🌱 Week 3 | Purple Haze Photo | Folder 7A | Building the Foundation, One Leaf at a Time Welcome back to another chapter of Project Blue, where every Purple Haze phenotype receives its own dedicated GrowDiaries report. Although these plants all come from the same genetic line and are growing under identical conditions, each individual expresses its own personality, structure, and growth rhythm. That is exactly why these diaries exist. Some growers only document a room. I wanted to document every plant. Each report is completely self-contained, allowing anyone who discovers this diary to understand the entire project without needing to read the previous folders. Like every plant in Project Blue, Purple Haze 7A is being cultivated using my favourite 12/12 From Seed technique. From the moment she broke through the soil, she has lived under a 12-hour flowering photoperiod, encouraging compact growth, tight internodal spacing, and allowing each phenotype to reveal its natural characteristics while remaining perfectly manageable inside the grow room. Even though we’re only entering Week 3, this little lady has already shown remarkable progress. Looking back at the first photographs of the week compared with the final ones, the transformation is easy to appreciate. She began the week looking modest and compact, but by the end she had developed into a beautifully structured young plant with noticeably stronger branching and a much fuller canopy. Sometimes the biggest progress isn’t measured in height—it’s measured in structure. ⸻ 🌡️ Week 3 Growing Environment Consistency remains one of the most important ingredients in every successful grow. Throughout the week the environment remained stable: • 🌡️ Day Temperature: 27°C • 🌙 Night Temperature: 25°C • 💧 Relative Humidity: 55% • 🌱 Root Zone Temperature: 21°C • 🚰 Nutrient Solution Temperature: 20°C • ⚖️ pH: 6.0 • ⚡ EC: 1.3 • 🌬️ CO₂: approximately 666 ppm • 💡 Photoperiod: 12 Hours ON / 12 Hours OFF • ☀️ Average PPFD: 600–700 Stable environmental conditions allow the plants to dedicate their energy to growth instead of constantly adapting to fluctuating temperatures or humidity levels. Healthy roots, consistent transpiration, and balanced metabolism all begin with a stable room. ⸻ 🌿 Feeding Schedule Purple Haze 7A continues receiving the complete Plagron Terra vegetative program: • Terra Grow — 1.8 ml/L • Power Roots — 1 ml/L • Pure Zym — 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal — 1 ml/L At this stage I still prefer a conservative feeding strategy. Rather than pushing maximum growth, my objective is to build a healthy root system, strengthen the stems, and encourage vigorous but controlled vegetative development before flowering accelerates naturally. A healthy plant never needs to be rushed. ⸻ 🍃 Leaf Tucking Before Leaf Cutting One of the biggest changes throughout this week wasn’t caused by nutrients or lighting—it came from simple canopy management. Rather than removing fan leaves, I continued practicing leaf tucking, gently repositioning the larger leaves beneath developing branches whenever possible. This simple technique allows light to reach lower growth sites without sacrificing the plant’s solar panels. Those fan leaves are producing valuable energy every hour the lights are on, so if they can be moved instead of removed, the plant keeps all of that photosynthetic power while the lower branches receive the light they need to grow. It’s a small adjustment that often produces surprisingly big results over time. ⸻ 🌱 Gentle Low Stress Training As the week progressed, Purple Haze 7A also became an excellent candidate for some very gentle Low Stress Training (LST). Rather than forcing the plant into shape, the objective is simply to guide her natural growth. By carefully opening the canopy and encouraging the developing side branches to receive equal exposure to the light, we’re already beginning to create a much more balanced structure for flowering. The difference between the beginning and end of the week is remarkable. Instead of one dominant growing tip, multiple future flowering sites are now waking up and preparing to compete for the canopy. Every day she becomes a little more symmetrical. Every day the structure becomes stronger. And every day she looks a little more prepared for what’s coming next. ⸻ 🌿 A Compact Plant With Big Potential Purple Haze 7A may still be one of the smaller plants in the room, but she has something I always appreciate—balance. Her internodal spacing remains tight. The stem is thickening nicely. The foliage displays a rich, healthy green colour. New growth is vibrant and full of energy, while the secondary branches continue to develop steadily beneath the canopy. She’s not trying to become the biggest plant. She’s quietly becoming one of the best-built. Very often, those are the plants that surprise you the most once flowering begins. ⸻ 🔭 Looking Ahead With another successful week behind her, Purple Haze 7A is entering the next stage with an increasingly well-organized structure and excellent overall health. The combination of stable environmental conditions, gentle LST, strategic leaf tucking, and balanced nutrition is beginning to pay dividends. Every adjustment this week has been made with one goal in mind: creating an even canopy that will maximize light distribution once flowering starts to accelerate. Sind superdick lang und schnell wieder braun. Bud Körper bilden sich und sind hart. Und das überall. Ok tiefer gleich kleiner. Am 001.009.021 wird sie 71 tage alt. 35 in Blüte. And, what the phylaxien! I mean they re unnormal. Never seen phylaxien growing so massive (i mean pls look at one phylaxie., i think theyre big,) and then as FAST they go brown. Boah difficult to explain. I checked the soil. Wet enough. Looking my Gelato 41 FAST. She is everywhere healthy. I read this is a monster genetic But to see, how it grows! This strain is (so far) different from all the others i made with before. First its a photo. (accidently because I'm a idiot) Than 2 weeks untrained growing. Than not vey lovefull i showed her her new grow direction. And the smell. Of Gelato 41 fast is.. The smell of Gelato, 41 fast. Heavy smell on your fingers from everywhere. Steam, sheet,,, buds are becoming sticky. I mean i smell vanilla schololade. My Next noise means she smells like an gelateria. And YES! SHE IS! FAST! GREAT! WORK(till now).👍🏻 👊 I tried to make some defoliation... You wont see on the photos. Just 3 leaves and 8 little buds somewhere i found. O8. Oo9. I cut off 2 side branches. I knewed it before that they will take only energy from the GELATO 41 FAST. But holy mother earth, she got enough of this.POWER! And its me a little ankward, because im the only one till now, who got an growdiary of this FABULOS HEAVY SWEET SMELLING STRAIN! And., the BREEDER SEEDSTOCKER, himself is watching this GROWDIARIE!!! And holy mother earth... Im so a noob. First I thought it was business, advertising. The contact, i mean. Than, after i joined the original website of SEEDSTOCKERS, and i read what i really bought! Yes. It is! It seems that i had an Sativa dominant phenotype Like the leaves form. As you start to moving you discover that you re really stoned). And my 0.36 m² tent is from the GELATO 41 FASTer as i never seen any Cannabis so quick blooming, sticky everywhere. ABNORMAL! in a great way. And i think, soo small arent they. Or?

German version below: Critical Neville Haze Auto | Let the new adventure begin So, it’s finally time to get started with our new project! The Critical Neville Haze Auto had us curious even before the first leaf appeared. Its flavor is described as “sweet metallic”, which is either incredibly exciting or a very creative way of describing something rather special. Either way, it’s a welcome change for us. At around 90% Sativa, this is the first strongly Sativa-dominant plant we’ve grown in quite a while. We’re especially curious to see what the little 10% Indica from Il Diavolo (DS8) will contribute in the end. Maybe a bit more structure, maybe some extra chill in the genetics. We’ll find out. All the seeds looked really good, so our selection process was, of course, based on highly scientific criteria: we simply picked the one that looked the most potent. Grower logic. Now we’re just hoping she doesn’t taste quite as loud and colorful as the packaging looks. We’re absolutely thrilled to be part of this contest and just as excited to see which great Diaries we’ll be competing against. That’s exactly what makes these contests so much fun for us: discovering new grows, getting new ideas and seeing how our own experience holds up against other growers. Since the weather is still surprisingly nice at the moment, we initially let the seed start outdoors. She didn’t get to enjoy that freedom for long, though. Right after planting, she moved indoors. Apparently, her outdoor career was a very short one. New nutrients!!! ATAMI A very special thank you goes to Marc/Mark from ATAMI. Our informative and genuinely great conversation made us curious about the ATAMI nutrient system and ultimately convinced us to give it a try for the first time in this Diary. We’re really interested to see how the system performs in everyday use, especially with almost daily feeding and such precise dosing. A little spoiler right from the start: a 1 ml syringe was included. That at least suggests we’re not supposed to follow the classic grower philosophy of “roughly this much should do” or “more is better.” And honestly, we like that. For the substrate, we’re sticking with our tried-and-tested BioBizz soil for now. The mix is approximately 70% All Mix, 25% Light Mix and a small amount of worm humus. So we’re combining a familiar and proven foundation with a completely new nutrient system for us. Now it’s time to keep our fingers crossed, observe carefully and, most importantly, avoid over-optimizing everything into oblivion. A big thank you to Delicious Seeds and ATAMI for their support. Für uns ist sie jedenfalls eine willkommene Abwechslung, denn mit rund 90 % Sativa ist sie seit längerer Zeit mal wieder deutlich sativadominant unterwegs. Besonders gespannt sind wir darauf, was die kleinen 10 % Indica von Il Diavolo (DS8) letztendlich beisteuern. Vielleicht ein bisschen Struktur, vielleicht etwas mehr Entspannung im Genpool. Das informative und wirklich gute Gespräch hat uns neugierig auf das Atami Düngesystem gemacht und letztendlich davon überzeugt, es in diesem Diary zum ersten Mal auszuprobieren. Wir sind sehr gespannt, wie sich das System im Alltag schlägt, vor allem bei der beinahe täglichen Anwendung und der Dosierung. Ein kleiner Spoiler gleich zu Beginn: Eine 1 ml Spritze war bereits dabei. Das lässt zumindest vermuten, dass hier nicht nach dem Motto „Pi mal Daumen und viel hilft viel“ gearbeitet wird. Genau das gefällt uns. Beim Substrat bleiben wir zunächst unserer bewährten Biobizz Erde treu. Die Mischung besteht ungefähr aus 70 % All Mix, 25 % Light Mix und einer kleinen Portion Wurmhumus. 5/27 curious to see where this week ends up at 5/29 the one plant indoors is packing on weight. The one I put outside to finish (possibly stupid) seems to be maturing faster but bulking slower. She's seemed healthy this whole time. Not even a burnt leaf tip 5/31 attempting to take pictures in different lighting to get a better idea for yall viewers

Fruity pebbles auto is doing good. She has a nice start into the solution. I clipped the tips of her long root to help keep root base closer to the basket. Also makes them spread out wider vs longer. Everything is looking good. On day 1 I changed out my reservoir, and added my bloom nutes, adjusted my light schedule to 12/12 and defoliated the plants. I adjusted the reservoirs PH to 6.1 My hope is that by flipping this cultivar earlier than my last run, I will not run out of vertical space ;). On day 2 I adjusted my reservoirs PH down to 6.1. On day 3 the clawing is almost completely gone. I adjusted the reservoirs PH down to 6.1. On day 4 the reservoir's PH is at 6.1. I defoliated the plants removing anything blocking lower growth to increase light and air penetration of my mains. On day 5 the reservoirs PH is 6.1. On day 6 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir up from 6.0 to 6.3. I will let the PH drift between 6.1-6.3. on day 7 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. I lowered the light intensity from 100% to 85% to give the top of my plant canopy an average PPFD of 700-1000. I plan to reduce the intensity as the plants continue to stretch to keep them in the 800-1000 PPFD range. I just got my first quantum par sensor and I'm really loving the new data it gives me to optimize my lighting.

June 17: The garden area had just under 3 inches (75mm) of rain in the past week which was really needed. Temps have been mid teens to low 20s deg C. The wind has been relentless and the plants continue to take a beating. Overall pleased with the growth but some concern, because preflowers are showing, they may be stunted and flowering early (due to environmental stress).

Week 11 - Lemon Cherry cookies Auto the smell on these enhanced by 60% in the last couple days. This will be the last week of flower I’m going to let the pot dry another day. Then it will sit in 48hrs of darkness before I karate chop them. This has be the hardest decision on when to chop. It’s very unique how both plants look very different The purple one smells exactly like lemon cherry candy while the multi colored one smells like a lemon Cookie. Happy growing good luck everyone !
