I had a pretty good overall grow with Drunken Bitch Slap from Aeque Genetics. She grew well under the Hortibloom Solux 350. It looks like she will provide several ounces of good bud when dry. She got very big and has long saggy branches with nice frost buds on it. She smells like a black licorice, and gas smell. I am very curious to how she smokes. I've been trimming this lady daily and she just keeps growing leaves like mad. Trimmed a ton of the under canopy and any leaves that shield what appear to be bud sites... and keep trying to do that while balancing maximum photosynthesis. I keep training her down and trimming her down, and she keeps filling out! A touch of lightened green at the inner new leaves is making me nervous. Doing a full reservoir swap today so that may help. Still pretty far behind what I was expecting for an auto at this stage, but growth is wicked.

ok so everything has gone fantastic , no nutrient burns at all , and have been slowly creeping up the base nutrients , i have stopped the cal mag and now adding house and gardens bud XL at full strength these girls are now in full swing of flower and i bought a new ph stick this week , i have found when PHing the feed bucket that its best too have air stones in the bucket , add all nuts and then ph but do not use the feed that day as if you check the next day the ph is off again so i left it 24 hours after i add more ph down , and it seems too make the measurements alot easier and stable , i have bent down the main stems " without damaging them onto my netting too A keep the canopy all the same high so my lighting is covering all plants at the same distance and also it allowed the side stems too reach up too , i also was sponsored another new led light by kingbo this week so have added another 600watt led too the grow , so now have two 600's and one 900watt , and temps are still fine sitting at 24c lights on and 19-20 off , so am pleased with that , this lady is by far the bushyist plant with the most branches she also didn't stretch much and is packed with bud sites ,

didn't finish the whole week of veg, stopped at 53/44 before switching to 12/12 light cycle, gave RO only final day and have switched feed to bud a and B. all photos are from day 53 and earlier. since this post and switching to flower I have taken 4 clones, 2 using clonex 2 using aloe vera. i have done a ton of lollipopping and defoliation since flip and they are stretching away! stayed tuned for week 1 flower updates :)

This is the start of week 4 of flower. Raised my light to the maximum height, have it on 100% full spectrum and 50% red and ir. Noticed some yellow tips with a little curling, thought it was light burn, but now think it may be over nutrients so I lowered nutrients to about 75% of what they recommended to see maybe it will help. Other than that not much else I did, besides letting these girls grow.

As every day, the tent was cleaned, the humidifier was refilled and the entire electronics were checked for functionality. D50. The start of the fourth week of flower, and all is well in the tent. ------------------------------ D51. I noticed a few necrotic spots on a couple of leaves. I suspect that it's a Calcium deficiency. I ordered some Biobizz Cal-Mag, hoping to stop the problem from spreading when it gets here in a couple of days. I also calibrated my Hygrometer since I've noticed lately that it seemed a bit off. Sure enough, it was off by 7%. ------------------------------ D54. There's not much to report as she is just doing her thing without any help from me. The necrotic spots haven't spread even though I haven't added any cal-mag. What I see, though, is senescence starting, but according to RQS, Purplematic can finish in as little as eight weeks. 7/29/24 week 8. Flipping is around the corner. I have to defoliate before the flip. I added recharge nutrient this week to help the ladies have a quick recovery. I'm only feeding recharge with a 3 gallon res fill. I usually fill up by at least 6 gallons. What are yalls experiences using recharge?

So that's Betty finally done , pretty happy with fast berry overall just over 900g wet from both plants😀😀😀 will be doing this strain again very soon 😀

Hi all 🧑‍🌾 Welcome to my 🍌💜👊 week update. Hope everyone keeping well and having a great week😁 Thank you so much for so much support on this bananas ride 🙏💜💚💜💚 Everything still going pretty well. Girls are developing and stretching like crazy. Athena currently Dec 14 90cm and main stem of Xena is not far of this height either. Unfortunately noticed first signs of calcium deficiency(my opinion) on Athena. Thankfully started feeding both girls with calmag weeks back but the dosage wasn't not enough for Athena. Started small treatment very next day on Dec 11 (see description below) I belive got my baby back on right track. Week 9 Dec 11-17 Dec 11 Watering was planned for Tuesday but due to calcium deficiency decided for a little treatment. Watered both girls with mixture of reduced content of growth nutes by 50% calmag at 1.2 ml per ltr. Reduced solution PH to 6.2 as apperently it's ideal for calcium consumption. Over period 4h I have watered Athena with 5ltr with couple runoffs. Xena 3ltr. Total of 7-10 leaves affected mainly at top colas close to the light. Dec 12-13 Purely observation and all looking well. Of course all affected leaves will progres of showing signs but good news is that growth and development booming and don't see any new leaves with symptoms. Very nice trichomes development in recent days and more and more colours. Dec 14 Second watering for this week 6.5l Increased calmag to 1.4ml per ltr and if still things will be looking well reduce to 1 or 1.2 on next feeding. Dec 15 Very nice respond on yesterday feeding. They definitely fatten over night and getting more and more frosty. Will need to remove some foliage soon as getting extremely bushy again. Dec 17 Xenas main stem top cola almost touched the light today. Tied her to left side of the cabinet, applied selective defoliation on both girls, tied few branches to netting and on the end of this busy day a third watering for this week. 7 ltrs beetwen both. Runoffs Xena PH6.4 Athena 6.3. Very nice week have to say. I belive that calcium deficiency on Athena is no longer a case here and both girls developing very nicely.
