My first attempt of growing with my own DIY setup. Specs : - PC box 19x42x43cm (after a few weeks I changed it with a bigger carton box) - 4 x Bridgelux Vero 10, 3000K, 9.1 Watts, 80 CRI, 270mA, 143Lm/W - Mean Well HLG-60H-C350B 70W LED driver - 100k Linear Potentiometer for dimming lights - Aluminum profile 30x7cm for mounting LEDs - ESP32 Dev Board - DHT22 temperature & humidity sensor - 2 x Noctua-NF-S12A for ventilation with PWM control by microcontroller - 3lt pot - Blynk IoT app for remote control Started germination of 1 feminized Northern Lights seed from SensiSeeds using paper towel method. Sprayed with some water and store it in small plastic food container. Seed popped after 24 hours and after 48 it was ready for pot. Unfortunately didn't take any photos of the process.

In the video you can see quite well how much work the defoliation of Mrs. Jealousy has been. I had to graze so many nodes and internodes, really gigantic, these genetics. We'll see how it goes. It will soon reach its full potential and bloom as if there were no tomorrow. Last night I personalized the conditions a little more precisely and adapted them to the respective growth. Since Lady Jealousy is still withering a bit, I keep the humidity just about at the reasonable limit of tolerability for both fully flowering Sweet Seeds ladies. I think temperature and humidity is a good but necessary compromise here. Different strains require different conditions. Especially when growth is so different. I also find the tribes of the three protagonists interesting... In my opinion, it tells us a lot about the selection of phenotypes in breeding. So my dears, the day takes its toll. Time to sleep. I'm already looking forward to the perfectly matured lady then even more... 🤩 Yes, everything is going great at the moment. I'm really happy and satisfied with all the girls. Tomorrow my Sweed Seeds Jealousy package will be delivered from Spain. Despite the circumstances there with so much suffering due to storm disasters, super punctual. Dark Devil is definitely really poisonous, wow - awesome turn... I had a 3-month break, that's noticeable... ;-)) A little mental excursion at the end of week 7: "Freedom"... We cause ourselves the most stress, because we have a completely distorted conception of freedom. Freedom does not mean being able to do everything you feel like doing. The assumption of having to do something all the time, is the main reason for stress. Only, when we have internalized, that we don't have to do, what we don't want to do: Only then, we are free.

wow, she's amazing:) with the conditions she has, this is a super result :) the weather is not spoiling us - every day, little sun - lots of clouds + almost half a balcony :D :D she has 3 more weeks - then I'll go on a long vacation :) everything didn't go as planned,:) I think she needs more time:) there will be a renewal until the finish :).

We are already 7 weeks old 👏👏and the princesses follow their rhythm💪😄, I have rotated them to grow uniformly😊, daytime temperature 26º night 19º, humidity 45%, regulator of the LED at 100%😎😎 Day 47: Today I added to the nutrients "Big Boom PK 52-34" 😉basically is 52% Phosphorus 34% Potassium 0.3gr / l👍. Temperature of day 26ºC and humidity 45%, at night 19ºC 45% humidity 👌and music that is not lacking🙌😎😜

Chopped on day 80, hanging in 65F and 62 H. Hoping to slow this dry down to 10 days so wish me luck.

So day 21 of flower today, major defoliation done yesterday and feed only water and molasses phed to 6.5. The plants look good again but very bare with out the leafs, lots of light can peneetrate the lower buds now tho. Hopefully see some nice growth this week 😀. Day 23 of flower. Been battling humidity these past few days, with the de humidifier on i can get it to 48% so not to bad now, a good purchase lol. Plants are stinking really skunky when you open the room up, but to touch and smell its like pure citric 🍋 lemon. There Starting to put out lots of trichomes now, hopefully I have a good pheno.

Start of week 8. Week 7 went very well for the Do-si-dos, she also filled in her buds, very dense and lovely smell! She's got crazy trichomes and is almost as sticky as the Glueberry OG.

Super stoked for last week, watching her flower is pretty incredible, so from pretty much week 9 of veg up till now I've been feeding her half strength base nutrients with fluctuating strengths of sensizym and Cal-Mag always mixed with 8L of basic filtered water. Update January 5 2020. Back from my fishing trip! Happy to say that everything with the durban is going swimmingly, I fed her today 8L with half strength base nutrients and half strength of sensizym. I will probably do one more feeding with sensizym and call it good.. in two-three weeks I will start adding my Overdrive nutrients to my base. January 11 update: Not much going. Just playing the waiting game now. January 13 update: its gotten really cold here, like -37 with wind so I put a ceramic heat emitter back in, now back up to 250w heat running 24/7. Growing in an unheated shop is definitely a challenge! But with the other one in things are picking up and shits drying out finally. Should have put the other heater back in a week ago. My bad. January 15 update: -37!! Holy fu*ck, fed her 3L of mixed nutrients at half strength. With just a splash of overdrive. January 17 update: outside temps finally warming up to -25°c yay!! Inside grow box temps up to 28°c she likes it warm, Fed her the remaining food I had mixed up, she got about 5L. Seeing fattening of the bud sites👀👌 January 19 update: No idea when this happened but it did.. got a crack right at first top. Now I know to leave more of stem above where it splits off into two. Quick tape fix till I figure it out, fed her 5L of mixed food with just under full strength OverDrive and some organic growth plus.. it has a high pk so I'm using it once. January 21 update: things are slowing down now, just a waiting game to find that nice mix of cloudy/amber trichomes. Might feed one more time then it's on to flushing! January 23 update. Fed her another 5L of mixed nutrients with full strength OverDrive. Seems how I have about 2-3weeks left, that will be the last feed. I have lots of "buffer" leaves and pretty sure I've been overfeeding a bit so it's now flush time.. I will be flushing for last 2-3 weeks with just plain PH'd tap water. My "buffer" leaves should keep it going till it's time. January 25 update: first flush done with about 8L of store bought RO water. Water that came out was slightly brown. No point checking run off yet as its first flush. I will check ppms next flush in a few days. She's starting to smell really good! Like an earthy diesel . January 27 update: wasn't going to but the leaves are dry as f*** so dumped in another 8l of RO flush water. Trichomes are I'd say 99 to 100% cloudy with a few Amber's here and there.. I will try to time it for Feb 1st harvest. If I'm a few days early due to flushing coco then so be it. January 28 update: no water. Still seeing some slight fattening of the buds. Every bud site including the lower pop corn buds are just covered in dense trichomes🤤 I'm going to have some pretty killer trim to work with.. I will be making canna butter for the first time😀 side note: will be cleaning the grow box tomorrow when the lights are on. January 29 update: None. I did however find out sunglasses make great UV filters for taking pictures and videos 👍 January 30 update: None. January 31 update: large flush with about 14L of water, cleaned out run off tray. That's pretty much it.. oh, trimmed a few more leaves that were covering any buds. So close I can almost taste it!!! 🤤🤤 sure not very strong smelling though🤨. I'm sure that will change once I start chopping into her. February 1st update: 10L flush, noticed one of my intake fans has been off for some time now🤦‍♂️🏻 fired that back up. I did mention that I might harvest today.. she's not quite ready yet, I will let her dry out 3days prior and do a 48hr darkness prior to harvest as well. February 3rd update: last day of week 16, trichomes are right where I want them for the affect I'm after.(and will continue to amber up during cure) So tonight I will be chopping her down. Going to do a "wet" trim and hang buds in the drying rack till ready for curing jars. Planning on a 3 week minimum cure time. I would to thank everyone for the kind words/likes and encouragement!! Hi friends. 🍰🍰🍰 beautiful next week behind me .Flowers and looks healthy and strong. I water the flower every two days. The fruits look beautiful. And the scent is incredibly amazing💚

Día 16. Ayer en el cambio de solución me olvidé la bomba desenchufada y las plantas estuvieron medio caidas hoy. Me di cuenta a tiempo y solamente tuve que sacar 6 hojas grandes que sufrieron mucho y cayeron. Luego prendí la bomba continua, bajé .un poco la intensidad de luz, y en un par de horas las plantas ya estaban mucho mejor. Esta semana agregué big bud de advance y reduje a la mitad el bud blood. Compré un medidor de ph y TDS, pero tengo que comprar baterías. Hasta ahora navego en ciego confiando en feeding y la verdad que no me ha fallado. Hice un LST para ocupar mejor el lugar, exponer más otras ramas y emparejar la altura de las plantas. Las flores han empezado a aparecer y parecen de un tamaño respetable. Día 19. Las plantas se adaptaron muy bien al LST. Ya están empezando a formarse las flores. Por suerte las veo muy bien y estoy contento con cómo vienen. El haber defoliado bastante hizo que las plantas tomen menos agua y ahora el depósito de 20 litros me alcanza bien. Estoy muy ansioso, pero siento que va pasando muy rápido el tiempo.

Start of week 5. Week 4 went well, however overnight from day 6 into 7 of week 4 the leaves dropped, she needs a bit extra feeding. She's starting to really smell, probably the strongest smelling OG Kush I've grown to date. Bud sites are filling in nicely, she's densely packed and I'm trimming dying leaves steadily.
