Week one is in the books. I planted them on directly into the substrate 11/28/22 (no germination) out of the 10 I planted 6 of them sprouted up. I'm excited for this grow because I have 3 new strains I have never grown. This is grow #7 for me going on 2 years growing straight with no break. todo muy bien! esperando paciente el desarrollo de los cogollos, conociendo y viendo los puntos de maduracion asi como la fertilizacion ajustando a su maximo que creemos posible para incentivar que los cogollos engorden, ahora en adelante les hare segumiento de la grande principalmente, que es la que cumple con la edad del diario, ya que las otras como se explico en un principio venian recien cultivadas por eso tienen un par de semanas de retraso , tambien hay una hermafrodita, que al detectar como comentamos semanas anteriores aplicamos al tecnica vista de un cultivador mexicano, consistia en romper los brotes de machos las pelotas con el fin de que no vuelvan a salir, dejando solo los pelos estigmas de las hermbras, si bien el cogollo queda maltratado, al parecer se detiene el crecimiento, asi que estamos viendo como rinde ese experimento.

Que pasa familia, vamos con la primera semana de floracion de estas Rainbow Melon feminizada de fastbuds. Vamos al lío, de las 3 plantas, me quede con 2 por espacio, siempre pongo alguna semilla de más por si no abriese alguna por no perder ese hueco del indoor. También se trasplantaron a su maceta definitiva, en este caso de 7 litros. Tenían algo de shock por el trasplante pero ya fue solucionado. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

First day of week 6, i have to say these ladies are FASTTT! VPD 1.15-1.23 lights on VPD 0.97-1.05 lights off. The 70x70 area is 101% covered although id say 72x72cm because i added some self made growbox wall extenders i have started thinking adding the trellis net now or some days later to tilt the colas alittle just slightly for better light absorbtion for lower buds under the main shoots isnt a bad idea,under canopy view is magazine cover worthy MAN :D as you can see they are on fabric pots above plastic draining pot holders, the runoff is collected downthere and each of the pot holder has a plastic tube glued with water resistant superglue so after every water all the runoff water is collected from a pump with just a push of a button, the irrigation watering system is also connected and works pretty nice i have been giving them the water also by a simple push of a button with irrigation seem to love it (its not a automatic feeder connected to a reservuar i have two waterpumps one for watering one for collecting runoff i simply put the water intake plastic tube in my water bucket & press the button manualy, worth mentioning all of them have been reciving the same nutrient solution and same water although pheno#1 have been streching 4-6cm more than her sisters and she developed abit of blueish leafs even the soil in all 4 pots was from the same 2 soil bags and mixed very well before filling them so soil manifacturer excess nitrogen mistake is also not possible, i feel it is the phenotype but just to make sure there will be no excess nitrogen in the end i watered her with the exact same water amount as her sisters but 260ppm less for her this time just to make sure the blue is gone soon.she will be fine and emerald in few days. From today the UV FROST is ON from now too. Oh i forgot to mention thrueout the diary they where never topped only trained with these red clips besides the pheno3 that came topped "from god" since sprout and i wouldnt recommend topping autos (btw pheno 3 is a monster and smells wayy more LOUDA than the siblings.) although the pheno1 remains the main subject further on she got fuel to shoot for the stars and we rlly dont want that in this compact mini research area dont curse me for the substrate choice :D this stuff translates a bit of that earthy taste to the buds and way less attention than coco.

If any plant in my tent showed me its displeasure for my kindergarten growing skills it was this plant . I'm beggining to whip her back into shape now but I'm sure I took a week off her life . She never really stopped growing but never looked that healthy after week 3 but began budding regardless .

This was an easy grow, and had some amazing results. This is some of my best homegrown to date ❤️ the ladies were easy to manage, no PM, pests or disease. The root balls were enormous, wasn’t much soil to recover. They got heavy in the end from the weight but managed to stay upright for the most part. They were big stretchers , prepare for that, scrog was a good way to go but some of the eager beavers got away from me, which ended in some massive colas. Overall easy to grow, no surprises and you won’t regret the results! 10/10 ❤️👊🤤

These holidays we was travelling a little and wenn we arrive Back the girl's was needing a little more energy fir the flowering week 2 , and we do feeding the girl's today, they are looking amazing now!! And everyday looking and smelling stronger

What up everyone. Weekly update on these ladies. This week they've done good, seeing growth and new leafs. I did see some white spots on a leaf or two so I'll up my ipm to twice a week until I know they're pest free. Over all I'm happy for the weeks to come as the outdoor season is in full swing.

May 11: plant looks good and the bad colour in the pic is due to wildfire smoke. Seems happy in the final 5 gallon grow bag. Today was overcast and smoky after two beautiful sunny spring days. First smoke of the season arrived at about 7 am this morning. This smoke is likely due to fires in northeast BC about 1000 km (600 miles) from here. Hopefully it won’t be as bad as last year. May 13: air quality is better again. Plant is doing fine. Watered with Monster Maxx during afternoon. May 16: cool and rainy today. There was some sun in the late afternoon. She’s looking good and off to a better start than most of my previous starts. May 17: very cool and rainy again which is just as well for forest fires. End of Week 6 Added CO2 with regulator and controller! Added the trellis net to spread out the canopy and get more even light to bud sites. The ladies have lost some momentum and they're drinking less because of the pest issue. Although they should be growing faster because of the CO2 supplementation I'm sure when the thrips are gone they will explode. I also performed some HST by removing fan leaves and softly pinching and bending some of the stems to open up the canopy whilst keeping the stress at a minimal. Pest Report: Still fighting the thrips... Every time I spray Bio-Insek and Xterminator (Agro-Organics) it deals with the problem for a few days until the eggs and larvae that the thrips left behind hatch and start munching on the plants again. The ladies are strong and healthy and get a slight wilt when I haven't sprayed IPM for a few days this tells me that its not a major issue but I need to get rid of them especially because I want to flip to flower soon. It seems that the problem is under control. Now I will apply it weekly to make sure those buggers are ELIMINATED.
