The consistent and healthy grow is continuing. The first flower sites and buds started to form theirselves. Also the bottom leaves of the plants started turning to yellow by the end of the week. I'm not sure if it is normal but since everything looks good and healthy I will just assume that the yellow fades are just the leaves dying due to the buds which started to grow.

This week I was mostly smoking Panama Red. Hit a wee bump as it seems I never learn my lesson by bringing outside plants inside, some sap-sucking greenfly aphids decided my grow tent was a perfect new home. The thing about trying to recreate a "perfect" environment for growth, it can also be perfect for a host of unwanted problems. All the holes I've cut into the tent don't help I'd guess either. The 5 species of Clover is far more dense a cover crop than I'd imagined it would be. The chaplain overdone his blessings it seems. The blue borage companion plant was the first to be suckled on by unwanted visitors, I'd say 90+% of the aphids I found were eating on the underside of the borage leafs. I gave her a good bath and thorough scrub with some soap, just need to give her time to bounce back. If I can't beat them, I'll join them. Only I'll be the one who decides what predators lurk under the canopy! This will need time and research. Back to it I guess. Word, Phonetically, the term world sounds similar to the term whirled, which is the past tense of the term whirl, meaning “to turn around, spin, or rotate rapidly”. Before you were born, you were whirled into existence due to the fact that your physical body is made of atoms. What do atoms do? They spin and rotate very rapidly. Day 80 This morning I started defoliating Tropicana. She will be in the darkness for the next days. I already harvested a part of the head flower and let it dry trimmed. Because of extreme weather conditions and very high humidity I got a little bud rott. I found it out quit early I think. So I hope nothing will not happen any more. Just harvesting relaxed and drink a Tropicana tee. Day 81 I decided to cut her down in the evening. The humidity in the basement room is high and I don‘t want to risk here anything anymore. Waiting for my first homegrown weed to be vaped. Day 82 Tropicanas flowers hanging to dry in my basement. I check them once per day with a strong light. Day 83 Same same. The smell is wonderful like a bit of gas combined with a fruity flower bouquet. Our neighbors in the house like the smell, too. 🙏 Day 84 I could try my first homegrown weed. It‘s absolutely tasty and have a very smooth vape. I was very surprised cause it‘s not cured yet. A longer vape report will follow when it‘s dried and cured. Day 88 All flowers, sugar- and tee leafs are trimmed and filled in glasses for curing. I open twice per day for 20 minutes. Boveda packs 58% inside. I will fill out the rest of the diarie when my buds are dried, cured and vaped. So far this was a very exciting journey for me. Growing cannabis and even legal on our balcony. Week 8, Day 56, Day 12 of Flower. Well the girl is doing nicely again. All in all things are going well. I did notice a few fan leaves with a slight purpling so I will try adding a little more CaliMagic on the next feed. She is currently receiving 200ppm of CaliMagic. The last feeding was 660ppm total nutes, but 950ppm 1.9EC in the run-off so I gave her some Phed water to help clear some of the nutes building up in the media on the next feed which went down to 650ppm 1.3EC in the run-off. Thinking about doing a flush with some Florakleen, or should I wait until flush time at week 7 and 8 of flower when Trichomes are hopefully milky. All comments and suggestions welcome.

had some left over fish shit tea brew from the veg run, so I gave it to the flowering girls right now, due to the brewing there are only low levels of N and lots of microbes. Worry about the microbes and the plants will uptake what they need, this philosophy seems to be working very well.

Hi all! Grow room- no updates on the grow area status as usual. Blue dream auto- the blue dream plant is definitely starting to settle in to the flower. And just going through the motions. I kinda like I left some branches y’all in the back. If it would have been even I don’t think they would be getting as good as lighting so that’s a plus. Ppm 850 Master kush. Using Blimburn seeds this round for the first time. Excited to see how they grow! 24h soak then into 500ml pots for a couple weeks. Also made a few changes in the tent, new TerraBloom filter and placement in tent, fans, watering system, etc.

OMG, so much has happened since my last post, this is way overdue. My soil went totally hydrophobic, my PH pen was outta calibration so my soil ph was way of, combined with another gnat infestation. Things are much better know. the gnats are gone, transplanted into larger pots with newly bought soil, changed lighting to 18/6, vegged for a couple more weeks . One plant showed full male pollen sacs and one had suspicious looking male pre-flowers so I culled both. The last 2 showed what I think look like female pre-flowers. I just flipped lights to 12/12 on 4/4 so hopefully I have 2 females, started weaving thru scrog net, canopy looks fairly even, plants due look super healthy aside from couple tips have a bit of yellow But thats from early veg when I had the lights a tad too close. Wish me luck ;).

I experimented with this as it was a free seed and I wanted to see what would happen if I removed any additional nodes and just kept focus on the man node/ cola. She weighed in a solid ounce dry maybe less give or take a few days of curing/ drying. Smoked really nice and packed a punch which kinda made me regret using this beautiful strain in my experiment as I would have loved more from her but at the same time she taught me a lot with regards to nutrient levels and how plants react depending on which way they're trained or defoliated which has really helped me with future grows so for that I will certainly be running this strain again! Thanks Barneys ... Awesome genetics as per usual 👏

Week 3 Bloom I did nothing this week I cleaned and changed the reservoir then sat back and let the timers do the work. This week everything grew so much. At the beginning of the week I was concerned about nug spacing. A few days later no concern at all lol. This is looking to be a nice grow. 🤞🤞

Day 36 Grow Diary Entry – Day 36 (Flower Day 16) Strain: Sour Frootz by Karma Genetics Plants: 4 clones Training: HST + SCROG Today is Flowering Day 16, and the Sour Frootz ladies are officially deep into the early-to-mid bloom stage. Bud sites are now well-defined, and the pistils are stacking up nicely. The stretch phase has slowed down slightly, giving a good window for structural management. To keep the canopy even and under control, I applied high-stress training (HST) by bending and tucking the taller tops through the SCROG net. I also reduced overall plant height by about 25 cm, evening out the top layer across all four plants. This should help maximize light penetration and bud development across the entire canopy. The plants handled the stress well—no signs of wilting or shock so far. With this structure locked in, the SCROG net is now fully supporting the horizontal spread, allowing more light to reach secondary bud sites. The aroma is intensifying slightly, a sweet, fruity tang starting to build up when brushing against the leaves. Everything is on track. Blue Zushi entra en su recta final con una presencia imponente. Cada rincón del cuarto de cultivo refleja el esfuerzo de estas semanas, y las plantas están en su punto más vistoso hasta ahora. Los cogollos han alcanzado un nivel de compactación sobresaliente. Se sienten duros al tacto, pesados y llenos de resina. La capa de tricomas es densa y opaca, como una escarcha blanca que lo cubre todo. El característico tono azul se ha intensificado al máximo, sobre todo en las hojas cercanas a las puntas, creando un contraste visual que parece sacado de una postal. La nutrición sigue igual: XpertNutrients como base y Sticky Fingers como potenciador de resina, que no ha dejado de sorprender.
