Seeds were left in water overnight to simulate an all night soaking rain. The next day they were direct sown .75" deep into moist soil. They were left outside and because of the 40° nights took 4 days to pop. The soil was premixed with 15ml of rock dust and top dressed with the above listed nutrient at the listed ml rate per gallon of soil. 35ml of coop poop and 21ml of blood meal were mixed together and top dressed in a ring around plants, when they popped.

The big day is here! 😎 Today, March 28th, 104 days (15 weeks) after germination, I have harvested my first indoor photoperiod plant. It has been an incredible challenge, especially managing it in the middle of a winter environment, but the results speak for themselves. 📏 Harvest Data (Wet Weight) -Total Wet Weight: 56.5 grams (15.7g + 40.8g). -Final Height: 40 cm of pure density. -Status: Rock-hard buds and an impressive resin layer. -Dry Estimate: I estimate that after water loss (60-70% less), the final dry weight will be between 14 and 17 grams, given how dense the buds are and the cold conditions we’ve faced. 🌡️ Process Summary -Managing a grow with lows of 12°C for my first indoor photoperiod experience has been difficult. I am aware that a climate control system would have been ideal, but the budget is what it is 😆. Despite the limitations, using lukewarm water for irrigation and controlling the lamp height were vital. This plant has been a great learning experience, and I am sure the next one will be much better, applying everything I’ve discovered during these 15 weeks. Now, on to a slow and controlled dry so the flavor is as spectacular as its look! I want to wrap up this diary by thanking everyone who has joined me during these 15 weeks. Your likes, and comments have been an extra motivation to pull this Critical through despite the cold challenges. It has been an incredible learning journey, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my first indoor photoperiod plant. Ok had a long week various problems with humidty and temp issues led me to upgrade tent from 1.2 x 1.2 to a new 2.4 x 1.2 x 2.0 also changed the flower lights to the x 2 viparspectar 450 reflectors along with the new white lighting 315 watt cdm all in one light with there 4k flower pro bulb the plants are loving the new space and abundance of lights any tips comments etc feel free to msg

Ran into some Calcium/Phosphorus trouble !? First deficiency in the grow. Topped up with new nutrient solution, added some CalMag and Universol Yellow 12/32/12. Raised PH to 6.1 and EC to 1850. Added 100ml 12% H2O2 to make sure no PH trouble occurs. Switched the Carbon filter around so that I can lift my light a little more. Orion F1 is getting really frosty ~2 more weeks? The Northern Lights take some more time.

100% germination rate, they popped really quick. Threw them in the tent 1st December - Light is currently on ~70% as they would be getting too cold if I get lower. 4.12 : 5/6 broke the surface one Zerberry is missing but will surely follow the next days. 7.12 : all on surface right on track. I’m not sure since this is my first grow but the young ladies seem to be doing fine and growing daily. Today is day 7 from sprouting and they are forming new nodes. Both plants look similar but the Jack Herer is slightly taller. 🙏 Hopefully they grow up healthy ... will keep you posted

I haven’t been really keeping up with her as much as I should since holidays were around. I haven’t been raising my light as I should which didn’t do a whole lot. It definitely lightened her up but that also could be from it being in flower. Everything’s been going very good I couldn’t ask for a better grow!!

Ohhh ragazzi che roba stupefacente!! Questa penso sia l ultima settimana forse neanche tutto solo 2 o 3 giorni e la ragazza è pronta x essere raccolta! Non mi aspettavo delle cime così giganti e piene di resina che sembra ghiaccio! L aroma è davvero qualcosa di indescrivibile! Sentori di ciliegia 🍒 e retrogusto tipico della cola,invadono totalmente la mia casa! Spero che i vicini non sentano l odore! Devi fare i complimenti alla luce di Marsh hydro che mi permette di raggiungere dei risultati così professionali! Background: This is a small grow in a 20" x 36"x 63" tent. Growing 2 sour diesel from seed in coco/perlite medium using General Hydroponic nutrients and primarily following feeding schedule as listed here http://gh.growgh.com/docs/Feedcharts/GH_FloraSeries-DTW_03216am.pdf . I'll be substituting "h3ad formula," i.e. 6 ml GH FloraMicro : 9 ml GH FloraBloom per gallon, for the first 3 rows in the pdf and also be skipping Diamond Nectar, FloraBlend, and FloraNectar. See pic above for nutrient list. Note: Second time attempting to grow this strain. Bud rot destroyed majority of previous grow so this is a redemption grow, hopefully. Lesson learned from previous failure - two circulation fans do not counter high humidity especially for the big buds over 3" wide. On chop day, after vegging for 3 months and flowering for 100 days, the insides of the buds closest to the stems were full of white cotton candy. Couldn't spot it from the outside at all. So lesson learned, and this time end of flower will coincide with low-humidity winter as opposed to the summer. Week 1 - Nutrient regimen: 6 ml GH FloraMicro + 9 ml GH FloraBloom per gallon. Used at 1/3 strength diluted with dechlorinated water. Solution ph'd to 5.8. 9/5/2019 (V1) - Sprouted yesterday and moved under 273 watts of vero 29 LED today, dimmed to lowest setting. Used rapid rooters for germination but would have preferred peat pellets since they stay can stay upright without support. 9/10/2019 (V6) - Fungus gnat larvae infestation! Transplanted to solo cups on 9/6 (V2) using ready mix bag of coco and perlite. Using 1/3 strength "h3ad formula" for first week and fed every other day. Growth appears stunted compared to previous grows and stems needed additional support to stay upright with circulation fan on. Feeding until runoff showed major infestation (see video #1). Can only guess coco mix bag was contaminated, since no adult gnats are visible in tent and yellow sticky card is empty. This has got to be my record for early fuckups! Attempting to treat with neem extract mix (dosed used 5 ml neem oil extract : 500 ml water) and a layer of diatomaceous earth on top (see V6 pic). Hopefully this treatment is better than not doing anything and letting those squirmy baby bastards take over. For a plant this young and without adequate root support this is a gamble. Also bumped up light a bit to 13000 lux as read on Light Meter v3.1 app by Trajkovski Labs using Samsung S6.

What's up Growmies🤟🏽. Week # 8 is in the books🙌🏾 Hello week #9💪🏾 I went a little overboard on pictures this week, they are so happy and healthy that I got carried away. I know we are supposed to post pictures with the lights off, however it's something about the contrast it gives with the lights on that makes it look sexy to me😁. I have had to tie the stalks of both White LSD plants due to heavy sagging. I'm noticing with this strain the stalks seem to topple over even though the buds are far from fully developed. A trellis net probably would be ideal however I hate them. They are easy to put on but very difficult to take off come harvest. I use garden wire and string them as if they are puppets being controlled by the puppet master🤪. I continue my feeding schedule with the recommended "bloom" concoction using general hydroponics Flora series trio. I give them 1 liter every 3 days. I have them on a 2 to 2 cycle (feed them twice with nutes and then twice with plan water) I keep the p.h. around 6.1 to 6.6. Temps and humidity are in the perfect range I'm enjoying it while it last because spring and summer in VA makes it difficult to keep the humidity in check. All in all everything is going well for me and my ladies. I hope the same for all of you. 07/23/24. Going into week 4 flower. It seems stretch has now concluded. Buds are starting to grow and most branches have reached up through the trellis. Not all is as even as I’d like, but pretty good considering there’s no mainline, which I’m told is really the way to accomplish such. Am noticing some deficiencies and will address them. This girl has always wanted massive amounts of food. She is like 2 plants put together though, so it makes sense now. I read that plants more sativa dominant liked less food, so this is pretty funny. Other than minor deficiency, shockingly, banana is much more well behaved in flower. She was a pain in the ass through veg. Oh! Almost forgot, I did clean up small branches and leaves from underneath like 2 days ago when it seemed stretch had stopped. Light was also dimmed to 50% from about 70. Looked as though some tips of hairs were curling, which I assumed was light related. It has since stopped.

Shes still doing really well. I have done 3 nuteless feeds upon observing tip burn. Today's feed is the first one with feed reintroduced. She smells great, large resin production and buds look to be dense and well formed. Im really excited about her.

Removed some lower branches at the end of week 9. ✂️ Things were getting a little tightly packed in the flower room. 🤷‍♂️🏽🌿 Both plants are showing signs of female sex.😎 That about some up week 1 of flower. 🌺
