Aug 17: gotta love big fast plants. This is a nice big plant and the buds are forming very quickly. Added a scrog net layer because I realized the buds are getting heavy already and will likely want more support. These loosely placed Scrog nets are working great and they make it easy to expose buds while tucking fan leaves out of the way. Honestly, I can hardly believe how fast these buds are maturing. Very impressed. Aug 18: another cool and slightly rainy day but at least it’s not so smoky. This new normal of ‘which town is gonna get burned this year?’ Is not fun at all. This year is was a third of the town of Jasper which is inside a national park. Aug 21: this plant is awesome with really big buds forming quite quickly. Things have kinda been on cruise control pulled maybe 3 dead leaves. No major issues this week. One more week of nutes then I’m giving her a flush.

The clone turned out great. Awesome smell, heavy frosty buds. Smells just like the mother plant she originated from. I did capture the light green pigment mutation, and she grew great overall. This week was good for the Cream auto. I performed some defoliation and undid the LST for a couple days as well as raised the lights to 24" to induce some stretching. I did selectively begin LST on the Cream towards the end of week 5. She has been getting 1/4 strength flower nutes and recieved a fresh top dressing of hot soil coco coir mix; as her roots were surfacing. So far so good. Atleast 20 budsites are visible and she has responded well to all the training and is coming into her stretch period. Now all we are waiting on is them white pistols to start shooting at the budsites. Hopefully week 6 will entail this! She should be at about half of her life span at this point. 4-5 weeks more of flower is expected before harvest.

Update - Tuesday 22nd June To be honest this week hasn’t gone great. I noticed some fruit flies or fungus gnats. There are only a few and they don’t seem to be attracted to the buds at all. None the less for the moment I have put some cider vinegar, soap and water and put t in as wide a surface area as possible and there are quite a few stuck in there after a day. Iv also ordered some of those sticky traps to put around the edge of the pot. Luckily I’m getting rid of my media, the tent, everything inside the tent and will be using a paint spray gun to spray ozonated water or if it’s really expensive then just hydro strength hydro peroxide will be used to spray all surfaces of the room.

I have them going at 18-6, 2 mixed autos are identical im 85%sure, 2 C4Matics are recovered, They are short and skimpy at this week because of germination issues, also oxygen issues. This is going into 2024, Good luck on all your GROW Ex-Out

may 11: start of week 7

7/6: Heavy thunderstorms last night and half the day today, so she won't be ready to eat again for a few days. I went out to the site about an hour after it quit raining today and saw HUNDREDS of tiny little green grasshoppers feasting on my girls!!! I immediately sprayed them all down with pyrethrins, and did it again right before dark. I've got the fan blowing across the pots to try to dry them out faster. I started using TPS One (one part nute solution) the other day, and the plants seem to love it. Really growing well, but I'm glad I amended their soil with some happy frog fruit and flower granular fertilizer this time. They get fed whether it's too wet or not. 7/7: Rained again last night...and more hoppers again this morning, so i sprayed with pyrethrins. 7/12: I tied down her main earlier this week and took about 5 or 6 cuttings from her today. Sprayed with Bt-k again, with some fulvic acid and silica.

I’ve been LST into a spiral so I defoliated pretty heavily to get more light to the lower buds. CBD Star is well on its way with many buds developing. I’ve been keeping it outside during the day and bringing it in to my new space bucket at night. I outfitted the bucket with an 8 inch fan, DIY carbon filter and a 250W Amazon Commercial PAR38 LED bulb. The filter is doing a great job removing the smell. Link for the bulb at the bottom. Cheese is stretching like crazy with some pistils forming.
