Not a good week unfortunately. Fed them too much and burnt them slightly. Fixed my mistake so back on the mend. One week or so left I think so only plain water

Another week is here, there are little troubles... In the middle of the week my lamp died and it took day than i bought new one... Overall everything looks good :)

Fed with lotus nutrients: 5/23/26 Fed plain water 5/25/26

This week the plan will be to continue LST by tying down new shoots to encourage new flower sites. I am starting to see some hairs so I am going to call this week 1 of flower. I had hoped for a bit more of a pre-flower stretch on the girls, but hopefully they get a little taller during the flower stretch. At the same time, with continued LST, hoping to increase bud sites and increase overall light penetration. Keeping an eye on the water PH level as mine switches a bit in the winter vs. the summer time. Same system of watering thoroughly when dry, also adding water to the bottom of the fabric pots to be soaked up, to encourage lower soil moisture for root stretching. The Low Ryder genetics in the AK74 seems to be keeping to squat. Hopefully some of the AK47 bud structure comes through in some of these phenotypes. I've taken out measuring the plant height, as it is slightly hard to accurately describe that with the constant LST. I've also highlighted HST as a grow technique, but this is mostly just some simple Super Cropping on some of the bud sites that are a bit more awkward to tie down with soft ties. At the end of this week or early next week I plan to amend the top soil with some more Gaia Green Power Bloom, as the nutrients used during initial planting will be starting to be used up and we are entering flowering phase with more need for the bloom nutrients. I will likely also add a little bit of the 4-4-4 All Purpose as well, in case the plants still have a bit of nitrogen requirements for vegetation. Otherwise, things are green and things are looking healthy to date. I have some moisture gnats, but not enough for it to be a pain. I will be adding an additional dehumidifier into the environment as we progress into flowering, to make sure to discourage mold or mildew from forming. Additional fans are being added as well for better air flow.

Moved these 2 girls into flowering tent, on 11/1/24. Changed them from 15ltr pots to 20ltr insulated buckets. Gave them a defoliation & lollipoping today .

😅😅Girls were developed by different methods one were topped when she has only two nodes (third I topped), second was only LSTed. They were transplanted once from 10L bag to 20L bags. Topped roots developed much better then untouched had. Topped growed for about 71 day, and untouched 72. Wife noticed mold on few colas, I cutted them and cut out the affected areas. Bushes were Ripenning for about 12 days, Unfortunately I didn't flushed them at all. So topped girl was putted to hermetic container and placed in freezing camera exactly from cutting. Secon one I putted to growbox under the out fan. I bought vacuum pump and jars, and dry topped by quick freezing method. And untouched was dryed by usual way. After all results are: Wet weight: Topped: 450g buds&stems; Untouched: 380g buds&stems. Dry weight: Untouched: 80g buds, 10g stems; Topped: 110g buds, 13g stems. This is my firs grow, I think its great result. The common mistakes are: uncontrolled environment ph, humidity, and that I stopped plant growing height with early low distance to the lamp. She grew 4cm this week in height. She's doing her thing. Next few weeks should show some good growth.

Still very small... but the cube are small too, there were little white roots (not a lot) on the bottom and side. As the plastic container was larger I was afraid they got some direct light. Also... I had a fail with the heating control and temperature jumped at 32º for 8h during the night! The rock wool cubes dried and hope they didn't suffer to much stress. 23/01/2022: no grow... don't get why it's so slow. Note: the nutrients in power are expressed in g/L (not ml/L). I have to say I'm not pretty convinced but still give a try with those kind of nutrients. I have the "chance" to get a water at home with pH 7 and Ec 0.05, pretty much a free osmosis treatment!

Last week, first of flowering, was outstanding, I could water the girls regulary and the work paid off they stretched a lot and are looking super healthy. The girl right below the upper fan is suffering a bit with the shadows and is notoriously shorter than her sisters, I will need to rethink the air circulation for the next grow. Another concern of mine is their height, hoping they dont stretch anymore as the lights are already at maximum possible height inside tent and there is only 20cm gap between it and the plants.

Well week 12 and week 2 of flower started yesterday 8/22. Other than the clones everything is looking good. But to be fair I haven't really done much with them. They're like a bastard step child, I only kept em around out of moral obligation. Lol. J/k...sort of. Nah, just some weird bumps on a couple leaves and from what I can tell it's a copper and or zinc thing so I'm gonna get some Proactive, lol. So the mothers have definitely stretched, lol. I love this strain. Really strong genetics. Nice fruity and og kush like smell. Cant wait to harvest and try them.

All went well this week, apart from my phmeter breaking... I guess more two weeks of waiting. The colas are well developed, but the lower flowers ain't. But both are full of tricomes.
