Week 9 marks a turning point for the grow. The main plants are deep into flower now, with dense buds that glisten under the HPS light. Their smell is intoxicating, filling the room with the rich, sweet aroma that hints at the potency to come. Even the late bloomer has stepped up its game. While it’s still behind the others, it’s finally entering full flower, its smaller buds beginning to form. It’s got a unique charm, and I can’t help but root for it—sometimes the underdog ends up stealing the show. The grow room feels like it’s nearing its peak. The plants are massive now, with thick branches bending under the weight of their buds. Every day brings new changes, and I can see the finish line getting closer. The hard work is paying off, and I can’t wait to see how these beauties turn out in the final weeks.

Day 141 still going started to reveg but lowered light schedule

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. I've defoliated a little as I go. One of the watermelon candy has a flat stem (Fasciation) I've been trimming the leaves as they are growing in abundance on the affected branches. The black orchid smells so good it's very pungent and captivating, I'm really looking forward to trying it now.

On day 1 I adjusted the PH of my reservoir from 6.3 to 6.1. On day 2 the PH was 6.0. On day 3 the buds are really bulking up :) and the reservoir is at 6.0. On day 4 I applied a BTI drench Ph of 6.0. This should be the final application for any remaining fungus gnats. The reservoir's PH is also 6.0. On day 5 I had to PH up my reservoir to 6.2. When I get to the last half of my reservoir the PH seems to dive down instead of up. On day 6 the reservoir PH is 6.3. On day 7 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir to 6.1 and did my final defoliation before harvest. I have one cola that may have gotten pollen somehow... I cant find any male pollen sacks anywhere on my plants so it's kind of a mystery at the moment. Only time will tell and all my other colas seem unaffected.

This was my second grow ever. I started with a blueberry headband seed from a bud I got from the dispensary. This strain was very easy to grow and very forgiving. Final product had some seeds but wasn’t too bad.

This is the before picture of when i went on vacation for a week to what I came back to. Needless to say I was ecstatic! My very first buds grown all by myself! I am germinating a 4th plant be this week as I had an 0/3 on germinating Gorilla Cookies from Herbies. I'm starting to grow 1 more Amnesia Haze in the tent this week as well.

All plants are ready to come down now will be harvested in the next couple of days. As it ends in the tent there’s one Banana one 10th and the skunk Hero in joint position for best looking flowers, I really couldn’t pick between them so I guess all have lots to offer across phenotypes and it really is mostly good. The other banana and -0th are by no means bad oh they’re really nice too. The Genetics surely do pass the test for me. If you want to be sure what you grow will be of decent quality Ethos really are worth a try. Harvest this month will be bountiful, beautiful, aromatic and will fuck you up😉😂 all three had phenos that grew really nice dense flowers, the ones that’ll light up your eyes as you open up your stash pot.

I thought the ladies would have another 2-3 weeks left in veg, but started to notice pistils forming within the last couple of days. So flower will most likely start to begin within the next week, I’m guessing I may see a couple oz per plant come harvest day. Not bad for first time grow & using autos, from what I’ve heard a lot of people do not recommend learning with autos due to how quickly their state can change depending on what you do with them. There are some things I wish now I would have done a bit different within the last couple of weeks, I can’t help but wonder how much bigger they’d be if I did not do any defoliation at all. But I have been combating flies bad and made the call to defoliate mainly for that reason. Started to cut back on veg foods and introduce flower foods and sugars to their diet. Humidity levels still at a steady decrease, aiming to have humidity down in the 30s come flower time. Will be going on vacation for a week soon, so fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong. Will be having a good friend of mine come by every couple of days to FaceTime me and make sure everything is handled as well as possible when the time comes.

Plant is growing fast now. The hot days are back, but we are still going strong.

Week 12 and the plant is still going strong. It’s fading fast and plumping up. Trichroms are about 80% cloudy and 20% clear. Almost no amber. At this point I’m only giving the plant PH water. Plant still looks like it has some weight to still put on.
