This week I really cut the girl - so that she focused her strength only on the buds. Two more weeks and she could reap. 😉

still growing fast as fuck. i was falling more and more in love with her as time passed. she was showing signs of hunger so i gave her, her first feed of veg nutes on december 5th 2021. I mixed 1/2 tsp to each gallon. I used a bucket with 3 gallons of dechlorinated tap water. Decmber 8th: same amount of veg to gallons of water with the same 1/2 tsp. phd to 6.4. December 10th gave her a feed honestly dont know how much. id say about 10-20 cups worth of dechlorinated tap water with 1/2 tsp of veg nutes to 3 gallons.

Grow Diary Introduction This diary was created with the idea of recycling as much as possible and utilizing every single watt of power to its absolute maximum potential. Honestly, you could call this run a survival experiment. Right after harvesting my last grow, I reused the old soil and salvaged the previous Biotabs, which were still fairly intact (you can see photos of this in the germination week). These recycled tabs will be the backbone of the feeding schedule for this run. To reduce the bacterial load, I watered the soil with a water and turmeric mixture—though this probably knocked back the beneficial microbial life in the soil as well. For containers, I’m using some balcony pots with built-in saucers that I found out on the street and repurposed. I started the seeds in 0.25L of fresh substrate mixed with a little bit of mycorrhiza. Initially, the plan was to plant one NL and one AB per pot, but one AB failed to germinate, so I left one NL to grow by itself in one of the pots. Each pot has two recycled tabs, and so far, they’ve only been fed a couple of times with Orgatrex at 2ml/L. They germinated on April 1st and spent their first 45 days indoors. The first week was a real bottleneck for them, as they were placed inside a tent that was in late flowering, meaning the climate was totally wrong for seedlings. For the remaining 4 weeks, they shared the tent and kept the plants of the new indoor cycle company, staying in there for as long as space would allow. Afterward, I moved them to the veranda windowsill. They are currently kept inside, pushed up a bit tight against the window glass, which keeps them safely away from bad weather and pests.Currently, the plants are only getting about 5 to 6 hours of direct sunlight per day. Because of this, the buds aren't particularly dense, with the exception of the top colas on the Northern Lights. I'll probably dry and smoke those main apicals, as they turned out surprisingly nice and dense visually, especially considering the rough conditions they went through. The Afghan Bullet (AB), on the other hand, developed much smaller buds, but they are more balanced and greater in number. I'll be throwing the smaller NL buds in with these, making it absolutely perfect material for some top-tier bubble hash. As the master Frenchy Cannoli used to teach, overly dense buds aren't actually the best for washing bubble hash; this looser structure is exactly what you want for a great extraction.

DAY36đŸŒ»BIG BLOCK Bred by Cannabis Brothers California Lineage Blockberry x Motorbreath 15 (Legend OG) Tap water feeding (Premium program) Aptus Light (BS600) + UVA/UVB 3hrs daily @future_of_grow Soil (lightmix) & pH Plagron Tent size 4x4 (120x120) Pot size 6L (1.6 gal) Media sponsor Skunk Magazine 5th week of 12/12 ended for my Big Block by Cannabis Brothers California. As you can see, I don't do heavy defoliation on my plants as I think it's not natural to shock them like that. I don't give a flying f@ck about yield. My philosophy is turned towards good flavors before all and I like to follow plants development in more natural way when comes to defoliation. I believe that plant will always adapt and focus on where energy comes from, and in indoor grows we all know that bottoms will get bleachy as we enter late flowering. On the other side, nobody wants mids and small buds, so yes, of course I remove bottoms, but only first few nodes and not in a way of lollipopping or something like that. I'm just trying to be in balance with natural process of plant development at all times. I'm not saying defoliation is wrong, but since I never grow the same cultivar twice, it's way safer to observe their natural behaviour, instead of forcing techniquies other growers are claiming to be "the best". With that being said, my plants are exploding from happiness, as you can see. I got two of more indica leaning phenotypes and two taller - more sativa alike specimens. But all have a distinctive OG structure and smell is getting super intense. It smells diesel and chem like no run before. It's the reason why I'm growing it in the first place. And what better way to try out the true OG than from the original creators of White Fire OG. Yes. If you didn't know Terence and Philip, in collab with Rascal, the real OG's, also known as Payaso and Cannabis Gardener, are behind the legendary OG cross and all the rest are just white labeling this famous cross. Know your genetics, brothers and sisters. There are too many copycats out there, so try to show respect to the origins. Noone can make a patent on a certain cultivar, but we as consumers, need to know who are we going to support in the future. Breeding is art and I like to pay respect to those who actually do the work of breeding. Just look at the Blue Dream for instance. Do we actually know who stands behind this cross and who has the original tissue of this genetics? Ask Google a little bit, dig in, and you'll be shocked. Show respect to those who truly deserve one. Peace in and out!

Week 2 veg. Mixed 3 drops of Botanicare cal-mag plus and 10 drops of Flora Nova Grow into 500ml of water. Ph’d the water to 6.5. Based on the general hydroponics feed chart, it should come out to about a medium strength feed. Still happy with the growth under the 24hr schedule.

đŸŒ± Sour Apple⠀⠀⠀ 🌾 flowering 9 weeks⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 💚 70% Indica, 30% Sativa⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 💣up to 27% THC⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👅Apple, lemon⠀⠀⠀ ⚖ 550g/mÂČ⠀ Sour Apple was created by an intersection of the original Sour Diesel and a Pure Kush. It is an indica dominant hybrid with a combination of both indica and sativa effects. It has an delicious intense taste of sour apples and lemon and a gigantic potency. The rockhard buds are covered in a thick layer of milky white trichomes and are packed with sweet resin. Users describe the high of the sour Apple as a strong mental shift, a uplifting head high that leaves you motivated and focused with a sense of overwhelming euphoria and social tendencies. This is followed by a slow fade into an intensely overwhelming couch-lock. Sour Apple sends her 27% of THC stright to your mind to kick you in other psychedelic spheres. We proudly present this unique goddess to all the growers in the world. GROWING SOUR APPLE When growing indoors it is a good idea using screen of green or sea of green methods. You can expect big yields of 500g or more per squae meter indoors, 700g per plant outdoors. The flowering time is 9-11 weeks. Indoors, Sour Apple is a vigorous grower with many side stems which can be trimmed to keep the plant in bounds. Indoors, the plants grow between 1,00-1,50 m depending on the introduction of the flowering phase, outdoors Sour Apple can reach four metres of hight. MEDICAL USE Because of its strong effects Sour Apple is an ideal strain for treating patients who suffer from conditions such as chronic stress or anxiety, chronic pain due to injury or illness, and sleep disorders (insomnia and sleep apnea). In low doses it is daytime suitable for medical applications, at higher doses, it is the ideal weed for medication at the evening.

This week has been just keeping them happy/learning the needs of the grow room to keep a steady environment. The humidifiers are pushing hard to keep it at 65~70 so im sure once I bump the RH down next week It will be more manageable. I have to fill humidifier #1 once a day but have to keep a eye on #2. It picks up the slack but it runs out every few days. Will start feeding on Monday so the plant can take the days to start rooting in the new pots. If you live in the south Publix reusable bags are .99 and are great 5gl~ fabric pots. Will find bin to put in the bottom of tent to be able to water to run off but I have time for that.

Week 7: Preparing for Flowering At the beginning of the week, we installed the net, marking the final stretch before flipping to flower. The plant is growing beautifully, and I’m genuinely impressed by its vitality. All the training seems to have had no negative impact—she’s handling everything like a champ! đŸ’Ș🌿 By the end of the week, it’s finally time to switch to flower—wish me luck! 🍀 Challenges this week: Temperature: ~26°C Humidity: ~35% VPD: A whopping 2.4! Not exactly ideal, but thanks to the large fabric pot, she had enough water to keep going strong while I was on vacation. đŸŒ±đŸ’Š We’re still seeing light-colored tips, and she’s putting on a final growth spurt before I flip the switch! 🌾🚀
