saturday 5 January. I’m not even sure that will be early enough for the 4 RQS’s since they look like they have even more bud-growing to do, before they can start swelling! I will keep an eye on that. The 5 tall ladies, 2 from Hempire and 3 from Hy-Seeds show the nice thick Kushy buds i’m craving for, can’t wait to see the becoming nice and heavy! On the photos you see the slight diverence between the pheno’s, the left 2 plants grew the popcorn-buds on a stem, and the right ones have nice thick popcornbuds against the stem’s. The other to remaining Hempire plants also show these, apart from the early ladies offcourse. The early birds show a little stretching buds and nice purple colours. Let’s go Day 46 from seed!! What a great week it’s been, girls structured up real nice veg has been huge for us, looking super healthy an catching a nice smell ! This will be the last week of feeding them the veg schedule, next we will be dipping right into bloom, starting Monday yall We will be in full bloom !! Another good week. Watered them twice. I'm not planning on feeding them again. A little defoliation. I definitely think they are in the last 2 weeks before harvest. Still seeing some nutrient burn developing on the leaves. I don't think I watered enough through the whole grow! I'd love to hear opinions on this! Took some videos of the buds with an iPhone 12 at 6X magnification. Decent quality! Otherwise, still looking to successfully harvest these plants! Thinking about the next grow. Probably going to be Auto Strawberry Cheesecake and Auto Anesthesia. Peace!

4/10/2023 - Day 43: just watered yesterday so nothing really new to report. They are really starting to smell now. Hits you right in the nose when I open the tent. Seeing more purple on the Grand Prix and some pistol browning on all the plants. Only minor problem I've had is the heat. It was almost 100° today, but my three fans and the exhaust have kept the temp under control for the most part. Had to turn on the AC for the assist, but kept temps at 80° in the tent. 4/13/2023 - Day 46 Flower: Not much has changed and I haven't had to do anything, so I haven't provided an update in a few days. Had to water again today. Added 4 gallons mixed with the same things I've been using. Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja as a wetting agent, Rootwise Bio-Phos and Bio-Catalyst, BuildASoil Big 6 Micro Nutrients and BuildABloom, Fermented Peach Extract, and Coconut Powder. 4/15/2023 - Day 48: I think the warmer weather has caused the girls to drink more. Watered another 4 gallons today, but just plane water with Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja. Seeing more purple on the two Grand Prix. Seeing a lot more orange pistols as well. The Grand Prix #2 has like a citrus gas smell, and the Frozen White Runtz is like a sweeter gas. The Ice Bath is earthy, and the Grand Prix #3 does not have a strong scent, but the bud structure is my favorite of all four.

Another week of growth in the books here. I am loving the flowers peyote forum is putting off. Starting to see some purple colours starting on these plant. Also noticing one of the plants starting to lose its colour which has me concerned as I saw some bugs on this plant a few weeks ago and sprayed for them, something to keep an eye on moving forward. I top dressed these plants with 1 tbsp/gallon of Power Bloom and hit them with a compost tea made up of worm castings, Bokashi Pro Gro, Molasses and Bat Guano. This will be the last feeding I give these plants.

11/16: I had to move a bunch of seedlings into the closet and decided to just go ahead and run the lights at 24/0 for these last several days. I've got the lights to within 8 inches on all of the flowering plants and as little as 6 inches on a couple of them😈. It's been cold out, so I've been able to keep my temps nice and low. I also have a 6500k floodlight on in there to "winterize" the environment a little more. 11/18: (bugles sounds) Introducing....The Frost Queen and Princess! I harvested the last two Orange Sherbets today...Wow, just wow!😍 11/20: Today I harvested the last two Wedding Cheesecakes and all three Gorilla Cookies. Kind pressed for time, so I just did a cursory trim before taking some photos and washing them. The Gorilla Cookies are every bit as dense as the Wedding Cheesecakes. The gigantic WC has a few seeds here and there, so if I don't spot any spent nanners on her, I'm gonna assume the pollination was done by the short/bent Strawberry Pie that I deliberately left a few male flowers I spotted on. That would make for some kind of special auto hybrid right there.. Well. that's a wrap on this crop. I'll do harvest reports on each strain as soon as they've cured a little bit, but I can tell you already that I'm gonna love most of them. Aromas are incredible!

Week 15 Day 99 (20/11/2020): Unfortunately did not have time today to take pictures or check them because have been quite busy. Day 100 (21/11/2020): Woow day 100 today, which seems a bit crazy but I think the girls just need another month and they will be ready for harvest. It has been a great grow so far and although 100 days seems like a lot, the girls have definitely come really far. DSD is definitely one of the slower girls and her buds are not as big as the other girls, but maybe that will pay off by being the most hard-hitting. Day 101 (22/11/2020)💧: Measured the pH of the girl today before watering and it was at 5.75 which means it needs to be increased slightly. I wonder why it keeps dropping because apparently the BioBizz soil is supposed to maintain the pH pretty well but I guess she is quite big and must be taking in more nutrients. I also decided to stop giving her CalMag since she has not been showing the deficiency on the leaves for a week or two now. So I watered with the usual 1.5ml of BioGrow, 4.5ml of BioBloom, 1.5ml of TopMax. And on top of that I gave 0.75ml of pH+ to increase the pH by 0.5 points. The buds are not fattening up as much as I thought they would but the trichomes are definitely getting more and more dense on the flower which is a great sign. Day 102 (23/11/2020): DSD has definitely been the most resistant to stress/nutrients/watering problems. She always looks happy and except for the calcium deficiency at the end of veg, she has definitely been the strongest girl of the 4 in the tent. So happy with how she has been growing, definitely reflects the indica that she is Day 103 (24/11/2020): Not that many updates today, just doing as amazing as always. Day 104 (25/11/2020)💧: Today I watered the girl with 1.5ml of BioGrow, 4.5ml of BioBloom, and 1.5 of Topmax. She is looking really healthy and beautiful as always Day 105 (26/11/2020): Managed to take some lovely pictures and a video of a close up of those beautiful snowy trichomes. This girl will definitely be a hard hitter – all the trichomes are so densely packed. Amazing progress from last week and the flowers are definitely fattening up.

The trics have arrived :D Super frosty for a few of these ladies. The smell is not quite as strong as it was a few weeks ago... but they glands are sticky and the aroma is very distinct. Still fending off minor PM on one of the plants. It'll rear it's head through harvest. I got a proper fan to help keep airflow appropriate. I realize i was under aired for the majority of the grow with only having one small dinky pole fan that didn't even oscillate. I also got a microscope to start checking trics. THe hairs were mostly turning at this point and trics were predominately clear. Over the past week, it was becoming apparent that the three outdoor plants were going to need some additional help if they were to reach fruition prior to temps getting too low. There were a few nights with 45 degrees and I began to start planning to bring them indoors. My plan was to having them in the same room albeit not in the same tent, for about a week to make sure no pets or disesases came in with them. They turned out OK so I moved them back home in the tent with the others and cranked the power to 100%.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. The Strawberry Banana Auto is doing well, she is almost done stretching and I have almost fully transitioned her to flower nutrients. She is currently getting silica, cal mag, and 75/25 veg and flower nute mixture of GH maxigrow/maxibloom. I did change the Medic grow spectrum to the F1 spectrum this week which is the flower spectrum. I am also running the UV/IR bar for about 75 minutes every day before lights off, and I now have the light cranked up to 100%. I will also increase the exposure to the UV/IR light as flower progresses. As she is almost done stretching, there is not much to do this week except keep the reservoir clean, full, and in the proper PH range. If any colas get crazy higher than the others I will correct, but other than that she can do her thing from here on out.
