43Second Video of Week 3 to Week 9.

Looking good so far, got a little bit of light burn at beginning of week but not to bad. Plants are really starting to shoot up now that the roots have hit the water. Topped all 4 at beginning of week 3 for LST prep. AC unit in tent is keeping it around 21 Celsius and water is keeping between 18-20 Celsius naturally so far. When the lights go up from 600w to 1000w though my tent will hit 25+ Celsius so I am currently testing a new water cooled thermoelectric peltier reservoir water cooler I built and I will be installing soon. So far testing it I can bring a 5gal bucket of water from 25 Celsius to 10 Celsius in about 6 hrs. So we will see what it can do with about 20gal of water in my set up once my lights get turned up. I will be posting pics/video once I get it all figured out. So far it’s way cheaper then a commercial water chiller and seems to work good.

Solid start to flower for these ladies... Starting this grow diary now and filling in as much as I can from the ~8 weeks before this point. I'll keep updating from now 'til harvest. Struggling to keep the heat down so had to rig up a styrofoam cooler "AC" I found on YouTube, like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TpqUr6bEYOs Keeping the DIY CO2 generator running full blast while the lights are on and have some side-lighting led bars in the works that I'll have installed later this week. Drip system has been working great, dialed back the feedings so I don't overwater and can give the top layer of coco a chance to dry out a little bit. Heavy defoliation tomorrow to clean up the canopy...

Gorilla, gorilla, my problem child. The only one popping out of 5 but she is weaker than her roommates. She stays behind compared to them. But what can I do other than TLC, she has the best conditions, which are optimal in this grow room, also judging by the other two plants. Until I have a bigger operation, which in the current political climate, is not soon, where I can make mothers and clone them, breed my own strains, and root out runts like this, we do it like life. We play the hand as it is dealt to us and we love all our children the same... although this one is special. So not a genderfluid Silverback yet, but it ain't over till the voluptuous lady sings. We shall nurse this little runt until adulthood, who knows she might surprise us, she should have the mighty Gorilla Glue Number Fouh genes in there somewhere. Now come on out here and show daddy what you're made of... This week we spread out the leaves and branches, some leaf tucking and gentle LST, to prepare for some higher stress and super cropping today. Two days back we made the switch and set the lights to 12/12. Now the flowering stretch will begin, thus we bend the branches further outward in preparation for the canopy. When I do this I notice the branches are thick and sturdy, with no breakage at all unlike my previous grow, the gelato 33. I snapped some branches applying the super cropping and just normal bending with those. It seems like the fan (I didn't have a good option previous grow, hence the flimsier branches there) but also this lighting and soil regime are topnotch, asides from outdoor I haven't seen such lush bushiness yet, even on a more runt-like plant. This MarsHydro SP3000 is still performing great, such controlled temperatures, such an ocean of light. I only wish I started growing with this earlier. Thanks again @MarsHydroLED for trusting us to test your mighty flagship light. It is so well made, it oozes quality, I just want to touch it every time (also to check if it stays cool) and it is just sexy, slender, and compared to my other 300 watt light, a completely different spectrum and clarity. At www.mars-hydro.com they have excellent and unbeatable deals on tent and light combinations where you practically get a tent for free, it is ridiculous. I was afraid the light wouldn't cover the sides of my tent with my 4.5-foot space. Penny at MarsHydro had to laugh at this a bit, said not to worry. What an understatement. This light could signal to other galaxies. I sincerely recommend good sunglasses with this light. Only thing I'm adding is an infrared light Sunshine found. With this I'm going to simulate sunrise and sunset and try to prevent stress by easing the light in and out, like in nature. We are in flowering now, very excited to see what she will do here. What can she perform? Will she cover the net? Will she deliver gorgeous buds, like she is known to do? Finally have the gnats under control!!! Using a combination of beneficial bacteria, neem oil, and organic pesticides. They’re still there but only a couple so I will continue use. Skywalker og is still double the size of all the others and drinks double the water so that is crazy idk how to deal with that I might just start watering it in between watering the other ones idk it’s crazy. Also don’t know how long we’re gonna go with this veg I want to do a pound which is ambitious for a second grow with a 300w light in a 2 x 4 but that would be cool. Looking good tho next grow I’m only gonna do 3 strains instead of 4 or even 2 but we’ll see. Went a little too heavy on the nitrogen I think i dialed it back a bit but plants are healthy and strong I think the silica helps a lot.

27/02/19 - This one is great, I popped the seed 24hrs after the gelato and this one seems to be developing its leaves a lot faster than the rest, so far really happy with DNA and with mills nutrients, it’s a lot easier to mix and I no longer have to use ph down because once all mixed it’s at a 5.8/5.9. 👌🏻 02/03/19 - Just transplanted all into their final pot, just in time I think as it looked like the roots were starting to circle at the bottoms of the pot, sprinkled half a tea spoon of Mykos on each hole prior to the transplant & fed them 2.5 litres each. I was going to saturate the whole pot but I’ll do that next feeding.

The plants are all really taking off nice bud growth and very healthy looking canopy. Plants are going through water every 3 days on the dot now. I have noticed that one plants buds are showing some purple hues but the others remain colorless so far. The Smell is really nice already. Very fruity it reminds me of fruit loops. My light is on full blast and the plants are praying nicely. There have been no signs of stress from the flip. I will likely defoliate a bit at the end of the week to make sure everything can get as much light as possible.

Lemon Cherry is smelling amazing, they look as though they should finish quick, but I'll try to hold harvest until late this time. Not doing any special treatments, feeding nuts about once a week full biobizz schedule and taking down sick leaves. AK will probably finish last, looking very pretty.

Defoliated almost a week ago and looks like I didn’t even do it. Going to defoliate again at day 21. Pretty happy so far and increasing the intensity of the light to about 80% slowly working to 100% over the next few days

Due to life being life (i lost three friends and my cousin in Dec 23' ) i haven't been on here at all. I have however been taking care of the plants as they have stopped me from wanting to unalive myself. As you can see shes grown into a beauty unlike my marriage which is seemingly falling to pieces as well. And unlike my ungrateful family who just calls me when they want money, this plant only calls me when she wants water and love. So everyone dont be a cheater like some spouses, just take care of your plants cause unlike some undeserving partners your plants wont leave and destroy half your stuff in the process. Good day to

***Sponsored Grow*** = Medic || https://medicgrow.com || Grow = ***Sponsored Grow*** Ok, so first week of introducing the trip tonic line of feed into the medium and getting rid of the lotus crap, all of the newer growth is looking much better and some of the older growth is greening up but I don't expect a full fix for that. Gave some extra grow B in this week as it is higher in P and K and will act as a small PK boost for the stretch that is to come. Flipped my plants to flower as well so they are now on a 12/12 setting. Been using the medic grows mini sun 2's internal timer in the lights and they appear to be working just fine. They have pre-programmed setting of 12/16/18/20/22 "on" cycles, I thought it might have been hold the dial till the number you want came up but its not that fancy. As of now my photoperiod is from 1:30pm-1:30am but I might move this up to 12pm-12am so when I need to look at my plants I'm not waiting till the afternoon. Its really only an issue on the days I'm working. over all happy with the progress, Plants are drinking lots so I'm happy with that. Lights still running at 80% with V1 spectrum, will increase to 100% after stretch, don't need to growing into them and burning up.
