Been super busy so lagged on getting this posted. All plants are down and currently drying. The weather has gotten chilly so taking longer to dry than I would like. Super excited to get it jars and all cured up. First plant is all done and came out bomb af.... a couple of friends didn't even think it was real..lol.. because it was to purple.... the potency is totally there on this one ☝️ sometimes purple lacks that but this stuff has it all. Bag appeal, smell, taste, and potency!!! This is not a commercial strain due to the slow growth and average yield, but a conasuers dream. Didn't weight wet weight, but will post final dry weight

Wasn’t sure on keeping this but I’ve talked myself into keeping it

Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. Trimmed some leaves and 4 bottom stems that didnt reach light. She starts budding so now ill leave her alone, the light will reach more budsites and she wont stress too much End of the week: buds start looking better but not big at all im getting a bit worried the yield will be low

This was round 3 so I had some notes going in for finish time and schedule and have some more after this one for the next. Stay tuned.

Well I ended up with just one girl in the tent and two little seedlings I'm growing 12/12 from seed (I'm just curious about it, not expecting anything too impresive) this week I actually started using my scrog net to keep the taller stems from going up and making them stay at canopy level, right now ppfd is about 1100 in most parts of the canopy...

The ladies are doing great, and the buds are slowly developing. The growth is also slowing down. It's a really nice sight at the moment. 🍋🍒🍦

This week was no less stressful, but the previous week prepared us. More and more snow turns white. The microscope is ready. Nutrient solution at the maximum recommended parameters. But there is a problem with the tips of the leaves, they turn yellow first and then dry up and turn brown. I think this is the consequence of the maximum ppm. direct sunlight, a running giant fan at a distance of 20 cm, and an unstable ph lvl. There were significant changes in temperature from 16 at night to 31 during the day. The funnest is when it rains after a hot day. and they turn off the electricity at night. A humid environment of 65-70% without a fan is my nightmare in reality. So a piece of cardboard and energetic hand movements created the wind and the impression that I crazy But there are often good times, when the temperature is 26-27 degrees and the humidity is 45% without a humidifier. The girls smell amazing 😎

Day 73, 25th of November 2020: Hi! Well they are getting nice maturing buds getting bigger and all good. I love the red colour of the Red Hot Cookies. Unfortunately, Tropicanna Poison and Red Mandarnine does not show any signs of purple or red colour. Kalini Asia neither albeit, the bonsai version gets purple. Gelato is little beauty. So yes, basically not much to say. Fertilization is still the same every second day with the ratio and mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.
