We're officially entering in the real flowering stage. Plant is stretching but not too much, ANUBIS is a compact strain so it will not grow very tall. It is very recomanded to do a good defoliation work, expecially if you're using a SCROG net. Defoliation is useful because with the removal of bigger fan leaves your pre-buds take more light and they will grow better and this method helps to reduce humidity (so, less risk of mold/rot) . Remove the bottom leaves/stems etc.. help plant/s to concentrate energy to the buds located at the top of plants. On this day beautiful Sunday I hope you all are doing amazing! We'll see with how she develops, imma start getting my loupe ready 🔎 👀 I added Advance Nutrients Overdrive to the feed 🔥 I'm happy with SeedStockers, I'm thinking of running more phenos from them in the coming months 💐👌🏾 Time to change my Co2 packs and mess with the humidity. I read 40 to 60 % humidity is advised during flowering but I think it's all about keeping the humidity below 70 especially if you live somewhere hot like me. That includes keeping your growth area super clean and avoid watering when not needed too 👍🏾 I decided to never hit 40 because the dehumidifier it self produces heat + the Ligth's heat that all adds up to 40°C real quick. I almost had a heart attack when I read that on my temperature monitor 😂 We humans don't function properly at such temperatures and I'm sure as hell these plants won't either Take care Y'all and I just wish to say I'm really grateful to grow in these times. I live in one of the nations still on lockdown, it's been going on for months now so yeah Peace ✌️🏾

I received some great tips here. For starters by suggestion I have lowered my day-time temps to between 75-78 degrees and my night-time temps to between 65-68 degrees. I had no intentions of trimming/defoliation anymore. So far she's adjusted well. Ive adjusted to only watering from the bottom instead of top watering.

22/08/18 - everything’s looking great I’m sure they will be finished stretching sometime this week and also should be getting an additional LED to add to the tent by the end of the week. Also started to lolly pop each plant took about a 1/4 of the leaves etc so far will see how it reacts to this to see if I can continue to 1/3. 24/08/18 - lookin good 48hr after I trimmed the bottom branches/big ass fan leaves in the shade looking miserable so i had to chop em. Still waiting on my extra led in the post.

So happy my gorilla glue have started showing their first signs of floweringlast night. One in the front is filmed ( non intentionally ) The back one was toped once. They are flourishing in their growtechgarden self wicking pots.

We are watching trichomes every day and it looks like it is almost ready so we are thinking of harvesting next week. It is already possible to see some amber trichomes. Unfortunately it seems that we are not going to harvest the expected amount, the buds were not very dense and fat, apparently the buds are just small leaves with trichomes.

What an explosion in growth for week 5. Every day this plant is growing like crazy. Had to trim up some lower foliage to allow better airflow. Tied down some more branches to even the canopy especially the main stem. Rubbing the stem gives an amazing smell and can’t wait till it matures fully. Looking like this plant will be a great yield of everything keeps rocking like it has. I’m feeding a worm castings compost tea spiked with Cultured Biologix EZ Tea Bloom to feed the microbes in the soil that are essential for trichome production. Also started feeding silicon to strengthen the stems and Trichomes. Week 6 is going to be nuts with growth I can already tell.

This is the final week of nutes for the ladies! Time to flush her for the coming week. Also read that Purple Punch needs cold temps at night to turn color. Since I can't do that where I live, an alternative is to flush her with ice water. Giving that a try and will keep you guys updated.
