dry weight: 85grams harvested on day 56 since the flip to 12/12

the move did not go so smoothly. the plants stood in the cold car without light for eternity. when i unpacked them the leaves were hanging down and the leaves had brown spots in some places. after i watered them and left them alone they gradually recovered. other than that, I think they look pretty good

07/04/2023 Last week on her, trichomes are looking cloudy. She got neglected a bit during veg and a bunch of stress from electricity outages, where I had to move the plant outside resulting in heat burn (it was around 38 celsius outside) thrips and ruining my scrog, thrips are kinda controlled, and lost a bit of leaves from heatburn, but no biggie. Moreover I diverted my attention to the clones and the other seed that is now a mother plant (see Perpetual KeroseneKrash diary). 14/04/2023 No more light for the next 48 hs and then I'll chopp her

91Grapes day 72. Should have been harvested by now, she was a 65 day +/- from sprout and has two more weeks left, fuc . I think something is wrong with a nutrient imbalance as her leaves continue to lose their vibrant green color. Indications of a mag. Deficiency was evident so added epsom salts 1 tsp per gallon. Problem persisted so went with some bloom nutrients with a little nitrogen if that doesn’t help it might have to just except it and drive on. Flowers are fatter so if that continues then all is well, after all isn’t it the flowers we are growing anyway.

2 Gran Jefa au 53ème jour de floraison. 45G de bourgeons sec et effeuillés J'ai commis des erreurs durant cette culture et je n'avais malheureusement pas la possibilité de m'en occuper comme je le voulais. Je vous suggère de ne pas reproduire mon dosage pour les nutriments(+serait mieux) et ma fréquences d'arrosage(moins d'eau et + souvent serait mieux). Enseño todo, la planta, sus bichos, oídio y un poco de botrytis. Hay bastante arañas pero prefiero esto que poner insecticida encima de los cogollos. También hay unas manchas de oídio encima de unas hojas pero nada encima de los cogollos. A pesar de todo esto después de la cosecha los cogollos tienen buena pinta.

WEEK 16 - (06/13/2021 - 06/19/2021) Week 8, Day 50 - FLOWER: 06/13/2021 After inspecting the trichome development for the last 7-10 days or so, I’ve decided that today would be the ideal time to begin flushing. The American Pie #1 does not look like it’s ready to begin flushing quite yet, as she appears to be about a week behind in maturity. Despite that, I’ll still begin flushing her today too. Recycled water: 70ppm, 69℉ + pH Up: 7ml Mixture: 95ppm, 6.4 pH, 69℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 895/800, 6.1 pH AP#1 - 529/434, 6.5 pH AP#2 - 365/270, 6.7 pH GC#1 - 624/529, 6.3 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 8, Day 51 - FLOWER: 06/14/2021 Did a trichome check on the plants today. Spent more time with the Jelly Banana to better determine her maturity level. She actually looks like she is ready to harvest today. I’d say trichomes are 75-80% milky, with an amber trichome here and there. I’m going to try and push her through at least one more low-ppm watering and test the runoff. All the girls are looking ripe for the chopping. The aroma that bursts out of the tent when I unzip it every time is heavenly. American Pie #1 is still about a week behind in maturity, but she will get cut down with the other plants regardless. Jelly Bananen started to turn a lime green color so she'll probably get chopped and hung up in the next few days when my second tent arrives (4x2 AC Infinity). That wraps up this week! Successful Harvest!

I'm adding week 2 first, then I'll go back to week 1 and fill in all the details on my set up and strategy. But at this point the CBD Medi Kush is 2 weeks out of the humidity dome. I sprouted these seeds in a paper towel again (even though I swore it off previously) . I started with 3 seeds and all 3 sprouted within 48 hours, transplanted the seeds to soil with the roots sticking out of the shell about 1/2 inch (or 1 cm) then only 2 of the 3 seeds grew out of the soil. Also, I'm growing 2 DinaFem DinaMed CBD plants also from seed and had the EXACT same experience with the 3 DinaMed seeds. I still feel I have the best success rate with putting the seed directly in soil. I'll be planting seeds directly in soil from now on. If I try something else again please slap me 😉 Anyway, since out of the humidity dome both plants are looking great! Nice and bushy looking little seedling. I don't plan on feeding anything for a while and let the plants use up the nutrients in the soil.

After having my first plant that I gave hose water and sunlight be cut in half by a caterpillar, and my first indoor plant to get botrytis. This has been my first fully successful harvest and I couldn't be happier. Been listing to all of the GFYH podcast with Rasta Jeff and learned most of the steps through listening on repeat at work. This plant is very fun to grow, it will naturally fill it's canopy without much LST and occasionally topping. I have no complaints about the nutrients, mostly using FoxFarm items, the trio is nice and I can see the difference when I pushed to far either way with them, the plants would respond pretty quickly and I could fix and possibly compensate for the mistake and they would bounce back like nothing. Not having experience with other brands I'll say that I am happy enough to keep it as a constant variable for my personal refinement in becoming a better grower. I plan to continue growing this strain for a while so that I can have a way to see my improvement, and I will likely make another journal after at least a couple harvests.
